The assembly includes a base member including a first body and a second body, the first body including a first exterior surface and the second body including a second exterior surface; a first securing member including a first interior surface; a second securing member including a second interior surface; and a hair product including a first portion and a second portion, the first portion being disposed between the first interior surface of the first securing member and the first exterior surface of the first body and the second portion being disposed between the second interior surface of the second securing member and the second exterior surface of the second body.

Abstract: The present disclosure involves absorbent articles having customized graphics disposed inside packages labeled as containing customized articles. During the manufacturing process, customized absorbent articles are constructed with article identity graphics, and the packages to contain the customized articles are labeled with package identity graphics. A controller uses article and package identity graphics to track the manufacture of the customized articles and synchronize placement of the customized articles in the appropriately labeled packages. The methods disclosed herein provides for the manufacture of customized absorbent articles in series with the manufacture of absorbent articles having non-custom graphics. The substrates and/or components having the custom graphics in the manufacturing process are detected by a sensor that provides a feedback signal to a controller.

Abstract: Embodiments of this invention relate to a rectangular-shaped garment and accessories organizer with a front layer and a back layer, each layer having an inner surface and an outer surface, with multiple compartments and pockets for storing, protecting, and carrying articles of clothing, shoes, and accessories. The organizer has a hook and a strap, and is constructed such that it either functions as a hanging organizer, or can be carried as a shoulder bag when folded. The pockets on the front layer of the organizer are made of a clear material so that their contents can be seen and located easily. In some embodiments, pouches containing an LED light are sewn into or otherwise attached to various parts of the organizer to allow the user to dress in dimly-lit and/or dark rooms and areas. In other embodiments, pouches containing non-breakable minors are also included.

Abstract: A packaging bag for absorbent articles for the display and sales of such absorbent articles to consumers that can be reused to carry other items after the original absorbent articles have been removed from the packaging bag, rather than disposed of as in conventional absorbent article packaging. Embodiments of the present invention allow packaging bags to be made of more cost effective materials that are durable and reusable. Embodiments of the present invention further provide additional exposure to the brand of absorbent articles displayed on the packaging bag when the consumer re-uses the bag for alternative purposes such as a diaper bag or grocery bag.

Abstract: A storage box for a garment such as a graduation gown or keepsake item or other item requiring safe and long-lasting storage is fabricated in one rectangular piece. The storage box in its expanded state may be shipped as a flat rectangular piece approximately 20-40 centimeters wide by 60 to 100 centimeters long. Triangular folding corners join first and second collapsible sides respectively to a binding panel and to an inner folding side panel. An outer folding side panel locks the triangular folding corners joining the respective collapsible side panels with the inner folding side panel to form an inner compartment for receiving a garment for storage. Magnets may be embedded in a magnetic closure panel and at least one folding side panel of corresponding size, shape and location to lock the storage box.

Abstract: A retail display includes a first box that includes a hollow first compartment for receiving and holding an item and a shirt that is folded and disposed within the first compartment. The display further includes a second box that is smaller than the first box and is disposed within the first compartment adjacent the folded shirt, with the second box having a base portion that includes a hollow second compartment. A neck tie is disposed within the second compartment of the second box. The neck tie includes a narrow end and an opposite broad pointed end. A transparent cover extends across and covers the first and second compartments and allows the shirt and tie to be seen by a consumer.

Abstract: An array of personal care product packages comprises a first package containing a first personal care product and a second package containing a second personal care product. The first package and the second package are each of a single primary brand. The first package is of a first sub-brand and the second package is of a second sub-brand that is different than the first sub-brand. Each package further includes a visual schema, where the visual schema comprises a primary viewing area. The primary viewing area includes a product identification region comprising product identification indicia, a qualitative information region comprising qualitative information indicia, and a photographic region comprising photographic indicia. In addition, the visual schema is repeated for the first package and the second package.

