Abstract: A hair coloring apparatus, kit, and related methods are provided. The apparatus includes a container having a medial body portion and an inner container chamber formed in the medial body portion for containing a first hair coloring solution. The container also includes an interior recess for containing a second hair coloring solution and a plunger used for mixing the second hair coloring solution into the first hair coloring solution within the inner chamber. The apparatus also includes a recess closing means such as a valve to isolate the second hair coloring solution from the first hair coloring solution prior to mixing. The apparatus also includes a hair color mixture dispenser connected to the container. The dispenser includes a brush applicator having a plurality of clusters of flexible bristles for applying a hair coloring mixture onto the hair of a user.

Abstract: A packaging and dispenser device may include: a receptacle containing a first substance; an application surface secured to the receptacle during application of the first substance; and a closure capsule configured to be removably fixed on the receptacle. The closure capsule may be configured to enable the closure capsule to be fixed on the receptacle. The packaging and dispenser device may also include at least one housing containing a second substance, the housing being suitable for opening from an end of the capsule remote from a part of the closure capsule configured to enable the closure capsule to be fixed on the receptacle, so that the second substance in the housing may be removed.

Abstract: The method of oxidative dyeing of individual hair strands includes providing an applicator with a first and second compartment containing an oxidative hair dye composition and an oxidizing agent respectively and respective liquid-permeable inserts. The two compartments are provided with respective product-dispensing openings, which open next to each other into a product-dispensing area. The liquid-permeable inserts protrude somewhat beyond the product-dispensing openings and are made of spongy material, bristles, or a fabric. At least a portion of a hair strand to be dyed is wet with the oxidative hair dye composition and the oxidizing-agent-containing solution from the liquid-permeable inserts so that a reactive hair dyeing mixture is formed on the hair strand. The hair dyeing mixture is worked or massaged into the hair strand by hand. The individual hair strand may be uniformly dyed or dyed in a point-like or spot-like pattern.

Abstract: In a cartridge type stationery product including a body and a cartridge attachable to and detachable from the body, the cartridge is capable of being inserted from an opening of the body, a locking groove is formed on the body, and a locking protrusion which is inserted into the locking groove is formed on the cartridge, and the locking groove is constructed by a first groove portion extending in an axial direction from a vicinity of the opening, and a second groove portion extending from the first groove portion to form an angle with the first groove portion.

Abstract: A package for dispensing a pressurized material to be applied to the body. In one embodiment, the package comprises a container body having a cavity for containing a pressurized material to be applied to the body, the container body having an outer surface. An applicator is positioned adjacent the outer surface and is configured to dispense pressurized material. A cap is captively engaged with the container body, the cap being movable over the outer surface between a closed position in which the applicator is substantially shielded and an open position in which the applicator is substantially exposed. In another embodiment, the container body includes a body facing edge and a recessed surface bounded by the body facing edge, the recessed surface extending inwardly from the body facing edge. An applicator is configured to dispense the material and is positioned along the recessed surface.

Abstract: A marking implement for marking activities such as marking of a drill hole or indicating a cutting/sawing edge, and includes a marking pen having a pen housing and an application reservoir held in a axially fixed manner therein and a protective cap with an elongate interior for partially accommodating the marking pen. The marking pen has a gripping region and, adjoining it, a thinner neck region, on which a nib is formed at the free end. The cap has an interior section for partially accommodating the gripping region and a narrower interior section for accommodating the neck region. Furthermore, a fastening clip is disposed on the outer surface of the cap. The clip is integrally formed on the protective cap with a fixed end in a region adjacent to the opening and, from there, tapers substantially to the end of the cap that faces away from the opening.

