The product-related data is linked to interactions that allow end-user customers to view and manipulate product listings and product data using the ingested information.

The group of features for each request is analyzed to collect observations about the plurality of requests. A function to predict an outcome of a subsequent request is generated based on the observations. Resources are allocated to service the subsequent request based on the function.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer-readable media for dividing the content of a user interface for a group-based communication system among a plurality of windows. A parent window may comprise a plurality of panes. A child window may be created from the parent window by an actuation on a pane of the plurality of panes presented by the user interface. Child windows and the parent window may share computer memory. A plurality of windows may be created to divide the content of the user interface. Libraries designed for single window applications may be modified to work with a plurality of windows. The group-based communication system may be implemented via various web technologies.

Abstract: Exemplary systems, implement Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) in conjunction with a cloud based computing environment. The system operates receives input for adding a plurality of authorized network participants to a declared application, in which the network participants are granted access rights to the declared application. The system further deploys an executable install package to each of the plurality of authorized network participants for the declared application; in which the executable install package retrieves the metadata for the declared application from the blockchain and displays GUIs specific to the declared application which are auto generated by the executable install package based on the retrieved metadata.

Abstract: A system tokenizes raw values and corresponding standardized values into raw token sequences and corresponding standardized token sequences. A machine-learning model learns standardization from token insertions and token substitutions that modify the raw token sequences to match the corresponding standardized token sequences. The system tokenizes an input value into an input token sequence. The machine-learning model determines a probability of inserting an insertion token after an insertion markable token in the input token sequence. If the probability of inserting the insertion token satisfies a threshold, the system inserts the insertion token after the insertion markable token in the input token sequence. The machine-learning model determines a probability of substituting a substitution token for a substitutable token in the input token sequence.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided for outputting suggested query items by a group-based communication platform. The apparatus may include at least one memory and at least one processor configured to detect group-based communication platform query data stored in a memory of the apparatus. The processor is also configured to rank suggested query items based on the group-based communication platform query data. The processor is further configured to detect non-keystroke engagement of a search input interface of the group-based communication platform. The processor is further configured to determine a first subset of the suggested query items based on the ranking of the suggested query items and automatically launch a query suggestion interface including a first subset of the suggested query items in response to detecting the non-keystroke engagement of the search input interface. Corresponding methods and computer program products are also provided.

Abstract: Techniques for providing a dynamic and modifiable sidebar of a user interface of a communication platform are discussed herein. The sidebar includes affordances of virtual spaces that are associated with a particular user account, such that a virtual space is accessible via a respective affordance. In examples, a section of the sidebar can be modifiable by the user, such as to enable the user to personalize the sidebar. The virtual spaces can include collaborative documents that are created and managed by the communication platform. In examples, the communication platform receives interaction data associated with an interaction of a first user with a collaborative document and identifies a second user associated with the collaborative document. Based in part on the interaction data, the communication platform causes a notification to be presented in a sidebar of user interface associated with the second user, to inform the second user of the update.

Abstract: Generating shared workspaces for enabling communications between users of different organizations and facilitating discovery of users associated with different organizations is described. A first user can generate a shared workspace and associate one or more other organizations therewith. The first user can designate first criteria associated with joining the shared workspace. The communication platform can receive a request from a second user to join the shared workspace. Based on a determination that the second user satisfies the first criteria, the communication platform can enable the second user access to the shared workspace. In some examples, an administrator associated with an organization of the second user can establish second criteria for users of the organization to join the shared workspace. In such examples, the communication platform can enable the second user access to the shared workspace based on a determination that the second user also satisfies the second criteria.

Abstract: A conversation engine performs conversations with users using chatbots customized for performing a set of tasks that can be performed using an online system. The conversation engine loads a chatbot configuration that specifies the behavior of a chatbot including the tasks that can be performed by the chatbot, the types of entities relevant to each task, and so on. The conversation may be voice based and use natural language. The conversation engine may load different chatbot configurations to implement different chatbots. The conversation engine receives a conversation engine configuration that specifies the behavior of the conversation engine across chatbots. The system may be a multi-tenant system that allows customization of the chatbots for each tenant.

Abstract: A user device (e.g., a computing device, a smart device, a mobile device, a laptop, a tablet, a set-top box, a display device, etc.) may generate and/or display a scrollable user interface (e.g., a configuration form/interface, a web form, a web page, an application page, a data form, etc.) that includes data fields. A data reflection element for a data field that is displayed based on proximity of an interactive element to the data field may be generated. Based on an interaction with the data reflection element via the interactive element, data input to the data field may be displayed in a field of a data reflection window of the scrollable user interface. An indication element that indicates correspondence between the data field and the field of the data reflection window may also be displayed.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and device embodiments for implementing dynamic codeless logging in an integration platform system. An integration platform may provide a declaratively-configurable asset pre-configured to implement a logging functionality associated with a log point, package the declaratively-configurable asset within an integration application, and receive a selection of the log point associated with the declaratively-configurable asset. In addition, the integration application may generate log information corresponding to the log point based on the selection of the log point and the logging functionality. Further, the integration platform may present the log information within a graphical user interface.

