Abstract: An air conditioner control method may entail measuring an evaporator first temperature at an exit side of the evaporator, maintaining the evaporator first temperature, measuring a length of time that the evaporator maintains the evaporator first temperature, providing a user-set evaporator target temperature; and reducing a rate of refrigerant compressed by a compressor based on a relationship between the length of time that the evaporator maintains the evaporator first temperature and the evaporator target temperature. Furthermore, an air conditioner control method utilizing a condenser and a cold storage unit may entail turning off an air conditioner compressor, maintaining operation of a condenser cooling fan, closing a thermostatic expansion valve, opening a bleed port to bypass the thermostatic expansion valve, and receiving a liquid refrigerant into the cold storage unit from the condenser after the refrigerant passes through a thermostatic expansion valve bleed port and the evaporator.

Abstract: A refrigerator using a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture (NARM) and a control method thereof. The refrigerator reduces the rotational speed of a freezing chamber fan or stopping the freezing chamber fan for a designated time, and/or increasing the rotational speed of a compressor in a simultaneous freezing/refrigerating operation mode of an NARM cycle as compared to a freezing operation mode, and may thus decrease evaporation latent heat of a refrigerant consumed by a freezing chamber evaporator and relatively increase evaporation latent heat of the refrigerant usable in a refrigerating chamber evaporator without increase in a charging amount of the refrigerant, thereby preventing over-charging due to increase in the charging amount of the refrigerant and reducing cycling loss.

The assembly also includes a diaphragm that deflects according to a characteristic of the fluid and valve member that is operably coupled to the diaphragm to move within the passage between a first position and a second position due to deflection of the diaphragm to regulate flow of the fluid through the passage. A stroke is defined by a distance between the first and second positions of the valve member. Moreover, the assembly includes a stroke measuring device having a first member and a second member. The first member is operably coupled to the valve member to move relative to the second member due to movement of the valve member. The stroke measuring device is operable to detect the amount of relative movement of the first and second members to detect the stroke.

Abstract: A fluid spray device system (1) that maintains a resultant fluid discharge, or a material onto which the resultant fluid is discharged, within a predetermined range of a set-point temperature by regulating the flow rate of a throttling gas using a proportional valve (22). The resultant fluid has throttling gas and cryogenic fluid components. Both the throttling gas and cryogenic fluid are preferably supplied from a single tank (11) and the cryogenic fluid supply is pressure-regulated and includes a triaxial delivery hose (33) having a return line with a back-pressure regulator (54).
