The shield structure is formed by integratedly extending a front frame and a rear case which are used to assemble the flat display. The shield structure and the speaker driver surround or confine a space and are used to construct a speaker box for the loudspeaker. The present invention utilizes the front frame and the rear case to be integratedly extended to form the speak box and in such manner that the cost for equipping the flat display with the loudspeaker can be reduced and audio performance can be improved as well.
