  • Patent number: 10260926
Abstract: Provided is a self-metering container, an initial positioning device thereof and an initial positioning method. The container comprises a container body, a variable pressure component, a metering channel and an outflow channel. When the variable pressure component is depressurized, contents in the container body enter the metering channel; and when the variable pressure component is pressurized, the contents in the metering channel flow outwards via the outflow channel. The container further comprises an initial positioning device. The initial positioning device comprises a backflow cavity, a backflow channel and a component capable of closing the backflow channel. The backflow cavity is in communication with the variable pressure component and the initial end of the metering channel. The initial end of the metering channel is higher than the bottom of the backflow cavity. The backflow channel is in communication with the bottom of the backflow cavity and the container body.

  • Publication number: 20150034583
Abstract: A medicine bottle is provided. The medicine bottle can have a bottle body, which has an inner space to receive a medicine, and a bottle top attached to the bottle body. The bottle top can have a riser tube, which projects into the inner space in order to facilitate a pumping of the medicine out of the inner space through the riser tube and out of the medicine bottle. The inner space can be delimited by a bottom side, of which the height varies over a base area of the bottle body between a maximum height and a minimum height, to allow the medicine to accumulate in the region of the minimum height in the case of a low fill level of the medicine. Additionally, a length of the riser tube can be chosen such that the riser tube projects further into the inner space than to the maximum height of the bottom side.

  • Publication number: 20140209555
Abstract: A bottle body structure includes a substrate accommodating a container bottle which includes an inner bottle body, an outer container bottle and a bottle cap. The bottle cap can be accommodated inside the outer bottle body and the side wall of the bottle cap is provided with a discharge hole. An ejecting mechanism, enabling the inner bottle body to displace axially relative to the outer bottle body to expose the discharge hole out of the outer bottle body, is provided between the inner bottle body and the substrate. As a result, the bottle body structure conceals the discharge hole in the outer bottle body and the ejecting mechanism enables the inner bottle body to eject automatically to expose the discharge hole, which is convenient to use and hygienic. Material in the bottle can be poured out easily with one hand. The bottle body is especially applicable to storage of spices.

  • Patent number: 7172825
Abstract: A cartridge connectable to a fuel cell is disclosed. The cartridge comprises an outer casing and an inner flexible liner containing fuel for the fuel cell. The inner flexible liner may have an insert disposed inside the inner liner to facilitate the transport of fuel from the cartridge to the fuel cell. The insert minimizes the fuel that is trapped within the cartridge. The inner flexible liner can be used without the outer casing. The outer casing can be substantially rigid or flexible. The cartridge is also adaptable to receive byproducts from the fuel cell. The cartridge can also be pressurized to push fuel to the fuel cell. Unidirectional relief valves are also disclosed to prevent internal pressure in the cartridge from becoming too high or too low.

  • Patent number: 7017761
Abstract: A container comprises a substantially dimensionally stable outer wall and an easily deformable inner pouch which gradually contracts upon discharge of the contents of the container. As a result, pressure compensation is provided in the increasing space between the outer wall and the inner pouch. The outer wall and the inner pouch have, therebetween, a layer of a pressure compensating material that expands when acted upon by an agent. The expanding layer comprises, in an exemplary embodiment, citric acid and sodium bicarbonate foam acting against the inner pouch. The foamed pressure-compensating layer supports the inner pouch so that no vacuum is generated in the pouch.

  • Patent number: 5692945
Abstract: A toy is disclosed for producing a simulated eruption. The toy comprises a container having a first chamber for holding a predetermined quantity of a first reagent and a second chamber for holding a predetermined quantity of a second reagent. The second chamber communicates with an upstanding convergent nozzle terminating at its upper end in an orifice opening to the exterior of the container. When the sidewalls defining the first chamber are squeezed, a portion of the first reagent held therein is forced through a connecting tube into the second chamber, where the first regent reacts with the second reagent to produce gaseous products. The elevated pressure thereby created within the second chamber causes the reagent mixture to be ejected from the nozzle orifice at high velocity. The toy may additionally comprise a simulated volcano landscape having a eruption tube depending from the volcano crater which receives at its lower end the tip of the nozzle.

  • Patent number: 4618065
Abstract: A new two part closure for a sanitary wash bottle assembly comprising an inner multiple lobed elastomer plug and a sealing stopper. A dispensing tube passes through the inner plug and a bulb is positioned next to the neck of the flask of the wash bottle. The sealing stopper is formed with a downwardly extending skirt which encompasses the top rim of the wash bottle and an inner lip-matching groove to engage the wash bottle rim at the lip edge. The inner plug member is formed with uniformly spaced apart lobes at the bottom of the plug and with a central axial bore having narrowed portions at the top and bottom of the bore to facilitate pushing in the dispensing tube. The plug is molded by a transfer molding operation and is formed of a yieldable elastomer having a Durometer (Shore A). The multi-lobe construction of the plug provides a yieldable easily manipulated plug mass which can be easily inserted within the outer skirt and cap member of the double stopper assembly.
