Abstract: The invention relates to the fitness check of value documents. For at least two fitness criteria there is respectively determined with the aid of an unfit function an unfit degree of the particular value document. The unfit function clearly assigns an unfit degree to the fitness measurement values and has two threshold values, beyond which the unfit degree with respect to the relevant fitness criterion is 0 or 1. Between the threshold values there is an uncertainty range in which the unfit degree is, with respect to the relevant fitness criterion, between 0 and 1 and the unfit function behaves monotonously dropping or monotonously rising. Subsequently, the unfit degrees of different fitness criteria are combined into an unfit probability of the particular value document and on the basis of the unfit probability a fitness classification of the particular value document is carried out.

A part of peaks of the wavy filtering sheet are pressed to lean toward a same direction, which has the following advantages. First, in a channel, an outlet opening is larger than an inlet opening in sectional area, thereby reducing the impedance. Second, a first end sealing adhesive layer is pressed to make said layer tightly connected to the filtering sheets, thereby making the seal reliable. Third, the pressed peaks lean toward a same direction, such that there are gaps large enough disposed between any two peaks in arching portions of the innermost circles of the filter core in the outlet side, which ensures the channels are unobstructed.

  • Patent number: 10037899
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a process of forming a high thermal conductivity substrate for an Aluminum/Gallium/Indium (III)-Nitride semiconductor device. According to an exemplary process, a semiconductor precursor including a substrate structure and a buffer structure is provided. The buffer structure is formed over the substrate structure and has a first buffer surface and a second buffer surface. Herein, the second buffer surface is adjacent to the substrate structure and the first buffer surface is opposite the second buffer surface. Next, a high thermal conductivity substrate with a thermal conductivity greater than 400 W/mK is formed over the first buffer surface. A heat sink carrier is then provided over the high thermal conductivity substrate. The substrate structure is then substantially removed to provide a thermally enhanced precursor for the III-Nitride semiconductor device.

Abstract: The described embodiments include performing a curing process for selective treatment, or hardening, of PS regions in PS-b-PMMA block copolymer DSA films prior to dry etch development of PMMA regions. In various embodiments, the curing chemistry can be Ar/H2, HBr, N2/H2, etc., which has the capability of generating Vacuum Ultraviolet (VUV) photon flux for polymer curing. The curing effect may enhance the etch resistance of PS regions, thereby freezing the bulk defects during plasma PMMA removal. The defects can then be measured by commonly used metrology techniques like CDSEM and quantized.
