Abstract: The invention provides a type of all-terrain vehicle seat installation structure; it includes the cab frame and the seat backrest arranged on the frame; the back mounting side of the seat backrest includes the first mounting part and the second mounting part arranged up and down respectively. The first mounting part includes the upper support frame located at the upper end of the frame; the installation hole is arranged on the upper support frame; the installation pin inserted into the installation hole is extended out of the seat backrest. The second mounting part includes the lower support frame located at the lower end of the frame; the lower end of the seat backrest is provided with the installation buckle mounted on the lower support frame.

Abstract: An integrated chair for selectively providing seating support and sleeping support is provided. The integrated chair comprises a mobile sleeping unit and a chair shell. The chair shell comprises: a pair of spaced, opposed, side walls, each side wall having at least a bottom edge, an inner surface and an outer surface; a back wall extending between the pair of side walls; and a pair of truncated arms, one of each of the pair of arms corresponding with a respective one of the pair of side walls, each extending inwardly from the inner surface of a corresponding side wall and having a lower edge that is distal and above the bottom edge of the corresponding side wall; wherein the inner surfaces of the side walls and the lower edge of the arms of the chair shell define a storage compartment sized to accommodate the mobile sleeping unit when the mobile sleeping unit is in the closed position.

Abstract: A removable backrest is attached to a cooler in such a manner that does not interfere with the opening or closing of the lid nor does it interfere with the sealing mechanism of the cooler. The removable backrest inserts into existing slots positioned in the walls of certain commercially available coolers. The angle of the frame permits a user to sit on the complete lid of the cooler and lean against the backrest. While the backrest is in position, the lid may be opened or closed at the user's convenience.

Abstract: A boat seat or lounge includes a stowable seat back. The stowable seat back pivots between a stowed position and a deployed position. A locking mechanism is provided for locking the seat back to the seat when in the deployed position. When stowed, the seat back pivots away from the seat and is received flush against the inner wall of the hull of a boat, to make up part of a bolster system for the cockpit of the boat.

Abstract: A ready to assemble or knockdown sofa having a back rest that can be reconfigured between a use configuration in which the sofa is has a conventional L-shaped cross-section and a shipping or storage configuration in which the sofa is arranged in a more efficiently stacked rectangular cross-section. The rectangular cross-section allows the sofa to be more efficiently stacked with other sofas during shipping or storage. The back rest has an upper back rest portion and a lower back rest portion in which the upper back rest portion can be rotated forward toward the front of the sofa and downwardly into a nesting region against the top of the seat base to provide a more efficient shape.

Abstract: The patient room window seat converts between a bench seat and a bed with a simple pull of a handle. In the seat position part of a horizontal upholster cushion is under the backrest so the portion of the cushion in available is the correct width for comfortable seating. Moving the upholstered cushion forward until fully uncovered provides a comfortable bed. A second knob removes a stop allowing the cushion to fully extend and leave the base uncovered in a service position that gives full access for cleaning. The patient room seat is constructed with a commercially available heavy-duty ball bearing slides and a modular multi-position remote latching mechanism. The slides and the latching mechanism working in combination provide an effortless transition between the seat and bed position, allowing elderly or weakened individuals to operate the window seat without problem.

Abstract: A sofa or the like has an end cushion comprising a lower stationary member approximating the height of an arm of the sofa and a rotatable upper member that may be rotated to overlie an arm of the sofa. Thus, a back support may be provided for sitting crosswise on the sofa.

Abstract: A sofa bed is provided with a backrest and a bed/seating portion supported by a frame. The frame has a back member with inverted “L” slotted posts, the slots receiving pins on connection member's ends that are pivotally connected to the backrest. Manipulation of the backrest causes the pins to rest in a horizontal slot portion, the connection members then causing the backrest top to be spaced from the frame back member into a forward position in which it is oriented to serve as a seat back for an occupant seated on the bed member. Positioning members brace the backrest bottom against the frame. Further manipulation causes the pins to descend into a vertical slot portion allowing the connection members to pivot such that the backrest is in a substantially flush position against the frame back. Lid members and permanent and removable side portions are provided, with attachable cushioned armrests.
