Abstract: A system and method for aggregating, accessing and transacting a plurality of business application has been described. The system is a conglomeration of the plurality of business applications which provide point solutions to everyday problems of small and medium businesses. The system allows the business application owners to register their business application on the platform. Further the system enables business owners to browse, view details, avail demos and purchase subscriptions to the business applications on the platform. The system further enables business application owners to provide a sales and access point to a wider business customer audience through a one stop shop for the plurality of business applications.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for tokenized data having split payment instruction for multiple accounts in a chain transaction. A user may provide a payment to a merchant that sells one or more items to the user. In order to sell items, the merchant may utilize a partner service that provides resources for the merchant to sell the items, such as an online marketplace. The partner service may require a payment for each transaction by the merchant using the partner service. Thus, when a payment request is generated to the merchant for items sold to the user, the partner service may attach to the payment request and provide a split payment request for a split payment from the payment request. The payment between the user and merchant may be processed, and a separate transaction may provide the split payment automatically to the partner service from the merchant.

Abstract: A merchant can use an e-commerce platform to sell products to customers, and customers can use the e-commerce platform to return items that they are unsatisfied with back to the merchant. These product returns have an associated cost. Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to computer-implemented systems and methods to enable customer-to-customer product returns in an e-commerce platform. In a customer-to-customer return, a first customer that wants to return an item of a particular product is connected with a second customer that wants to purchase that product. The e-commerce platform then facilitates a shipment of the item from the first customer directly to the second customer. Embodiments of the present disclosure include online store implementations of customer-to-customer returns, online marketplace implementations of customer-to-customer returns, and customer-to-customer returns implemented using orders for returned items.

Example embodiments relate to a predictive model and development of a predictive model using machine learning techniques. Example embodiments of systems and methods may utilize web-based applications and plug-ins, extensions, or add-ons thereof for facilitating communication and presenting dynamic information to a user.

Abstract: A computing system includes one or more processors and one or more computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to receive a pending purchase order from a user device in response to a selection of an interactive element presented on a payment page of an online store via the user device, the pending purchase order corresponding to a purchase of a good or service from the online store and including payment information, store the payment information in an escrow database for a window of time, generate a notification corresponding to the pending purchase order, the notification including information corresponding to the good or service and excluding the payment information, and transmit the notification to a merchant system associated with the online store to reserve the good or service during pendency of the window of time.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include systems and methods for extracting information from a transaction description. In one embodiment, a system is disclosed that may include one or more processors and one or more memory devices storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, performs operations consistent with the disclosed embodiments. In one embodiment, the operations may include receiving a transaction description. The operations may also include identifying known location information corresponding to the transaction description and determining whether information from the transaction description corresponds to the identified known location information. The operations may further include removing location information from the transaction description based on the determination. In another aspect, the operations may also include extracting additional location information from the transaction description that is not associated with the known location information.

Abstract: In response to detecting that a battery level of a first computing device is below a threshold level, a computer system determines that a second computing device is within a threshold distance of the first computing device. In response to the determining that the second computing device is within the threshold distance of the first computing device, the computer system creates a reference identifier (ID) and transmits information corresponding to the reference ID to the second computing device. In response to detecting a usage of the information corresponding to the reference ID by the second computing device, the computer system transmits a request for authentication information. In response to determining that authentication is successful, the computer system transmits a payment from an account associated with a user of the first computing device to an account associated with a recipient.

Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure include systems, methods, and/or computer programs that may be used to collect measurements of affective response of users and to utilize the collected measurements to generate a crowd-based result, such as a score for an experience which the users had. Some embodiments described herein involve sending requests for measurements of affective response to software agents operating on behalf of the users. The requests may provide details regarding the type of measurements requested and may also provide assurances. The assurances may relate to various aspects such as the number of users whose measurements are to be used to generate the crowd-based result, the disclosure of the crowd-based result (e.g., regarding the recipients of the crowd-based result), and the compensation for providing the measurements. Software agents that accept the assurances and have relevant measurements may provide the measurements, which are then utilized to generate the crowd-based result.