Abstract: Methods and systems for hierarchical natural language understanding are described. A representation of an utterance is inputted to a first machine learning model to obtain information on the first utterance. According to the information on the utterance a determination that the representation of the utterance is to be inputted to a second machine learning model that performs a dedicated natural language task is performed. In response to determining that the representation of the utterance is to be inputted to a second machine learning model, the utterance is inputted to the second machine learning model to obtain an output of the dedicated natural language task.

Abstract: A plurality of metadata entries may be sent from a database system to a distributed storage system via a communication interface. The metadata entries may correspond with a respective plurality of metadata identifiers. A first function in a smart contract deployed on a blockchain may be executed to mint a designated non-fungible token initially owned by a first blockchain party corresponding with a database system account. A first transaction transferring the designated non-fungible token to a second blockchain party different from the first blockchain party may be identified. A second function in the smart contract may be executed to record a second transaction updating an attribute value associated with the designated non-fungible token to include a designated one of the plurality of metadata identifiers corresponding with a designated one of the metadata entries.

Abstract: In accordance with embodiments, there are provided mechanisms and methods for facilitating prevention of duplicate transactions across multiple transaction entities in database systems according to one embodiment. In one embodiment and by way of example, a method includes receiving a request to facilitate a financial transaction, wherein the request is received from an external computing device and includes an idempotency key that is unique to the request, and verifying, based on the idempotency key, the request as being a valid request or an invalid request, wherein the valid request is registered, and classifying, based on the idempotency key and a gateway log, the valid request as an original request or a duplicate request that is a successful duplicate request or an unsuccessful duplicate request.

Abstract: A method for testing a web service is disclosed, the method including testing, by a testing application executing on a client computing system, a web service running at least partially on a server computing system. The testing includes directing a web browser of the client computing system to simulate user interaction with the web service to perform a particular operation that includes a particular set of sub-operations. The directing includes issuing one or more requests to perform the particular set of sub-operations. The testing also includes recording test information based on responses received from the web service in response to performing the particular set of sub-operations. The test information includes latency information for at least one of the sub-operations of the particular set. The method also includes presenting, by the client computing system, a user interface having a graphical element depicting an analysis of the recorded test information.

Abstract: A multi-tenant system sends jobs for execution on a secondary platform such as a cloud based platform. The multi-tenant system sends tenant data for multiple tenants to the secondary platform. The multi-tenant system obtains job-level credentials from the secondary platform, for example, security tokens that provide access to tenant data for a fixed length of time. The multi-tenant system uses the job-level credentials for enforcing tenant level data isolation for jobs executed on the secondary platform. This ensures that the jobs executing on the secondary platform do not access, modify, or delete data of tenants not related to the job.

Abstract: A method implemented by a computer system including receiving a transaction for a blockchain to update a data record persistently stored on the blockchain, the transaction specifying updated values for one or more of a plurality of data elements of the data record, and updating correlated data records separate from the blockchain in a database system to match the updated values for the data record in the blockchain.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for automatically determining a need to invoke functionality of a feature of an application while using a primary application and for automatically invoking that functionality without user action. When input information is input into the primary application via a user interface of a user system, it can be received by an application server from a sender process at the user system, and a prefix that occurs before a text string can be identified. The text string that follows the prefix can be extracted by performing a matching analysis against a library of keywords and extracting a matching keyword. The text string comprises extracted text from the input information. The matching keyword can be matched to an entry that is mapped to a command that can be executed to generate an action that automatically invokes the functionality of the feature of the application without user action.

Abstract: Disclosed are some implementations of systems, apparatus, methods and computer program products for tracking inbound email messages in association with database records. An outbound email message is automatically generated or updated to include a message identifier within one or more headers and within a body of the outbound email message. Subsequently, a first electronic mail message received via a network from a first client device is processed, where the first electronic message has one or more headers and a body. A first message identifier (ID) is obtained from the body and the first message ID is parsed such that an encrypted portion and one or more unencrypted portions are obtained, where a first unencrypted portion of the unencrypted portions includes an entity identifier associated with a first database record of a database.

Abstract: Exemplary systems, methods, and apparatuses dynamically assign nodes to a group within blockchains based on transaction type and node intelligence using Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) in conjunction with a cloud based computing environment. The exemplary system operates a blockchain interface to the blockchain on behalf of a plurality of tenants of the host organization, creates a consensus group on the blockchain and associates the consensus group with a specific transaction type for transactions to be processed via the blockchain. The system further assigns participating nodes to the consensus group and grants increased weight consensus voting rights to the consensus group.