Abstract: A universal shoe box has plural faces formed of a common continuous material with each face having a preferential fold disposed between adjacent faces which enable the quick assembly and disassembly of the shoe box. The shoe box includes a display window to enable quick and efficient visual identification of the contents of the shoe box on an image/photograph depicted on a card which may be disposed within the window. Two embodiments of the shoe box are presented, one primarily suited for residential/after market usage and one primary suitable for retail storage usage.

Abstract: A method of providing a surface of a material with an image, includes applying to the surface an image sheet included (i) a flexible layer of a Shape Memory Polymer, and (ii) an image bonded to said layer by means of an image key coat. The image sheet is bonded to the surface by means of an adhesive and a process which involves heating of the Shape Memory Polymer to a temperature above its Glass Transition Temperature.

Abstract: A display and storage case for T-shirts includes a base element conforming in general shape to a flat T-shirt. A cover element is selectively secured to the base element, and is fabricated from a transparent material. A hook element is connected to one of the base element and the cover element, and facilitates hanging of the case on a standard clothes hanging device. ATt-shirt can be secured between the base element and the cover element with the color and graphic features of the T-shirt being visible.

Abstract: There is disclosed a garment package and method of making a garment package. A band keeps a garment in a folded condition in spite of handling by manufacturing and retailing personnel and potential customers.

Abstract: An outfit organizer that facilitates consolidating associated clothing and accessories is disclosed. The outfit organizer comprises a master hanger component designed to hold additional components of the outfit organizer. These additional components include at least one of a children-sized hanger, at least one of a clip hanger, an accessory basket and a laundry bag; each of these additional components is removable from the master hanger.

Abstract: Individual pairs of shoes are packaged in bags instead of individual shoe boxes. Each shoe bag can be decoratively printed with, e.g., product logos or other information identifying the manufacturer of the shoes contained in the bag. The bags are made from paper and/or other types of materials. One or more display subunits are used to hold multiple bagged shoe pairs. The display subunits may be used to place shoe bags into shelves designed for shoe boxes, as well as to create free-standing displays.

Abstract: The shoebox photo ID system is a shoebox (5) that has a plurality of end panels (10), a plurality of lateral side panels (15), a bottom, and a lid (25). Attached to at least one of the panels of the shoebox (5) is a pouch (30) adapted for removably holding and displaying a specially prepared photograph (35). The photograph (35) includes at least one view of the pair of shoes in the shoebox (5), thus enabling a consumer to easily identify the pair of shoes in the shoebox (5) by viewing the attached photograph (35). An alternative embodiment includes an additional photograph (20) of the pair of shoes permanently attached, embossed or printed on the shoebox panel.

Abstract: An article of clothing includes a clothing product, a display portion attached to the clothing product, and a plurality of display items. The display portion has a suppleness and softness substantially the same as that of the clothing product. The display portion includes at least some of a top layer of loop fabric, a middle layer of foam, and a bottom layer of lining material. The display portion may be laminated together, and may be attached to the clothing by at least one of a stitch other than a single stitch, and a heat fusible layer. The display portion is attached onto the clothing product at a position for displaying at least one of the plurality of display items. The display items are attached to the display portion using hook-and-loop fastener system. Each of the plurality of display items are die-cut from a hook material.

Abstract: An insole for a shoe providing information fields for identifying the wearer of the shoe. The insole may have pre-printed information fields providing spaces for a person to provide information identifying the wearer of the shoe, as well as pertinent medical and contact information. The insole is provided in a preselected shape and size so that it removably and snugly fits within a shoe of a given standard shoe size. In one embodiment, design features may be added to the insole. A package containing one or more insoles with such information fields may also be provided, and may have a label indicating the standard shoe size corresponding to the size and shape of the insole.

Abstract: A merchandising system can display merchandise on a display rack. The system has a pair of articles to be worn by a person (for example, gloves). The articles have a right main body and a left main body, each with a user (or hand) opening. The pair of articles have an attachment subsystem for providing an outlying attachment locus for the articles. The attachment subsystem includes a right extremity and a left extremity secured at the user opening of the right main body and the left main body, respectively. The right and the left extremity are each able to reach out of the user opening. The attachment subsystem also includes a display arrangement including a panel. The attachment subsystem is arranged to detachably secure the articles together with the panel, and the right extremity and the left extremity. The attachment subsystem is adapted to hang on the display rack and support the articles.

