Abstract: In a fluid pressure cylinder, a piston is displaced in an axial direction under the action of a pressure fluid. A circular protrusion, which projects toward the piston along an axial direction of the cylinder tube, is formed on an inner end surface of a collar member constituting part of the fluid pressure cylinder, a concavity, which can be fitted externally over the circular protrusion, is formed on the piston, and an annular groove is formed on an inner circumferential edge of an end plate. By the piston coming into contact with the end plate, a pressure receiving chamber is formed between the piston and the annular groove, together with an opening of a second port on an inner side of the cylinder tube being closed to a maximum of 90%.

Abstract: A control device for controlling a speed of a hydraulic motor includes a housing defining a first void. A speed valve is disposed within the first void and is moveable between a first speed valve position and a second speed valve position. The first void includes a speed valve pressure chamber disposed at one end of the speed valve. A speed valve spring is disposed at another end of the speed valve. The housing further defines a speed change port and a speed change passage interconnecting the speed change port and the speed change pressure chamber for directing a pressurized fluid directly into the speed valve pressure chamber to exert a pressure force on the speed valve and bias against the speed valve spring to move the speed valve between the first speed valve position and the second speed valve position.

Abstract: An LS control system is disclosed that includes an inlet metering orifice and a pressure compensator, via which the pressure drop across the inlet metering orifice may be held constant. The signalling pressure that acts on the pressure compensator in the opening direction may be varied as a function of the displacement in order to prevent the system from oscillating if a negative load should occur.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an arrangement for controlling a hydraulically driven motor, forming part of a hydraulic system in which hydraulic fluid under pressure forms a main flow through a main duct in which the motor is connected. The motor drives a varying load, and one or more valves (7) are adapted for controlling the hydraulic fluid flow through the motor on the one hand during operation and on the other hand for starting and stopping of the motor. One of the valves consists of a flow control valve (7) which is connected in the main duct (1) downstream of the outlet of the motor, and the flow control valve (7) is integrated with the motor housing (50).

  • Publication number: 20100188028
Abstract: In the case of speed-regulated high-power drives and with simultaneously high demands on accuracy or dynamics, the object of the invention is to reduce a very high level of complexity of the power electronics (high clock frequency), the motor (high precision) and mechanical transmission (low-play transmission elements). For this purpose, the invention proposes a drive device for rotational and/or t translational movements. The drive has a plurality of drives for the joint, mechanically coupled driving of a working machine or for moving a mass. It also has a control device. At least one drive is intended to provide the power (as a power drive). At least one further drive is provided and mechanically coupled as a servo-drive for controlling or regulating the accuracy and/or dynamics of the overall drive. The control device controls and regulates the at least two mechanically coupled drives.
