In this manner, the narrowed stretchable cuff/opening cleans the display screen to remove fingerprints, smudges, oils, dirt and other particles simply by inserting the device into, and removing the device from the protective cleaning sleeve.

An embodiment is also disclosed whereby the replaceable bill is secured in place to prevent accidental dislodgement of the bill when one grabs at the hat to put it on. One end of the first detachable flap is attached to a bottom side of a first opening and one end of the second detachable flap is attached to a bottom side of a second opening.
