Abstract: A method for reducing backlog at a call center comprises receiving a request for an agent of a contact center from a device associated with a contact and determining a context for the request. Based on the context, the request may be published to a portal service while restricting agents from servicing the request, and the duration of time that the request is published is monitored. If an interrupt that indicates that an opt-in user would like to handle the published request is received, then a device associated with the opt-in user is communicably coupled to the device associated with the contact. However, if the time that the request is published surpasses a threshold and an interrupt is not received then the request is removed from being published to the portal service and agents of the contact center are allowed to service the request.

Using the comparison, a number of common identifiers present in the first set of one or more identifiers linked to the web service policies supported by the web service and the second set of one or more identifiers linked to the web service policies supported by the web service client may be identified. Using the number of common identifiers, a web service policy of the web service compatible with a web service policy of the web service client may be identified.

In another illustrative embodiment, each container includes a pouch with a plurality of different tablets. Additionally, the plurality of pouches may be received by a box.

The client device sends the sample to a position identification module to determine a time offset indicating a position in the media stream corresponding to the sampling time of the sample, and optionally a timescale ratio indicating a speed at which the media stream is being rendered by the media rendering source based on a reference speed of the media stream. The client device calculates a real-time offset using a present time, a timestamp of the media sample, the time offset, and optionally the timescale ratio. The client device then renders a second media stream at a position corresponding to the real-time offset to be in synchrony to the media stream being rendered by the media rendering source.

Abstract: There is a widespread need for an improvement in the overall sanitation level of high traffic public and private establishments, which contain equipment that undergoes constant changing of hands by those who frequent the establishment. Currently, there is little financial incentive for such establishments to incorporate more advanced sanitation and cleaning protocols. The solution can be realized by creating an article of manufacture with antimicrobial properties and providing installation in immediately retrofit form to create financial incentives for the establishment operator/owner and companies whose products are marketed within that establishment. By identifying specific areas of investigative weakness, per officers, supervisors are able to design specific remediation training that responds to areas of identified deficiency. P Score data can be used to track officer performance during periods of improvement. Aggregated P Score data can be used to assess entire police agencies for the sufficiency of their response to domestic violence crime. The P Score method fills a vacuum that currently exists in criminal justice, because presently no quantitative method exists to identify problem areas of individual officer's investigative habits.
