Abstract: A dynamic toolbox that is capable of being disassembled has two pull-out side tool racks and two pop-out lift-racks. The toolbox is configured with multiple triangular apertures that provide sufficient supporting strength but eliminate unnecessary material weight.

The peripheral wall defines a footprint of the container when viewed from the top. The container includes one or more interior walls positioned within the footprint of the container to divide the interior into a plurality of storage compartments. The container also includes a plurality of support posts. The plurality of support posts extend to varied heights above the bottom wall such that an imaginary support plane is collectively defined by the tops of the plurality of support posts. The support plane is inclined relative to the bottom wall and is configured to support an artist's palette near the edges of the palette.

Abstract: A kit for creating stencils is provided, including a polymeric shell, multiple linear polymeric frames, multiple thermoplastic rubber polymeric alphanumeric stencil elements, a rolling ball marker, and a roll of markable web. The polymeric shell has a tray and a hingedly joined sealing top. The tray is generally rectangular with a peripheral sidewall and has a storage compartment each for the web roll, the stencil elements, the frames, and the marker. The sidewall adjacent the web roll compartment has an opening therethrough. The frames have an elongate central planar portion and a pair of parallel upraised crenellated sidewalls with stencil retention elements defined in the crenels. The frames also have mateable elements defined at each end to join the frames together. The stencil elements fit between the frame sidewalls and have elongate projections with stencil retention elements adapted to mate with the stencil retention elements defined in the frame crenels.

The cup and the sheath are releasably couplable to carry the elongate items within the cup and sheath. The container may include first and second caps, each cap defining a first open end configured to fit over one of the open ends of the sheath to maintain the coupling of the cup and sheath.

Abstract: An artist's palette is provided herein including: a body having a first, generally flat surface; a protruding first ridge running along an edge of the first surface; and, a pane removably mountable to the body, the pane being transparent or sufficiently translucent to permit visual color matching through the pane of a sample of prepared paint disposed on the pane with a reference sample disposed between the pane and the body. The artist's palette may be provided as part of an assembly which also includes a cover removably mountable to the body, the cover being configured to be mounted to the body without any portion of the cover contacting the first surface and without any portion of the cover contacting the pane.

A plurality of raised interior segmenting walls allow a user to separate articles of food, condiments, or other items located on the surface of the plate.

Abstract: The main components of the Paint Pal assembly is an oversized an inner paint pan, an organizer tool tray for storing tools, and a storage container with an airtight sealed lid. The container is adapted and dimensioned to store the inner paint tray and the organizer tool tray therein. The organizer tool tray has a plurality of compartments for storing several brushes and a specific compartment designed to store the paint roller. The inner paint tray is larger than the conventional paint tray and has legs which allow the pan to sit level on a flat surface. The inner tray is tapered and walled. The assembly further comprises specially designed ergonomic paint brushes.

Abstract: A pochade box has a painting support system that includes a painting support board for holding artist's panels or canvases that is colored to mimic the frame for the finished painting. A reference line grid is scribed on the painting support board more accurately draw and observe straight lines. A continuous loop strip of a hook and loop system placed on all four sides of the support board. A mahl stick with a hook patch of the hook and loop system placed on a tip of the mahl stick allows the artist to attach the mahl stick anywhere on the support board to the loop strip to steady and support the hand while painting. Panel securing clips are placed in receiving fasteners inserted in fastener holes at fixed locations on the painting support board to allow attaching several different sizes of the paint canvases and panels.

Abstract: A device to store and transport materials and tools, for example, paint and painting implements, to and from a worksite while shielding the floor, floor covering, table, table covering, or other supporting surface from material splatter. The sides of the device serve as coating material splatter guards, acting as a protective tarp, when working yet are folding to serve as an integral part of the material and tool container when during transport and storage. The device has a capability of storing a coating medium. The device may also include a compartment and carrier to store and transport various tools required at a worksite. The folding splatter guard sides fold up to enclose the structure, enabling easy transport between worksites.

