A blower (20) blows air through the free spaces around the peripheries of the pipes in one direction and cools the surroundings. Another blower (15) blows air in any one direction through the conductive thin-walled pipes and gets cold due to the cold surroundings inside the channels, resulting in cold air at the exit ends of the pipes.
