The lead guide may comprise a slot, a keyhole slot, channel, groove, rib or a plurality of parallel ribs.

Abstract: A wedge base for a lamp including a body section for mounting the lamp envelope with filament lead wires extending out, the body having a shoulder and an integral, depending rib. The bottom edge of the rib has notches formed along the lower edge. Lead wire bores are formed through the shoulder and rib and terminate in the notches. The lead wires extend through the bores, out of the notches and are folded upwardly against the rib. A bracket secures the lead wires against the rib. The bracket has a first side with at least one pin and a second side with at least one hole. Each bracket side has vertical wire grooves its inner face. The bracket sides are laterally positioned on each side of the rib with the pin engaging the hole and snapped together to secure the lead wires within the groves and against the rib. When assembled, the base is configured to fit securely, with electrical contact, within the socket of a lamp fixture.

The base is provided therein with a receiving recess and has a lower portion thereof partially opened, so that when the lamp bulb is placed in the base, the lower end the lamp bulb is partially exposed. The socket is provided therein with pairs of ribs; they can forcedly press the base and the lamp bulb to fix their positions, and form an engaging groove to receive the metallic pins of the conductors. By this arrangement, the metallic pins of the conductors can electrically contact respectively two metallic wires of the lamp bulb. Therefore, the longitudinal size of the elements of the whole structure can be shortened to reduce cost of material in production, and thereby safety of the products can be elevated.

Abstract: An improved decorative light bulb holder structure comprises a light bulb holder, a socket shell, and a light bulb, and can provide convenience in assemblage and wire routing. The light bulb holder has a specially designed connection column at one end that, in conjunction with two electrical wires, can be closely embraced by the socket shell to reach a sealing effect and to prevent the penetration of moisture.

Abstract: An improved structure of a Christmas lamp bulblet and bulblet stand, it mainly comprising a bulblet stand and a bulblet, copper plates and wires go through the bulblet stand. Two semi-circular pieces are disposed inside the bulblet stand, a concave curved trough is disposed on the middle of the semi-circular piece, a convex dot on one side of the semi-circular piece and an insertion trough on the other side. The two semi-circular pieces are in opposite positions. The bulblet has a flat part on the lower end, a positioning pole, a convex dot and stuck-out filaments are disposed of each side of the flat part. Insert the flat part of the bulblet into the bulblet stand, so that the positioning poles are locked with the concave curved troughs, the convex dots with the concave dots, while the copper plates of the wires are positioned inside the insertion troughs, thus the copper plates are in contact with the filaments of the bulblet.
