    Abstract: The present invention relates to textile products and the manufacture of yarns. More particularly, the present invention relates to a system for manufacturing textile products from roving waste material. Further, the present invention relates to the method of manufacturing 100% regenerated ring spun yarn, out of waste generated during spinning and additionally, the present invention relates to the method of manufacturing regenerated ring spun yarn with cotton waste, comber noil and carding flat waste which produces 100% cotton ring spun yarn. Advantageously the present invention relates to a cost effective method for recycling roving waste generated during cotton spinning, and produces yarns of the highest possible quality when compared with the virgin fibers.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing and a device for manufacturing a partial split-fiber fiber bundle and a partial split-fiber fiber bundle obtained are characterized by piercing a fiber splitting means provided with a plurality of protruding parts into a fiber bundle formed from a plurality of single fibers while making the fiber bundle travel along the longitudinal direction thereof and creating a split-fiber processed part, forming entangled parts where single fibers are interlaced at contact parts with the protruding parts in at least one split-fiber processed part, thereafter pulling the fiber splitting means out of the fiber bundle, and after passing through an entanglement accumulation part including the entangled parts, once again piercing the fiber splitting means into the fiber bundle.

    Abstract: Provided is a manufacturing method for a glass sheet, including: fusing a glass ribbon (G) by irradiating the glass ribbon (G) with a laser (L) along a preset cutting line (X), which is a boundary between a product portion (G1) to be used as a product and a non-product portion (G2) to be discarded, and jetting an assist gas (A) onto molten glass (M) generated by melting the glass ribbon (G) through heating with the laser (L) so as to remove the molten glass (M) by scattering the molten glass (M); and breaking the non-product portion (G2) so as to discard the non-product portion (G2), the assist gas (A) being jetted from the product portion (G1) side with respect to the preset cutting line (X), to thereby cause scattered pieces of the molten glass (M) to adhere to the non-product portion (G2) as pieces of dross (D).
