The two faces can comprise protuberances, of a height substantially equal to the thickness of said support, for example distributed in a stagger and alternating from one face to the other, at the rate of 0.5 to 2 per cm2. The plate can comprise radio-opaque marking in the form of lines passing between the protuberances to constitute a grid.
