Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to an air exhaust apparatus and a toilet bowl having an air exhaust apparatus, configured for propelling air from the toilet bowl towards a sewage line connecting the toilet bowl to the sewage system. In particular, the present disclosure aims at providing an internal exhaust system suitable for application with toilet bowls comprising a rinsing inlet and waste outlet for connecting the toilet bowl to a flush liquid source and the sewage line, respectively. The toilet bowl can be wall mounted or floor mounted.

Abstract: The subject of the invention concerns an adjustable toilet bowl for public usage,which enables the free regulation of the height of the bowl with respect to the floor. The toilet bowl is composed of two elements, lower (1) and upper (2). These elements are joined, sliding way, with vertical screws (5) and sleeves with internal thread (14). Screws (5) mounted in the lower element (1), are ended from the bottom with drive element (6) and are fixed by rotary motion to flat bars (4) and (7), to which a flat bar (8) with motor (9) and gear wheel (10) is fixed permanently. Drive elements (6) and (10) are set on the same level. The upper element (2) has an optionally profiled pan (11), permanently joined with a sewage discharge pipe (12), and to the inner upper surface (13) of the upper element (2), sleeves (14) ended with an opening (15) are installed.

Abstract: An adjustable toilet support designed to be installed under wall mounted toilets in order to increase their load bearing capacities is disclosed. The toilet support comprises a base which rests on the floor below the toilet, a sleeve surrounding an upper portion of the base, and a contact member that contacts the underside of the toilet bowl. The sleeve and swivel ball are height adjustable with respect to the base by means of a support rod connected to the contact member and threaded into a nut contained inside the base. The support rod has an upper ball that fits within a socket under the contact member. The contact member may be in the shape of a swivel ball having a generally spherical side surface that contacts and holds the upper rim of the sleeve. During installation, the toilet support is positioned under the toilet, and the base is rotated while the sleeve, contact member and support rod are held against rotation, which causes the contact member to rise and contact the toilet bowl.

The at least one inlet has internal threads and an outward facing surface substantially orthogonal to a longitudinal axis of the inlet. A tubular coupling is adapted to extend between the carrier body and the water closet. The tubular coupling has external threads thereon that threadingly engage the internal threads of the carrier body assembly and a flange member thereon that extends orthogonally to a longitudinal axis of the tubular coupling and resides adjacent the outward facing surface of the carrier body assembly. A deformable seal is compressed between the outward facing surface of the carrier body assembly and the flange member of the tubular coupling to form a water tight seal between the carrier body assembly and the tubular coupling.

The at least one inlet has internal threads and an outward facing surface substantially orthogonal to a longitudinal axis of the inlet. A tubular coupling is adapted to extend between the carrier body and the water closet. The tubular coupling has external threads thereon that threadingly engage the internal threads of the carrier body assembly and a flange member thereon that extends orthogonally to a longitudinal axis of the tubular coupling and resides adjacent the outward facing surface of the carrier body assembly. A deformable seal is compressed between the outward facing surface of the carrier body assembly and the flange member of the tubular coupling to form a water tight seal between the carrier body assembly and the tubular coupling.

Abstract: A toilet mounting assembly for securely and easily mounting a toilet to a structure includes a sealing ring securable to a structure and having either integral threaded rods extending from a main body portion of the sealing ring or threaded rods easily and securely attached to the sealing ring using a tongue and groove. Alternately, the sealing ring may include threaded apertures for receiving specially structured bolts to secure the toilet to the sealing ring.

Abstract: A system utilizing multiple spacer and shim elements that nest together to raise a closet ring to the height required for the particular floor being used in a given application for a toilet bowl installation. The nested spacer and shim elements are placed on the rough floor and receive the closet ring mounting flange. Bosses on an upper side of a lower spacer and shim element are received in detents in a lower side of a corresponding upper spacer and shim element so that the spacer and shim elements are held securely in their nested position so as to form a registered spacer/shim stack. The spacer and shim elements will typically be ¼″ thick. The spacer and shim elements further include breakaway mounting tabs positioned about an outer circumference of the main body of the spacer and shim elements.
