Abstract: A method for transmitting continuous data from a transmitter includes sensing a continuous touch trace on the touch device of the transmitter, generating touch data of the continuous touch trace according to sensing time, generating an initial point frame and a stroke frame according to the touch data of the continuous touch trace, transmitting the initial point frame and the stroke frame to a receiver. The initial point frame includes a first initial tag, coordinates of an initial point, and a terminating tag. The stroke frame includes a second initial tag, a plurality of offset data frames, and a total number of the offset data frames. Each offset data frame includes a horizontal offset value relative to a previous horizontal coordinate and a vertical offset value relative to a previous vertical coordinate.

Abstract: A plant sawing assembly for removing plants around a sprinkler head includes a hole saw that may be positioned around a sprinkler head to remove plants growing around the sprinkler head. A receiver extends upwardly from the hole saw and a shaft is removably positioned in the receiver. The shaft is coupled to a power tool thereby facilitating the power tool to spin the hole saw to cut the plants.

Abstract: The invention involves a growing medium cutting tool that, in exemplary embodiments, includes a handle fixedly and distally connected a hollow incising body via a vertical shaft. The growing medium cutting tool is a unitary apparatus with no moving parts, and the hollow incising body defines a cavity completely devoid of any internal structures. The hollow incising body also has a pointed perimeter on its bottom edge useful for penetrating the growing medium. The growing medium cutting tool provides simple, effective, and inexpensive relief to gardeners who need to quickly and precisely create a hole within a growing medium.

Abstract: An hand tool for trenching or edging is in the form of an open loop, with a digging head at its lower end and a split handle portion with left and right shafts and a transverse grip. The head is formed of a transverse cross bar with a curvilinear blade flat blade that extends about eight to ten inches below the cross bar. This may be a semi-circular blade, such as one-half of a fluted coulter disk. The upper part of the cross bar, between left and right handle shaft portions, forms a step or foot plate where the worker can step to bear down over the center of the blade. The tool may be used in trenching for laying cables or conduit.

Abstract: A lawn edger apparatus includes a foot plate member which includes a front edge, a rear edge, a first side edge, a second side edge, a bottom face, a top face, a plate length, and a plate width. A blade member is connected to the bottom face of the foot plate member and lies in an orientation plane that intersects the foot plate member and that extends from the front edge to the rear edge. The blade member has a blade length which is less than the plate length, and the blade member is positioned on the foot plate member medially between the front edge and the rear edge and medially between the first side edge and the second side edge. A handle assembly is connected to the foot plate member adjacent to the rear edge. The handle assembly includes a post portion which extends upward from the top face of the foot plate member and lies within the orientation plane. The orientation plane is perpendicular to the foot plate member. The post portion of the handle assembly is a straight post.

Abstract: An edging tool includes a sleeve unit in which a weight bar is slidably received and on which a blade is mounted. The weight bar is drawn back to a cocked position by hand, and when released, impacts an impact block mounted on the sleeve unit and which is in contact with the blade so impact from the weight bar drives the blade downwardly. The blade unit has a cutting edge which is positioned adjacent to an area to be edged. The movement of the weight bar with respect to the sleeve unit is controlled by various elements on the edging tool.

Abstract: A hand and foot-operated lawn edge trimming tool includes a pair of platform sections each having a flat base and an attachment flange depending therefrom, and a flat blade clamped by fastening means between the attachment flanges and extending downwardly therebeneath, the clamped-together sections forming a platform having a ribbed foot-receiving upper surface terminating at the front end thereof in an upstanding toe-retaining wall. Stiffening ribs extend laterally outwardly from the attachment flange and cooperate to define recesses for the fastening means, one of the ribs receiving therethrough a transversely extending bolt for pivotally coupling a pair of handle brackets to the platform adjacent to the front end thereof, the handle brackets being secured to an upstanding handle and cooperating to bridge the foot of a user standing on the platform. The upper edge of the blade extends rearwardly beyond the rear end of the platform.

Abstract: A combination digger, trimmer, and edger tool has first and second blade portions mounted on and extending in opposite directions from one end of an elongated handle member and each having a respective cutting edge on the free end thereof. A side blade member is mounted on and extends laterally from and substantially normal to one of the first and second blade portions and has a cutting edge thereon adapted to trim or edge vegetation.