Abstract: Techniques for enabling an efficient means of collaborating via a collaborative document associated with a communication platform are described herein. In some examples, the collaborative document can be created within and managed by the communication platform. In at least one example, a collaborative document can support editable text and/or objects that can be ordered, added, deleted, modified and/or the like, such as by members thereof. Additionally, the collaborative document can include messaging functionalities. In at least one example, the collaborative document can include or be associated with a document identifier configured to enable functionalities associated with the type of virtual space corresponding to the virtual space identifier. That is, the collaborative document can leverage existing paradigms associated with the communication platform to enable the functionalities.

Abstract: Privilege escalation in a cloud platform comprises provisioning to a client access privileges to the database entities that are covered by a license. A base escalation matrix is provisioned to the client with additional access privileges not covered by the license. An API request is received and the requested CRUD operation is attempted on a first database entity. Responsive to the requested CRUD operation initially failing because the client does not have required access privileges activation of an exception signaling failure of the requested CRUD operation is detected and used as a trigger to fetch the base escalation matrix. The access privileges of the client are escalated by applying the additional access privileges from the base escalation matrix to a user context of the current API query request, and repeating the requested CRUD operation. The escalated access privileges are then removed.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer-readable media for persisting an annotated screen share within a group-based communication system are provided. A screen share may be received from a sharing user within a synchronous multimedia collaboration session. The screen share may be transmitted to viewing users for display. A viewing user may submit an annotation for the screen share. A sharing or viewing user may then submit a request to save the annotated screen share. The annotated screen share may be automatically persisted in association with the synchronous multimedia collaboration session.

The method includes receiving user input indicating a plurality of objectives, where each of the plurality of objectives indicates a desired goal for a field of interest, receiving user input indicating a plurality of actionable fields, receiving user input indicating selection of one of a plurality of records in a data set, determining, based on applying an evolutionary algorithm, one or more candidate changes to values of the plurality of actionable fields of the selected record, determining, for each of the one or more candidate changes, a multi-objective score for that candidate change, selecting one or more of the one or more candidate changes to recommend to a user based on the multi-objective scores of the one or more candidate changes, and providing, for display to the user, the selected one or more candidate changes as recommended changes.

In one implementation, a database system receives a first request to generate a recommendation objection and a second request to retrieve additional data to include in the recommendation object. The database system generates the recommendation object to include the recommendation data from the first database, and maps the additional data to one or more fields of the recommendation object.

The disclosed systems and techniques utilize video data to provide the necessary number of images and view angles needed to train a machine learning product detection/recognition system to recognize a specific product within later provided images. In various embodiments, a user may provide video data and the video data may be transformed in a manner that may aid in training of the machine learning system.

Abstract: Exemplary systems, implement a multi-tenant blockchain platform for managing the Einstein cloud platform's decisions using Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) in conjunction with a cloud based computing environment. The system operates a blockchain interface to a blockchain on behalf of a plurality of tenants of the host organization, configures the blockchain to share a training data set between two or more tenants pursuant to a consent agreement, trains an AI model to make recommendations based on the training data set, receives a request to register the AI model with an audit record keeping service, receives a transaction at the blockchain, issues a decision by the AI model to accept or reject the transaction; and then proceeds to transact a new asset onto the blockchain recording the decision to accept or reject the transaction and the data set utilized to train the AI model with a version of the AI model.

Then, the method analyzes the image and the image variations to place text items from the entry in the image and the image variations where the text items in the image and the image variations are formatted based on the guidelines in the guide for the entry. A plurality of design variants is generated for the entry based on the image and the image variations that include text items.

Abstract: A cloud infrastructure is configured and deployed for managing services executed on a cloud platform. The cloud infrastructure includes a control datacenter configured to communicate with one or more service datacenters. The service datacenter deploys one or more application programming interfaces (API's) associated with a service. The service datacenter also deploys an administration agent. The control datacenter hosts an engine that receives requests from users to perform administration operations by invoking the administration API's. In this manner, the control datacenter functions as a centralized control mechanism that effectively distributes administration operation requests as they are received from users to service datacenters that can service the requests. The cloud infrastructure provides an auditable, compliant and secure management system for administering services for distributed systems running in the cloud.

Abstract: Methods, media, and systems are disclosed for adding new users to a channel in a group-based communication system. The system receives a request to add new users to a channel. The system adds a new user by classifying the new user's email address domain as internal or external. If the domain is internal, the first user is added to the channel as a member, and if the domain is external, the user is prompted for a type of access for the new user. If the new user's access type is guest, the new user is added to the channel as a guest. If the type of access is shared, the channel is shared with an organization associated with the domain, and the new user is added as a member of the channel that has been shared.

