The second receiving unit receives a radio wave from GPS when the second device moves outdoors where communication with the IMES transmitting device is not possible, and sets latitude and longitude information, which is measured based on the radio wave received from the GPS, as the second position information.

The server may detect a type of connection between the second user device and the wireless telecommunications network and may notify the second user device of the call based on the type of connection detected. In response to the notification, the user may request that the call be transferred to the second user device, and the server may cause the call to be transferred accordingly.
