The elongated shaft is tapered inward from the bottom surface portion and tapered outward to the top surface portion.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to the field of footrests. More specifically, the present invention relates to a footrest device designed to screw into a ground surface. The footrest is comprised of a foot board that has an anti-skid texture, that allows a user to rest his or her feet in an inclined position. The footrest is further comprised of a conical structure attached to a ball bearing at a top end, wherein the conical structure is screwed into the ground surface to secure the footrest. Further, a user can place the footrest in a variety of locations with various heights depending on their preference.

Abstract: A leveler table includes a plate with a flat top work surface that is level in all planes, by locating a circular level recessed within the center of the plate, so that the level indicator of the circular level is in horizontal alignment with the top work surface. By locating the circular level in the middle of the plate, at the same horizontal level as the work surface, this leveler table provides accuracy and repeatability for use of the flat top work surface in manufacturing steps, particularly the forming of parts where repeatability is necessary, such as the in situ forming of an automotive windshield sensor pad in an open ended package supported on the flat top surface.

Abstract: A desk frame elevation structure includes an inner tube telescopically received in an outer tube and a roller unit between the inner and outer tubes. The outer tube is fixed to a base and includes a bottom plate and a first top plate. A desk board unit is fixed to the inner tube. A telescopic rod is received in the inner tube and has top and bottom ends coupled to the outer and inner tubes, respectively. The inner tube extends through an upper buffer pad disposed below the first top plate. The upper buffer pad has an upper face abutting the first top plate and a lower face for abutting an abutting edge of the inner tube. A lower buffer pad is disposed above the bottom plate and includes a lower face abutting the bottom plate and an upper face for abutting a bottom end of the inner tube.

The worksurface is rotatable about the rotation axis between a use position and a stowed position. A latch assembly is coupled to and rotatable with the worksurface between the use and stowed positions. The latch assembly includes a lock bolt moveable in the longitudinal direction between a disengaged position, wherein the lock bolt is longitudinally displaced from the strike plate, and an engaged position, wherein the lock bolt engages the second stop surface of the strike plate when the worksurface is in the use position. An actuation mechanism is also provided.

Abstract: A modular display can be assembled and disassembled by one person without any tools, and which stacks flat into a manageable box that can be either rolled in or shipped on a standard pallet. The structural parts of the assembly include several types of interlocking pieces which form stable columns, and various bridging devices that allow for slatwall or pegboard to be easily inserted to display a wide range of products that merchandise on slatwall, pegboard, shelves, tables and free-standing pedestals as well as garment poles. This display booth emulates a retail shopping experience where physical products are sold on varying display mediums. The parts fit to together by inserting hooked tabs into slots that fit the width of the tabs. Since all the parts are interchangeable, the system allows for multiple configurations, as well as easy expansion of the display booth by adding more parts.

Abstract: A workstation assembly that can be collapsed into a portable container. The portable container has a first section and second section that can be selectively joined and separated. A lift mechanism is provided that interconnects the first section and the second section. The lift mechanism has an extended configuration and a compressed configuration. When in its extended configuration, the lift mechanism separates the first section from the second section of the portable container by a selected distance. Conversely, when in its compressed configuration, the lift mechanism causes the first section to abut against the second section along a common seam. Wheels are connected to the portable container so that the portable container can roll. A handle is also connected to the container for pulling the container on wheels.

The connection may comprise a stand having a hole, a leg including a pin extending away from one end of the leg wherein the pin is configured to fit within the stand hole, and a locking bracket having prongs configured to engage the pin, wherein the stand has an interior wall having grooves configured to engage the locking bracket. The locking bracket may include a fastening arm disposed opposite the prongs and extending substantially orthogonally away from the locking bracket. The pin may have a slot configured to engage the prongs of the locking bracket. The method of assembly may comprise inserting a pin of a leg into a hole of a stand, sliding a locking bracket having prongs through grooves formed in the interior wall of the stand, and pushing the locking bracket toward the pin until the prongs are frictionally engaged by the pin.

Abstract: Pedestal assemblies configured to support first and second pavers positioned adjacently against an elevated periphery and methods of making the same are provided herein. Preferred assemblies include a cap, base, and at least two towers configured to be sandwiched between the cap and base. Kits can be sold with just cap and base alone. Preferred caps and bases can be formed in the same shape or substantially so, and are racetrack-shaped. Preferred towers include polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cylindrical tubing. The cap can advantageously include an upwardly-projecting fin used to align and separate two pavers positioned alongside an elevated periphery. A pedestal support system can include both periphery pedestals in addition to conventional pedestals positioned away from the elevated periphery.
