The knife seat has an inwardly recessed notch and a receiving slot formed on a periphery. The receiving slot provides the support of a blade. The base has a supporting platform and a cutting board. The cutting board and the blade of the knife seat are correspondingly installed with each other, and the supporting platform is placed underneath the notch. Thereby, when a card is disposed on the supporting platform, the knife seat is pressed rotating to move the blade downward, so as to cut the corner of the card.

Two link assemblies each have a first plate and a second plate which is connected to one of two ends of the first plate. The other end of each of the first plates has teeth which are engaged with the rack portions of the sleeve. The two first plates are pivotably connected to the frame and the two second plates are pivotably connected to a pressing member. The sleeve is movable along the threaded rod by rotating the threaded rod and the two first plates are driven to pivot so as to move the pressing member up and down.

    Abstract: A portable guide for use with portable power tools such as saws and routers to assist in making straight cuts or grooves precisely located in panels or sheets by moving the tool along a planar side surface 64 of a guide bar 10. The clamp assemblies 20R and 20L are designed to avoid interference between the clamp assemblies and the cutter portion of the power tool. A template 40 precisely locates the clamp assemblies relative to the line of cut. A lateral guide 30 may be attached to the tool without tool modification. The lateral guide 30 interacts slidably with the guide bar 10 and maintains engagement between the side surface 64 of the guide bar 10 and the power tool.

Next, multiple slices are formed through the segment strips in the Y-direction by a Y-axis cutter head which includes circular cutter blades that are extendable and retractable along the Y-axis.