Abstract: A stick-type glue dispenser for dispensing solid or liquid glue content, which allows a cap to be easily separated from the glue dispenser by a simple operation. The glue dispenser includes an inner tube, an outer tube coupled to the inner tube at an upper end thereof in such a way to allow a lower end of the outer tube to be pressed radially inward, and a cap coupled to a lower end of the inner tube, with an upper end of the cap having a slant face. The cap is separated from the inner tube by a sliding contact between the lower end of the outer tube and the slant face of the cap when a lower part of the outer tube is pressed raidally inward. In one embodiment, the inner tube contains a holder for holding solid glue content. The holder is threadedly coupled to a screw which passes through the inner tube, thereby enabling the holder to move the solid liquid content in the inner tube by rotating the screw. In another embodiment, the inner tube contains liquid glue content therein.

Abstract: The applicator (1) for applying an oxidative hair dye to human hair, especially to hair strands, has two compartments or chambers (2,3) for a liquid oxidation dye and an oxidizing agent respectively. Both the oxidation dye and the oxidizing agent are dispensed together at a product-dispensing spot or area of the applicator. The compartments (2,3) are provided with respective product-dispensing openings (5,6), which open next to each other, so that a reactive dyeing mixture is provided only outside of the applicator, especially on human hair. For improve applicability liquid-permeable inserts (7,8) made of spongy material, bristles or fabric, especially felt, are provided in the product-dispensing openings (5,6), preferably protruding from them somewhat.

The rotational transform mechanism advances the cap in accordance with one knock of the knock member in the axial direction, the rotational transform mechanism rotates the cap around an axis parallel to the axial direction, then retreats the cap, so that the state in which the cap covers the tip end portion of the medium and the state in which the cap allows the tip end portion of the medium to be exposed are switchable for each knock of the knock member.

Abstract: A marking pen having a deformable tip, and adapted to apply ink or the like to a surface in a stroke of uniform width. The deformable tip has a pocket or recess in its marking surface, that allows a leading edge of the tip that is applied to a surface to be marked, to remain substantially a straight line during the marking stroke, rather than curling at its edges and producing a stroke of lesser width. A scraping blade is also provided carried by the pen, preferably by a cap for the pen, and can have barbs that securely engage it in a recess of the pen or cap for the pen. The invention is particularly useful in marking numbered zones of lottery cards, and in scraping away opaque layers for instant lottery cards or tickets.

Abstract: Disclosed is a cosmetic powder applicator. The powder applicator includes a powder container, an elastic structure connected to the container and a powder-permeable soft cover enclosing the elastic structure. The structure has an elasticity sufficient to substantially bend upon application of pressure thereto and to substantially recover an original shape thereof upon release of the pressure. The soft cover is so configured as to retain therein and pass powder particles through itself. The powder applicator is configured such that, by turning or shaking the applicator, the powder to be contained in the container can be discharged through the discharge opening toward the soft cover and the structure enclosed therein. In a closed end of the lid there is a second product, in the form of a solid cake or powder. Once the first and second products have been loaded onto the application face, the lid can be removed and the application face can be put in contact with a surface to apply the combined first and second products.

Abstract: A fixing device for a pen clip which contains a fixing cap, an upper casing, a fixing clip, an adjusting assembly and a lower casing. The upper casing is a hollow tube and has a trumpet-shaped mouthpiece (top wide while bottom narrow) for receiving the fixing cap in place. The fixing cap has an indentation to receive the fixing clip. A screw is tightened from the inner side of the adjusting assembly to the fixing cap. The trumpet-shaped mouthpiece of the upper casing will be expanded by the screw for a tight connection with the fixing clip so that the fixing clip is situated between the casing and the fixing cap and won't be easily disconnected. Accordingly, an additional fixing effect and a convenient application is achieved.

Abstract: A liquid marker system utilizes three primary components to permit marking of lines of various widths from a single nib. The three components are a porous nib, a transfer wick and a squeezable container. Operation relies on different squeeze pressures applied to the housing to produce different line widths from the single nib as the nib is moved across a marked surface. The porous wick provides a resistance to flow until the bottle is squeezed and then supplies a minimum of capillary flow to the nib. The user squeezes the container to overcome the resistance of the wick. No venting of the container interior is required because the wick and nib system allows the passage of air into the container when the container is returned to its unstressed (i.e., un-squeezed) condition.
