With Overwind Prevention Patents (Class 368/209)
  • Patent number: 10444705
Abstract: The mechanical timepiece movement with power reserve indication includes a barrel system with a winding output connected to a chassis wheel of a differential gear, and with an unwinding output connected to a crown of the differential gear. The differential gear is connected to a power reserve indicator to display the power reserve. The timepiece movement includes at least one locking member disposed on the crown and at least one locking element disposed on the chassis wheel during the rotation of the crown relative to the chassis wheel. The locking member is intended to come into contact with the locking element when the power reserve is at zero, in order to stop the timepiece movement.

  • Patent number: 10393189
Abstract: A clutch disk for a vehicle may include a hub plate mounted on a shaft to restrict a rotation of the shaft, a sub plate rotatably mounted on the shaft, a presser mounted on the hub plate to restrict a position of the presser and protruding from the hub plate toward the sub plate, and a wave spring positioned between the hub plate and the sub plate, mounted to allow at least a part of the wave spring to adhere to the sub plate, and formed with a flexion to change a spaced distance from the hub plate depending on a rotation direction of the hub plate to thereby change a point and a level pressed by the presser depending on a relative rotation between the hub plate and the sub plate.

  • Patent number: 10088804
    Abstract: The invention relates to a method (19, 19?, 39, 39?, 59, 59?) of assembling a part (5, 5?, 25, 25?, 45, 45?) in the aperture (18, 18?, 38, 38?, 58, 58?) of a component (3, 3?, 23, 23?, 43, 43?). According to the invention, the assembly system (19, 19?, 39, 39?, 59, 59?) includes a system (1, 1?, 21, 21?, 41, 41?) of securing the component (3, 3?, 23, 23?, 43, 43?) and the part (5, 5?, 25, 25?, 45, 45?) to each other, which includes at least one pawl device (11, 11?, 31, 31?, 51, 51?) intended to make the component (3, 3?, 23, 23?, 43, 43?) and the part (5, 5?, 25, 25?, 45, 45?) move integrally with each other. The invention concerns the field of timepieces.

  • Patent number: 10061271
Abstract: The electromechanical timepiece movement comprises a stepping motor, a wheel driven in rotation by the motor, a pinion meshing with the wheel and a device for detecting the angular position of the wheel, the detection device making it possible to determine the passage of a reference half-axis of the wheel through a reference angle defined by the wheel and the pinion and comprising for such purpose an electronic circuit capable of detecting an additional localised resistive torque when the wheel is driven in a stepping motion. The localised resistive torque is achieved by a resilient element integral with the wheel and one portion of which is at least partially superposed on a given hollow of the toothing of said wheel. The movable component has a toothing which is at least partially situated at the level of the resilient element, such that the toothing moves and presses against the resilient element when it penetrates inside said given hollow.

  • Patent number: 8579499
Abstract: A device for winding watches, particularly manually-wound watches, comprising a containment structure which accommodates a motor, transmission means and a motor controller. The transmission means transfer the rotation of the motor, provided with power supply means, to a coupling which can be associated with the crown of the watch to be wound. The rotation is controlled by the controller. The device comprises a seat for stably accommodating the watch to be wound, the seat being defined on a surface of the containment structure.

  • Patent number: 6439762
Abstract: A timepiece, whose hands move by mechanical energy of a mainspring transmitted through a wheel train, includes a winding-up portion for accumulating energy in the mainspring, an addition and subtraction wheel train driven by addition and subtraction of accumulated energy corresponding to an amount by which the mainspring is wound up and unwound, respectively, an addition and subtraction wheel, disposed in the addition and subtraction wheel train, that rotates in correspondence with an amount by which the mainspring is wound up and unwound, and a lock mechanism actuated in response to the rotation of the addition and subtraction wheel to limit winding up and unwinding of the mainspring to a selected range of windings of the mainspring. This controls the torque output by the mainspring to a fixed range. The addition and subtraction wheel train allows efficient use of space, and can be incorporated in a watch.
