Abstract: The invention discloses a regulation jig including a regulation part and a scale plate which are movably connected. The regulation part can simultaneously regulate positions of conveying rings having the same sequence, such that they are arranged into a line. The scale plate can accurately control the distance between the lines formed by the rings. The regulation jig not only can guarantee the straightness of a row of conveying rings around different conveying rollers and having the same sequence, but also can ensure that the transmission surface formed by the conveying rings for supporting and conveying the display substrates has a good flatness, in turn preventing the display substrates from deviating from its travelling direction during the transmission. As such, the regulation jig provided by the invention can efficiently and promptly regulate the positions of the conveying rings, so as to ensure the normal transmission of the display substrate.

  • Patent number: 9475060
Abstract: A method and apparatus for disintegrating an elastomer is provided. The elastomer is moved across a base relative to a cutting tool and toward the cutting tool. The cutting tool has a cutting wedge, which has a cutting edge and a rake face adjacent to the cutting edge. After the cutting wedge comes into contact with the elastomer, the elastomer is first at least partially compressed only by the rake face between the rake face and the base before the cutting edge cuts through the elastomer. An elastic evasive movement of the elastomer is avoided because of the initial planar compression of the elastomer by the rake face. Thus, it is possible to cut off significantly thinner pieces from the elastomer.

Abstract: A conveyor roller includes a roller body that defines a fill cavity. A concrete material at least partially fills the fill cavity in the roller body. A bearing assembly is coupled to the roller body. The bearing assembly is configured to facilitate rotation of the roller body. The roller body acts as a mold to allow curing of the concrete material to occur even after final assembly of the conveyor roller. In one example of the manufacturing method, the concrete material is poured into one or more fill cavities inside the roller body, and bearing assemblies are attached to the opposite ends of the roller body. The concrete material can continue to cure even after the bearing assemblies are attached. In one example, the bearing assemblies act as plugs, thereby sealing the concrete material within the fill cavities of the roller body.

Abstract: The present invention provides a roller for transporting glass substrate and a transporting device thereof. Wherein, the roller comprises: a cylindrical body and an outside layer coated on the side of the cylindrical body. The distance between the top and the bottom of the cylindrical body is 100˜120 mm, the cylindrical body is made of MC nylon, and the outside layer is polyurethane coating. In the roller and the transporting device of the transporting glass substrate according to the present invention, the roller is widened, which is made of the material with better buffering performance. When it is used for transporting the glass substrate, the contact area between the roller and the glass substrate will be increased. And the distance between the rollers is decreased, so that the glass substrate will be transported steadily with average stress, and the structural damage of the substrate will be decreased, which avoids the mura problems and improves the level and quality of the glass substrate.