Abstract: A method for encrypting paper title assets to crypto currency and transferring title is disclosed. The method involves the use of application software and a physical vault. Application software including an encryption engine, a decryption engine, a user interface module, records, and a security key management system. Paper title assets are provided to a physical vault and transferred physically at the behest of users of the application software and verified by public ledger records.

An Adaptive Navigation interface is suitable for a federated universal search environment in e-procurement. The system is configured to learn from past online browsing or transaction in a community and cause a display of specific information to a user navigating a website based on the profile and current search activity of the user.

Abstract: Example embodiments provide a multi-currency cart and checkout. In example embodiments, a currency accepted and a payment option for each item in a multi-currency cart is identified. A plurality of currency groups is generated based on the currency and payment options, whereby each currency group comprises one or more items having a same payment option and accepting a same currency. A multi-currency checkout user interface (UI) is presented on a client device that presents the plurality of currency groups and a pay selector for each of the plurality of the currency groups. An updated multi-currency checkout UI is presented in response to processing payment for a selected one of the plurality of currency groups. The updated multi-currency UI comprises a confirmation for payment for the selected one of the plurality of currency groups and remaining currency groups of the plurality of currency groups.

Abstract: An electronic commerce (e-commerce) system may send advertisement emails to customers that are registered with the e-commerce system. The advertisement emails may include mailto hyperlinks. Each mailto hyperlink may be associated with a product that is being offered for sale, and each mailto hyperlink describes an email message that may be generated when that hyperlink is selected. When a mailto hyperlink is selected, the generated email message may include one or more parameters related to the product associated with the hyperlink, such as an identifier of the product. The generated email message may then be transmitted to the e-commerce system. The e-commerce system may receive the message and, based on the parameters in the received message, execute a transaction to purchase the identified product on behalf of the customer.

Abstract: Certain example embodiments relate to service mesh management. A service mesh proxy routes incoming requests to one or more microservices in a container. At least one microservice has one or more associated API twins, each definable to enforce a policy based on application-level context information unavailable from incoming requests. A microgateway hosting the API twin(s) is instantiated and is configurable to automatically and transparently ensure that (a) incoming requests that otherwise would be directed to an end microservice having one or more associated API twins will be re-directed to an appropriate one of these one or more API twins en route to the end microservice, and (b) outgoing responses that otherwise would be directed by each such end microservice to the service mesh proxy will be re-routed to the microgateway en route to the service mesh proxy. Incoming requests' structures are unchanged pre- and post-microgateway runtime.

The extension of the search is started automatically by a search and compare software application authorized by the user and provided by the alternative supplier.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for a resource transfer system. An instruction to transfer a first quantity of a resource from a first resource pool to a second resource pool may be received. A hold may be placed on a second quantity of the resource in the first resource pool. The held second quantity of the first resource may not be transferred from the first resource pool until the hold is released. Responsive to receiving a message that fulfills a condition on the hold and an instruction to execute the transfer, the hold may be released. A register that is in the first resource pool and is associated with the resource may decremented by the first quantity, and a register that is in the second resource pool and is associated with the resource may be incremented by the first quantity.

Abstract: Multimedia content may be delivered to content consumer devices via a content-delivery network. Encrypted content and cryptography keys for decrypting the content may be distributed from a data center to various nodes of the content-delivery network, each node acting as a semi-independent content-delivery system. Each content-delivery system is capable of delivering received content to end-users and implementing a key-management scheme to facilitate secure content-delivery and usage tracking, even when the content-delivery system is disconnected from the data center. In other words, the disclosed systems and methods facilitate the operation of nodes which may operate in “autonomous mode” when disconnected from a larger content-delivery network, thus maintaining content-delivery capabilities despite having little if any connectivity to external networks.

Abstract: A system and method for concurrently streaming audio and video data in different qualities through a single input signal is provided. Audio and video data are captured for monitoring at a selectable rate set by a remote computing device. The captured A/V data is stored in a local memory as a local data stream with a high definition and may be streamed locally at a high rate. Simultaneously, the captured A/V data is manipulated in different (lower) quality for transmission as a remote data stream based on remote instructions. The local data stream is also streamed to the remote computing device.