A stepped track extends along each of the side walls, each stepped track including at least first and second channels for engaging first edges of first and second panels, respectively. The second distance exceeds the first distance by at least 0.25 inch, and preferably by 0.50 inch or by 1.0 inch. Preferably, each stepped track includes a third channel for engaging an edge of a third panel; the third channel is spaced from the corresponding side wall by a third distance which exceeds the second distance by at least 0.25 inch, preferably by 0.50 inch or by 1.0 inch.

Abstract: A container for holding an item having un-dried, oil-based paint thereon. A box has a removable lid with an outlet hole. The lid extends horizontally across and then upwardly on the container defining a first area to hold the item and a second area to hold a container of material when activated by a liquid to give off a gas heavier than oxygen. The oxygen is forced through the outlet hole limiting drying of paint on the item.

Abstract: This palette accessory and paint storage system keeps oil paint fresh and pliable for weeks at room temperature. A linear paint tray, upon which daubs of paint are placed, is stored inside an air tight tube. Felt wicks mounted inside the end caps hold clove oil, which prevents the oxidation of oil paints. For heavy bodied acrylics, the end caps are mounted with sponge material or silica gel that would be moistened to create a humid environment that prevents acrylics from drying and hardening. When the artist is ready to paint, the paint tray is removed from the storage tube and secured with clips or Velcro to a mixing palette, paint box, or easel. The painter dips into the paint daubs on the tray to mix the desired colors on their palette. When done painting, the paint tray, with the unused paint, is re-inserted into the tube for storage and transport.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for the storage of paint. The apparatus comprises a tray with recesses designed to hold containers of different types and/or colors of paints. The tray is constructed to allow a dispenser and/or applicator to access the containers for the efficient transfer of paint. The trays are further built to allow the trays to be stably stacked upon one another. Trays and containers can be made with materials that are sufficiently clear to allow for the identification of stored paint. Dispensers and/or applicators can be attached to the container caps for transfer of paint into and out of the containers.

Abstract: A single use, disposable container for tattoo ink has a generally cylindrical body defining a reservoir for retaining tattoo ink, a base and a cap. The base has a bottom surface. At least one member extends radially from the bottom surface of the base. A layer of adhesive is provided on the bottom surface of the base, but not on the under surface of the radially extending member. A removable protective layer is situated over the adhesive layer. The protective layer has a radially extending portion aligned with the member radially extending from the base. The radially extending base member increases the stability of the container, facilitates removal of the cap from the container body and provides for easy removal of the protective sticker from the adhesive layer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a palette that is attachable to a user's arm. In one example, the palette facilitates transfer of a product from a container to a work surface by serving as an intermediary surface. Abstract: A kit and method of creating a three-dimensional murals that can be modified over time. A wall mountable sheet, such as wallpaper or canvas, contains a background with a general artistic theme. The artist builds on the background and personalizes it to reflect individual interests. A collection of ornamental items is included in the kit and provides the three-dimensional aspect to the mural. The ornamental items may include any number of items, such as beads, ribbons, buttons, rhinestones, photos, etc. In addition, any other object that may be pleasing or relevant to the artist, including photographs, can be incorporated by the artist when first creating the mural, or over time as events occur in the artist's life. The additional items can be in the kit, or obtained from any suitable source. The kit further includes adhesive for securing objects to the wall mountable sheet.

Abstract: Described herein are embodiments for an apparatus for holding artist supplies in an upright manner. The apparatus comprises a first tier having a first plurality of round openings with a first diameter. A receptacle is positioned below each of the round openings and resilient elastomeric membranes having at least one slit cover each of the first plurality of round openings on the first tier. The apparatus also has a second tier with a second plurality of round openings having a second diameter disposed thereon. Each of the round openings are covered with a slit resilient elastomeric membrane and open to a receptacle positioned directly below the second plurality of round openings.
