Abstract: A customizable memorabilia cover has front and back substantially rectangular leafboard members coupled to a spine member. Elastic bands may be coupled one each at the distal and proximal ends of the elastic bands substantially to the outer corners of the rectangular leafboard members. The elastic bands are disposed acutely from the edges of the rectangular leafboard members and designed to receive the corners of a book cover of a book therethrough, the book contained within the front and back leafboard members substantially abutted by the spine member. At least one groove member of the front leafboard member has a closed base and closed side members. A substantially transparent cover member is contiguously coupled to a top portion of the side members to define an ash container assembly. An alternative embodiment includes a covering or enclosing member that holds an electronic handheld device removably coupled to the back leafboard member.

Abstract: A method of teaching a path to salvation according to the New Testament of the King James Version of the Bible is provided. The method is embodied in a board game having a plurality game squares, each game square having a citation from Christian Scriptures. Each of the game squares is organized in one of five sacramental sections associated with the citation. Each sacramental section has a plurality of staggered columns, and each column is formed by the game squares. Players help each other navigate their game pieces through the columned game squares, by answering Scripture-related questions, to reach an uppermost or top portion of the columns of each sacramental section.

Abstract: A headstone assembly suitable to be placed on a memorial includes a frame and a mounting assembly. The frame defines a cavity and has a base panel having a plurality of slots. The frame an inner surface defining a groove extending along and inner perimeter of the frame. The mounting assembly is arranged inside the cavity and is connected to the frame to facilitate an attachment of the base panel with the surface. The mounting assembly includes a bottom panel and a mounting panel extending inside the groove and attached to the frame and the bottom panel. The mounting assembly also includes a plurality of T-nuts extending through the mounting panel inside a plurality of the holes of the bottom panel. The T-nuts ate adapted to receive a plurality of mounting bolts extending from the surface to facilitate the attachment of the frame to the surface.

The storage compartment is a transparent display case. The indicia is displayed on the front surface of the grave marker. The memorial assembly is modular and configured to secure and seal pre-selected memorial items as contents for viewing.

Abstract: A deck mount system and method is provided that can be installed and relocated easily without damaging the deck. The deck mount system comprises a top bracket with a top bracket plate and top bracket sides for flanking a deck member, a bottom bracket including a bottom bracket plate and bottom bracket sides for overlapping the top bracket sides, and at least one fastener to reversibly attach the top bracket to the bottom bracket for securing the deck mount system to the deck member. The interactive memorial device enables the visitors to interact with a combination of dynamic and customizable information relating to the decedent or memorial. An operating system enables an end-user, such as any of the visitors, to interact with the operating system by way of navigation controls. A display screen preferably comprises a transparent multi-touch display configured to enable the visitors to view and interact with information and provides dynamic memorialization content to the visitors while maintaining view of real memorialization objects and personalized mementos in the background. Loudspeakers are configured to play audio soundtracks accompanying memorial-related information.

Abstract: The disclosure provides apparatus and methods of use pertaining to the display of yard or lawn signage. One embodiment provides a two-part system for displaying signage. The system includes a flexible sign panel having installation tabs and a rigid, injection-molded stake having holding portions configured to receive and retain the installation tabs of the sign panel. The rigid stake also includes retention barbs to facilitate ground stability and a strike pad designed to absorb and distribute impact forces applied during stake installation. The display case is further comprised of a frame and a center display. The frame comprises three pieces situated on the bottom, left and right of the display case. Each piece includes a groove along an interior surface. Adapted to fit within the groove are two components of the center display: a transparent face and a print. A backing member is adapted to be disposed on the back of the frame pieces.

Abstract: A tamper resistant apparatus for removable retention of a memorial marker such as those found at a grave site. The apparatus includes a locking mechanism housed within a cylinder. The cylinder has a cover intended for use exposed to the environment. The cylinder is attached to a footing plate that provides lateral stability during placement of the apparatus in the ground. Horizontal gripping within the ground is provided by a helical anchor attached to the footing plate. The locking mechanism includes a latch which may be moved into and out of a notch in the post of the memorial marker to respectively retain and release the marker from the apparatus.

A lateral wall and a front panel of the frame define a storage volume in which keepsakes can be placed. Alternatively an internal storage box can define the storage volume. The frame further includes a frame insert that can be configured to display a physical painting or photograph, or configured to display digital pictures. The urn is removably attached or pivotally connected to the frame by an at least one bracket, such that the contents of the urn are readily accessible. The hanging memorial may further include a niche about which the at least one bracket is positioned and into which the urn is positioned. Alternative support mechanism may also be used in place of the at least one bracket.

The plaques share a common size and are affixed to the various crypt fronts behind their respective standardized nameplate. The plaques thus provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance when the crypts are viewed collectively along a mausoleum wall while allowing loved ones to customize each crypt to uniquely honor the deceased via a memorial that is not easily removed from the crypt. The plaques may be cast bronze, with the relief imagery and any text generated by hand and/or computer-implemented means.

Abstract: Method of permanently sealing cremains of pet in a clear material (nonvolatile, organic substance, consisting of amorphous mixtures of carboxylic acids or similar substance), with a tag or label showing the animal's name, birth and death dates, as well as family (owner) name and possibly a small photo of the deceased animal (herein known as the “capsule”). The capsule can be made in varying sizes, depending on the amount of cremains. The completed capsule will be unbreakable, completely sealed and cannot be reversed once molded and cured. This capsule is then imbedded in a plush receptacle, which can be in the likeness of the deceased animal or any other form available, such as a dragon, unicorn or teddy bear.

The plaque can include an encapsulation layer that overlies and surrounds memorabilia and other component layers, providing the plaque sufficient protection from breaking due to impacts, as well as preventing the memorabilia from becoming detached. The memorabilia and a mat layer may be coupled to the top surface of a transparent base layer. A text layer can be coupled to the bottom surface of the base layer. The combination of the transparent base layer and the encapsulation layer formed on top of the memorabilia and other components renders a suspended appearance to the memorabilia and creates a desirable “shadowbox” visual effect.

The present urns permit the surviving relative or friend to cherish the memories of the deceased and to honor the deceased's interests by storing his cremated remains in a urn configured to resemble a fishing lure and by displaying the urn in a stand, a holder, or a shadow box.
