Abstract: A banner stand including a banner presenting graphics thereon, a base and a post operably coupled to the base and extending upwardly therefrom, and a support member operably coupleable with the post to support the banner in an upright display mode and to convert the banner to a curved configuration, wherein when the banner is the upright curved display mode, the banner includes a banner axis along a length thereof, the banner axis in a first position at an angle relative to an absolute vertical, wherein the angle is greater than zero degrees. The banner stand can further include an adjuster presented with the base and configured to enable adjustment of the post, such that the banner axis is effected to a second position, wherein the angle is substantially equal to zero degrees with respect to absolute vertical.

Abstract: A safety sign for a shooting shed or building at a shotgun range is disclosed. The safety sign is mounted on the building and moveable between an exterior warning position wherein a warning sign is displayed and visible exterior of the building, warning shooters that it is not safe to shoot, and an interior warning position wherein the warning sign is visible inside the building and provides warning to occupants that it is not safe to exit the building. Preferably, the safety sign is mounted near the exit door of the building and partially obstructs the exit when in the interior warning position so as to provide further warning to occupants not to exit the building.

Abstract: Information display medium (1) having at least two display faces, one on each of two blank parts (2, 3) made of a substantially rigid and foldable material, the blank parts (2, 3) being arranged so that, when the medium is unfolded, they are stressed so as to stress the display faces, a plurality of holding inserts, which act at various different points along said display faces, being provided to keep the display faces stressed. The blank parts (2, 3) of the display faces are joined together by their edges (14, 19), each holding insert (21) is mounted between the blank parts (2, 3) in a variable position that can switch between a position in which the medium is collapsed and a position in which the display faces of the blank parts (2, 3) of the medium are kept in the stressed state, each insert (21) being associated with a mechanism for locking it in its holding position.

Abstract: A display frame system includes a foot having an arm attachment point and two or more rod attachment points located at different distances from the arm attachment point. The foot may include a second arm attachment point opposite the first attachment point to enable a two-sided display having multiple configurations with one or two upright rods. The arm attachment points may include socket bodies having multiple sockets offset from a centerline of the foot to prevent the rods from interfering with each other at a crossover point. An insert for attaching a graphic sheet to a display arm has a cross section with a first portion extending to an enlarged end to engage a slot in the display arm, and a second portion extending away from the first portion to engage a first side of the graphic sheet. The center of the semicircle base will vary in height and width depending on the size of the conical body. The larger the cone, the larger the base, width and height of the semicircle thus allowing the traffic cone's base to contain and prevent liquid spillage from spreading beyond the semicircle area by containing, holding and preventing the spreading of water or other liquid material.

Abstract: A motive inflatable display has a first inflatable compartment, a second inflatable compartment, a third inflatable compartment, a blower and a two position and four opening valve. The second inflatable compartment and the third inflatable compartment are mounted on the first inflatable compartment. The blower is connected to the first inflatable compartment to expend the first inflatable compartment. The two position and four opening valve is connected to the inflatable compartments to expand or flatten the inflatable compartments in turn so that the compartments are able to upraise, down, wave and nod.

Abstract: The foldable warning cone (10) is formed from paper, thin plastic, fabric, or a combination thereof, and includes two tapered side panels (12) and a base panel (14). In an embodiment of the invention, the frame comprises at least two pairs of elongate members, each elongate member having two ends, each pair of elongate members having at least one pre-attached sheet extending between members of the pair, and each end of each elongate member is adapted for fixed attachment to at least one end of another elongate member, wherein, in an assembled condition, a display is formed with at least partially overlapping sheets.

Abstract: A deployable temporary traffic sign system requires no roadside assembly, because the sign comprises a flexible sign panel which may be changed in size merely by folding one portion of the sign panel over a second portion of the sign panel about a crease line disposed therein. Abstract: A sign system is disclosed in which a flexible sign panel is supported by light weight frame numbers such as fiberglass ribs joined together with a pivot connection. A sign panel of flexible material has a center section disposed between a pair of opposed sign panel portions. The center portion of the sign panel engages a cross member with the sign panel portions being folded over on either side of an upright support member. Free ends of the sign panel member are secured with a stretchable elastic cord, ribbon or the like, to a mounting member having a socket for receiving one end of the vertical support member. By engaging the mounting member and stretching the elastic cords, the mounting member is disposed over one end of the vertical support and one released, engages the vertical support holding the sign panel portions in a display position.

The apparatus has a plurality of display panels flexibly coupled by one or more connectors. The display panels are flexibly coupled by the one or more connectors such that the display panels are capable of being arranged in a plurality of arrangements relative to one another. Each of the arrangements is indicative of a configuration of the device media. Each of the plurality of display panels has at least one viewing surface and is configured to display on the viewing surface a type of information content. The type of information content is indicative the configuration of the media device.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a display means comprising a stand adapted to secure a screen. The stand comprises a first part which supports against an underlying supportive surface and comprises a bobbin enclosed in a cavity in the first part. The screen can be wounded onto and withdrawn from the bobbin. The stand also comprises a telescopic pole means comprising an inner tube and an outer tube, which tubes telescopically can be moved in relation to each other. The stand also comprises a lock means arranged on the inner tube and operable to releasably lock the tubes in relation to each other, a coupling means arranged at a first end of the inner tube and operable to secure the screen when it is at least partly withdrawn from the bobbin, and a damper means comprising a first part arranged on the inner tube, and a second part arranged on the outer tube.

Abstract: A three-dimensional display header for point-of-purchase displays is provided, which is pivotably movable from a stowed, flattened position atop a display topper, to a deployed, three-dimensional upright display position. In a first embodiment, the display header has a U-shaped configuration in its deployed position, while in a second embodiment, it has a box-shaped configuration in its deployed position.