Abstract: A travel bag is disclosed that includes a pair of flaps. The flaps fold with respect to each other to lay flat or can be positioned to lie adjacent with respect to each other as would be used in a travel bag. Each flap also has at least one sub-flap that enables similar orientation with respect to its respective flap. This combination enables the bag to be positioned flat as it would be if hung open, folded in half as a travel/garment bag or folded to one-quarter size as a travel carryon item or even smaller with additional sub-flaps. The bag can also include a series of pockets, at least some of which are in the form of modules, each may contain several receptacles or individual pockets.

Abstract: A fold package formed of a shell which has closing members connected to the shell. One of the closing members has a tab forming an engaging portion and an upper wider portion all cut in and removed from the closing member. The engaging portion is foldable upon itself and moves away from the closing member to form an extending hanging tab. An opening is provided in the tab engaging portion to facilitate hanging the package.

Abstract: A promotional package is disclosed which simulates a product package. The promotional package includes a fabric article compressed into a shape simulating a portion of the external contour of the product package. The fabric article is compressed sufficiently under substantially pressure such that it is dimensionally stable and self-supporting; as such, it provides substantially all of the shape of the promotional package at the position of the compressed fabric article. At least one decorative unit having a shape simulating another portion of the product package is located adjacent to the compressed fabric article. A flexible retainer maintains the compressed fabric article adjacent to the decorative unit so as to form a combined shape simulating the external contour of the product package.

Abstract: The invention is a printed product hanger construction to be used in packaging fabric products especially multiple pairs of socks. The invention consists of a pressure sensitive band that wraps two pairs of socks on one side of a hanger portion and one pair of socks on the other side of the hanger portion. Pressure sensitive adhesive adheres to the socks, thus securing them to the package. A hanger portion of the band protrudes above the remainder of the band and contains the hanger opening for displaying the socks on a pegboard. The hanging region has an opening for receiving a single or a double wire hanger cut near the top of a billboard region containing printed matter.

Abstract: A container and method for storing children's clothes. The method including the step of providing at least five (5) children's storage containers with each storage container being adapted to hold children's clothing items and being removably hangable on a bar such as a rod in a closet. Each storage container comprises a wall assembly which at least partially encloses a clothing retaining space with a portion of the wall assembly defining an upper end opening providing access to the clothing retaining space. The clothing retaining space in each of the storage containers is sized and adapted for removably holding one outfit comprising children's clothing items. At least a portion of the wall assembly is transparent so that the clothing items in the clothing retaining space of each storage container are visible through the transparent portion of the wall assembly.

Abstract: A container stores a plurality of body protecting garments, such as surgical gloves, in a configuration that permits a user to easily don those garments. The garments are stored in layered condition, and the container has a vacuum applied thereto between the garments and the inner surface of the container, and a seal seals the garments to the container in a manner such that each garment can be removed without disturbing the vacuum. The vacuum causes the garments to inflate into a configuration that facilities donning of the garments.

Abstract: A novelty greeting card is provided wherein an item of wearing apparel is attached in combination with a stiffener element and the combination is folded so as to take on the appearance of a conventional greeting card. The item of wearing apparel is removable from the stiffener element so that it can be worn by one receiving the novelty greeting card.

Abstract: A shirt package for packaging and displaying a shirt that is color coordinated to compliment the differently colored pants and a drawing label insert placed adjacent thereto. The insert is modified to show at least four pants, in one instance and at least five pants, in the alternative. The transparent polymer package is modified to comprise of dual compartments, one holding the shirt and the other holding the label insert; or to comprise of a singular compartment holding both the shirt and the label insert.

