It can be prepared by solubilizing the components at such amounts in 1 liter of distilled water maintained at 80-90 ° C. through a sol-gel process, stirring the solution under the inflow of air while reducing the temperature of the solution to 18-90° C. at a rate of 4-6° C. per min, and allowing the resulting sol-gel phase to stand at room temperature for 24-36 hours. The composition stimulates the growth of plants as well as builds up the disease endurance of vegetables through its activity against plant bacteria.