Abstract: A collapsible sign comprising a pivotal sign carrying member, an upright member hingedly attached to the pivotal sign carrying member, and a foldable support member adapted to stabilize the upright member and the pivotal sign carrying member. The pivotal sign carrying member may be adapted to lock into a substantially perpendicular arrangement with the upright member, or fold into a substantially parallel arrangement with the upright member. A flexible membrane may be rolled around the pivotal sign carrying member. Further, the collapsible sign may include a foldable support having an asymmetric arrangement of legs attached to the upright member. Abstract: An article is proposed for display of pictures, images, messages, illumination patterns, etc. placed on outer and inner surfaces of a cube-shaped structure comprising six sides, the adjacent sides are hingedly joined providing for conversion of the structure from a folded cubical state into an unfolded flat state, forming a flat cross-shaped figure, and vice-versa, first fasteners engaging the sides in the folded state and disengaging in the unfolded state, a brace providing a desirable position for the cross-shaped figure, second fasteners engaging and disengaging the cross-shaped figure with the brace, wherein only the outer surfaces are displayed in the folded state, and at least the inner surfaces are displayed in the unfolded state. Embodiments include different types of illumination, means for placement of the pictures on the surfaces, designs of the brace and fasteners. Some embodiments are usable as a Christmas tree cube and as a crucifixion after Christmas.

Abstract: This invention relates to a snap mobile for advertising a product or event and a method of forming the snap mobile. The snap mobile includes a display card having a length and a width. The width is divided by an odd number of score lines into n equally wide panels. One of the score lines is an intermittent score line having a plurality of land areas each separated by a perforation. An attachment mechanism is positioned on at least a portion of the first panel. The first panel is then overlapped onto the nth panel, the second panel is overlapped onto the n?1 panel, etc. The n?1 panel is then folded upon the nth panel to form a relatively flat snap mobile which can be easily shipped. The snap mobile has at least three legs and is visible from all directions.

Abstract: A compact yard sign package reinforced by a folded bail includes a sign member formed by a rectangular sheet folded at a fold line to form a sign member including pair of sign panels, side edge regions of the sign panels being joined to form a bail receiving pocket between the sign panels. A hand bendable wire bail is formed by a straight bridge section with legs extending from ends of the bridge at right angles. Outer sections of the legs are bent at right angles to inner sections of the legs to form a folded bail. The folded bail is positioned in the pocket of the sign member to reinforce the sign member during shipping. An end use removes the bail from the pocket and straightens the legs out prior to inserting ends of the legs into the ground to set up the sign assembly.

Brackets are attached to the central support shaft and spaced along a longitudinal length thereof. Clamps are positional along the auxiliary shafts. Each clamp is adaptable between open and closed positions for releasing and gripping the window blind. The window blind is centrally registered between the auxiliary support shafts during cleaning operations.

Abstract: A folding display includes a tower member having a display panel with advertising indicia on a front surface and a support panel attached to the back surface. The display and support panels feature lateral fold lines so that the tower member may be folded for shipping and storage. The support panel has a pair of flaps formed therein and each flap features an arcuate surface. The flaps may be moved into a position where the arcuate surfaces engage the back surface of the display panel so that it assumes a convex configuration. The tower display is then capable of standing on a generally horizontal surface. A pair of the tower displays may be positioned in spaced relation with a bridge member, also featuring advertising indicia, extending between them. A base member lays on the surface upon which the display is standing and features end portions that engage the tower members.

The bracket includes pairs of diagonally spaced apart support surfaces with each pair of support surfaces defining a channel for receiving a respective flag staff, to support opposite sides of a flag staff at spaced apart locations. A pivot connection pivotally attaches the flag staffs to the bracket, bringing the flag staffs into alignment with the support surfaces as the flags are rotated between an open or display position and a closed or storage position.

Abstract: A mobile sign carrier that mounts on a vehicle receiver hitch and method of use are provided. The mobile sign carrier has a base, a vertical piece and two cross pieces that fold down to form a cross shape. Four sliding brackets are provided, each having permanently attached a square, flat piece, which sliding brackets are mounted one each on each of the cross pieces and one each on the first end and the second end of the vertical piece. The sliding brackets are positioned and secured by means of a fastener to accommodate signs of different sizes. The mobile sign carrier provides a securing device for use on a vehicle with a tailgate. Safety chains further secure the vertical piece to the trailer hitch. A strobe light and night reflective tape are provided.

Abstract: A display device, according to the present invention, taking the form of a scroll with handle (201) and spool-rod shaft (202) for rolling and unrolling printed flexible material (400) and a tubular housing (300) with an internal chamber—a floating cowling—freely rotatable over said wound spool-rod from which the printed material is extendable. The scroll text (400) or image to be viewed is manually extendable by pulling it through a continuous longitudinal slot (301) in the cowling with a pull-tab (501) which also prevents the printed material from being irretrievably drawn into the cowling. The cowling is rotatably received at its open ends over the spool-rod by a pair of opposed retaining/aligning yokes. The invention improves on traditional scrolls by providing protective containment for the printed material without requiring the containment's separation to display it. The cowling and handle are adaptable as works of art related to the printed material.

Abstract: A display device comprises a flexible body portion including an upper portion, a lower portion and a base portion. The upper and lower portions adjoin one another by a periphery adapted to permit pivoting of the upper and lower portions so as to be generally folded against one another when in a collapsed condition, and to permit pivoting of the upper and lowers portion away from one another when in an assembled condition. The lower and base portions adjoin one another by a periphery adapted to permit pivoting of the lower portion and the base portion so as to be generally folded against one another when in a collapsed condition, and to permit pivoting of the lower portion and the base portion away from one another when in an assembled condition such that the base portion supports the upper portion and the lower portion in a generally upright orientation.