Abstract: A garment hanger provides both ease of carriage of a heavy and/or bulky garment and significant aesthetic opportunities. A hook is flexibly engaged to the hanger body by means of a ball-and-socket joint formed by a spherical male element associated with the hook and an ellipsoidal female cavity associated with the hanger body. The hanger body includes transversely oriented means for engaging an ornamental sign. The molded plastic of the hanger is readily adapted to impregnation with selected volatile agents and/or ornamentation. Alternatively, an elongated cavity may be provided in a lower transverse member of the hanger body for accommodating preselected elements.

Abstract: A package for a mask having a predetermined configuration with a front convex surface and a rear concave surface in which the face of a wearer of a mask is to be positioned. The package includes a molded plastic shell having a convex surface adapted to conform to the predetermined configuration of the mask. The convex surface of the shell fits in the rear concave surface of the mask. A coupling device releasably couples the mask to the shell so that the front concave surface of the mask is exposed. The plastic shell may include an extension which permits the package to be suspended from a support for display in a store.

Abstract: A hand wearing apparel display package is comprised of left-hand and right-hand apparel members superimposed with respect to each other with the palm facing the back, a hanger member positioned adjacent the back panel along the open ends, a labeling tag positioned on the outside surface of the hanger member and fastening means extending through the hand wearing apparel members through the hanger member and the labeling tag to complete the display package. Additionally, an apparatus for assembling the hand wearing apparel display package is comprised of a rotatable housing having a first work station adapted to receive the labeling tag, a second work station cooperating with the hanger member dispenser for depositing the hanger member onto the labeling tag and a third fastening work station wherein the hand wearing apparel display package is fastened together.

Abstract: An improved, crush resistant, multiple use merchandise hanger assembly is disclosed which allows hanging or stacking of merchandise as desired. The assembly includes a two-flap, merchandise-receiving label having an upstanding tab, and a hook pivotally secured to the tab. The tab is apertured and provided with an arcuate hook-receiving slot for accommodating pivoting of the hook. The label includes strategically located transverse lines of weakness therein so as to safely absorb bending or impact forces during shipping and handling without harming the label. In use, the hook can be selectively shifted to an upright operative position for suspending the merchandise, or can alternately be pivoted to a lowered, recessed position permitting normal stacking of the merchandise.

Abstract: A display hanger for articles is formed from a single blank of relatively stiff material such as paperboard and is printed on one side with advertising and identification graphics including incremental price information. The single blank is cut and scored to form a main body panel, a pair of garment supporting side flaps and a pair of interlocking side flaps which retain one or more of the garments on the display hanger. The upper portion of the main body panel is reinforced and includes a cutout for supporting the display hanger on a companion support member such as a pin type display panel. Meanwhile, the improvement comprises an extension flap foldably attached to the lower end of said main body panel wherein the incremental price information is printed on individual tab elements that are integral with but selectively removable from said extension flap. The extension flap is normally folded behind and secured to the rear of the main body panel with a single price tab folded into view.

Abstract: A packaged T-shirt assembly is disclosed. A T-shirt with a design disposed on its front portion is placed against a glass top panel of a rectangular positioning box which has a fluorescent light therein. The rays of fluorescent light shine through the top panel and through the front and back portions of the shirt to isolate the design. The shirt is then moved so that the design is centered within the outer periphery of the top panel. A flat stiffener, such as a record album assembly or piece of packaging cardboard, is then placed over the back portion of the shirt. The side sections of the shirt are then folded around the edges of the stiffener and, thereafter, the bottom and top sections of the shirt are folded over or atop the side sections. Tape strips are used to secure the side sections to the back surface of the stiffener and the top and bottom sections together. A wrapper of transparent material is then disposed around the assembly to enclose the shirt and stiffener.

Abstract: A weatherproof article enclosure for sporting equipment and accessories is in the form of a bag constructed from a flexible, decorated, planar material, such as a suitable print fabric, arranged forming an article receiving cavity and provided with an opening communicating with the cavity to permit access to the cavity. Arranged over, and contacting, the planar material is a transparent sheet material, such as a vinyl, that protects the planar material and weatherproofs the bag.