Abstract: System, method, and/or computer program product embodiments for automatic removal of sensitive data items from records are disclosed. In one or more embodiments, a record with a sensitive field (for storing a sensitive data item) is linked to a self-removal data policy that includes a condition set. When the condition set is true, the sensitive data item is automatically removed from the record without deleting the record and without removing other data items stored in other fields of the record. Conditions may be associated with a time period following the upload or storage of the sensitive date item, the occurrence of an event that requires the sensitive date item, a read or approval of the sensitive data item, etc. A user may modify a condition in the condition set to make the condition more stringent or less stringent.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and corresponding systems and apparatuses for configuring the visual appearance of a webpage. The method involves providing access to color schemes through a user interface of a software application and assigning color schemes to corresponding sections of the webpage based on user input. Each color scheme includes at least one foreground color paired with a corresponding background color that contrasts the foreground color. The method further involves generating source code representing the webpage. In some examples, the source code includes a first container corresponding to a first section and a second container corresponding to a second section. The first container includes properties corresponding to a first color scheme. Similarly, the second container includes properties corresponding to a second color scheme. Because the second section is a subsection of the first section, the source code is generated with the second container being nested within the first container.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices supporting physical proximity graphing are described. Some systems may store a limited set of location information for a set of humans (e.g., refraining from tracking device location information to maintain user privacy). A system may send a survey to each person indicating a suggested list of people based on the location information. The people may provide feedback confirming whether encounters occurred with each suggested human. The system may use this information to generate a graph using hashed identifiers to obfuscate user identities, where the graph tracks connections between people (e.g., based on encounters within a time period). Based on a trigger event, the system may analyze the graph and identify a set of hashed identifiers connected to a person of interest (e.g., traversing multiple levels of the graph). The system may transmit messages to people corresponding to the identified set of hashed identifiers.

Abstract: Computing systems, for example, multi-tenant systems deploy software artifacts in data centers created in a cloud platform using a cloud platform infrastructure language that is cloud platform independent. The system receives a declarative specification for creating a datacenter on a cloud platform. The system generates an aggregate pipeline comprising a hierarchy of pipelines. The system generates an aggregate deployment version map associating data center entities of the data center with versions of software artifacts targeted for deployment on the datacenter entities. The system collects a set of software artifacts according to the aggregate deployment version map. The system executes the aggregate pipeline in conjunction with the aggregate deployment version map to create the datacenter in accordance with the cloud platform independent declarative specification.

Abstract: A method for a server to manage data in a peer-to-peer blockchain network is described herein. The method includes generating, by a multi-tenant web server, an exchange object for the peer-to-peer blockchain network, wherein the exchange object includes a set of exchange fields and a mapping between each exchange field in the set of exchange fields and a field of a physical object associated with each peer in the peer-to-peer blockchain network; generating, by the multi-tenant web server, a transaction object based on the exchange object, wherein the transaction object includes the set of exchange fields and proposes an alternation to a physical object; and making, by the multi-tenant web server, the transaction object available to the peers in the peer-to-peer blockchain network to attempt to obtain consensus for the alteration.

A request can be received from a first client of a first user, associated with a first organization, of the group-based communication platform, wherein the request is to associate a second user, associated with a second organization, with a communication channel of the first organization. An invitation to join the communication channel can be sent to a second client of the second user. In response to receiving an indication of an acceptance of the invitation, the second user can be associated with the communication channel. A request can be received from the second client to associate other user(s) associated with the second organization with the communication channel and the other user(s) can be associated with the communication channel based at least in part on permission(s) associated with the communication channel.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for automatically generating new content using a trained 1-to-N generative adversarial network (GAN) model. In disclosed techniques, a computer system receives, from a computing device, a request for newly-generated content, where the request includes current content. The computer system automatically generates, using the trained 1-to-N GAN model, N different versions of new content, where a given version of new content is automatically generated based on the current content and one of N different style codes, where the value of N is at least two. After generating the N different versions of new content, the computer system transmits them to the computing device. The disclosed techniques may advantageously automate a content generation process, thereby saving time and computing resources via execution of the 1-to-N GAN machine learning model.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for data processing are described. Some systems may support data processing permits and cryptographic techniques tying user consent to data handling. By tying user consent to data handling, the systems may comply with data regulations on a technical level and efficiently update to handle changing data regulations and/or regulations across different jurisdictions. For example, the system may maintain a set of data processing permits indicating user consent for the system to use a user's data for particular data processes. The system may encrypt the user's data using a cryptographic key (e.g., a cryptographic nonce) and may encrypt the nonce using permit keys for any permits applicable to that data. In this way, to access a user's data for a data process, the system may first verify that a relevant permit indicates that the user complies with the requested process prior to decrypting the user's data.

These techniques may allow new events to be quickly added and prior elements may be updated to reflect the addition. Further, the thread elements may allow the thread to be quickly traversed to identify queried information such that the information may be displayed to a user.