Abstract: A network operator intermediates a cashless transaction by sending a payment device issuer an outbound clearing data file enriched with cleansed merchant data. Issuers that choose to participate in the merchant data cleansing service will be provided with the cleansed, and optionally augmented, merchant information. Providing this data to the issuer could be used to help reduce costs associated with “do not recognize” calls by cardholders, disputed charges, and charge-backs. With cleansed data provided in the clearing record, a device holder would be given access to this cleansed information about the merchant where a transaction took place through their statement. The present disclosure also provides for augmenting the clearing record data to include merchant-specific add-on and/or aggregate data not presently included in the transaction clearing record, yet useful to the issuer both in form and content.

In a first example, a content creation service is configured to support content creation using an image along with functionality to locate the image or a similar image that is available for licensing. In another example, previews of images are used to generate different versions of content along with an option to license images previewed in an approved version of the content. In a further example, fingerprints are used to locate images used as part of content creation by a content creation service without leaving a context of the service. In yet another example, location of licensable versions of images is based at least in part on identification of a watermark included as part of an image. In an additional example, an image itself is used as a basis to locate other images available for licensing by a content sharing service.

Specific speech characteristics for an audio recording of synthesized speech of the text message may be determined by mapping the specific event characteristics to user-specific parameters of the particular user. The audio recording of the synthesized speech may be generated according to the specific speech characteristics using a text-to-speech engine, and then transmitted to a client device of the particular user for playout according to the specific speech characteristics.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a system and method for quickly and efficiently resolving customer service issues associated with online shopping. When a customer requiring assistance contacts a customer service agent, the agent may use the customer's identification information to search for the customer's account. After locating the customer's active shopping cart or the customer account, the agent may open a session to view and edit the customer's shopping cart information, order information or account information. The agent may use the one or more administrative options available to the agent and unavailable to the customer to make changes to the customer account as needed. After making changes to the customer account, the agent may direct the customer to refresh their customer account in order to get updated with the changes made by the agent, thus resolving the customer's issues quickly and efficiently.

The method includes acquiring, via an AR device, an image of a display of a user device. The method includes communicating with a server, that provides the interactive transaction element, to move functionality of the interactive transaction element from the user device to the AR device. The method includes generating a new interactive transaction element providing access to the transaction at the server. The server may, in turn, cause a customer mobile device in the retail location to display the customer information, thus facilitating effective and efficient customer service. With the customer's permission, upon detecting the customer's mobile device, customer information may be pushed to a salesperson's device or information (e.g., insurance quote or claim information; new vehicle financing, feature, or review information; or other product or service information) may be pushed to the customer's mobile device.

If the extracted information does not match stored information, a new record of the webpage is created. If the webpage contains product-specific data, a product-specific record is stored. If the webpage does not contain product-specific data, a non-product record is stored. An affiliate link is then dynamically created. The new record of the product and dynamically created affiliate link is added to the database for immediate use.

Abstract: A system and method for providing high availability for a thin-provisioned container cluster includes a memory, one or more processors in communication with the memory, a scheduler executing on the one or more processors, and a spot instance market monitor. The spot instance market monitor receives market information about spot instances in a cloud system at a first time. The spot instances are available to a client at the first time. The spot instance market monitor determines, based on the market information, a respective reliability value for each of the spot instances at the first time. Then, the scheduler selects one spot instance among the spot instances based on the reliability value of the spot instance. In response to the selection of the spot instance, the scheduler schedules a container on the spot instance and executes the container on the spot instance.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for providing a single point of interaction for communicating with a first agent and a second agent. An embodiment operates by a server sending a preliminary request for a preliminary response to the first agent and the second agent and, based on the preliminary request, receiving the preliminary response from the first agent. Thereafter, the server determines that the first agent is a preferred agent based on the preliminary response and maintains a line of communication to the preferred agent. The server then sends a follow-up request for a follow-up response different from the preliminary request to the preferred agent over the line of communication and receives the follow-up response from the preferred agent over the line of communication.
