Nonmarginal And/or Nonpivoted Hook Attachments Patents (Class 43/42.52)
  • Patent number: 9700028
Abstract: The invention can be used for catching fish either directly over the surface of water or in the near-surface layer of the water. The surface lure has a longitudinally elongated convex curved plate, metal load, device for fixing a fishing line in the front portion of the lure, at least one hook at the tail portion of the lure. In front of and behind the metal load, there are provided two rods projecting upwardly in the vertical plane above the upper edge of the load and threaded with a gap through the holes of the longitudinally elongated and curved plate located on the top of the load. The device for fixing the fishing line is brought forward relative to the lure center of gravity and is arranged in front of the metal load at its lower edge with the indentation downwardly relatively to the longitudinal axis of the plate.

  • Patent number: 9049852
Abstract: A spoon fishing lure is configured to catch fish in shallow water without becoming entangled in grass. The spoon fishing lure includes a body which includes a raised right portion immediately adjacent to front central portion and rear central portion and a lowered left portion. The body is shaped to efficiently travel through the grass in the shallow water. A hook assembly mechanically coupled to the body and further comprising an eye immediately adjacent to a shank which is further immediately adjacent to a hook. The eye can be tethered to a line and the hook can catch the fish. The body is made of a semi-buoyant material and the lowered left portion attached to an egg sinker causing the body to sink slightly in the shallow water without precision reeling making the spoon fishing lure easier to use.

  • Patent number: 8919033
Abstract: A snagless bladed fishing lure is provided in which the blade oscillates side-to-side during retrieval and pitches forward to protect the hook from snagging upon encountering an obstacle. The blade includes a line keeper and a hook receiver and carries a weight, the hook receiver being located between the line keeper and the weight.

  • Publication number: 20140290119
Abstract: Fishing needs baits and especially live baits are very attractive, however, availability of live baits is unpredictable. So artificial fishing lures are a sure way to successful fishing. One of the most popular lures is a fishing spoon for predatory fish. In addition to classic squid spoons, many variations are widely used. The new invented spoon has only two parts, a flat semi-rigid spoon body and a hook. Although the two parts are assembled without any tools, effectiveness of the spoon is no less than the best spoon available. The punched thin metal or plastics spoon body remains flat without a hook. The spoon body with a hook forms gentle curved shape which mimics bait fish swimming at high speed when trolling. The cost of the invented spoon is a fraction of the prior art fishing spoons.

  • Patent number: 7726062
Abstract: The snag-resistant fishing lure is a snag-free fishing lure designed to minimize the chances of the lure becoming ensnared. The lure has a jig and a blade attached to the blade in a configuration that limits the side-to-side movement of the blade, thereby preventing the jig from rolling to a hook-downward position prone to snagging. A centrally aligned hole is positioned close to the front edge of the blade member. An eyelet extending from the jig body is attached through an aperture in the blade. The blade is limited in its side-to-side movement by contact between the blade edge and either the jig body or the eyelet. The limited side-to-side movement of the blade creates a quick, controlled, oscillating blade action that imparts a natural swimming motion to the lure, emulating prey species movements.
