Two ends of the ball head bar are respectively a ball head end clamped by the ball type clamp, and a columnar end. Two ends of the extension bar are respectively a first end engaging the columnar end and a second end engaging the musical instrument vertical pole. Accordingly, as the universal rotation ability is formed by the ball head end clamped by the ball type clamp, the musical instrument support bar is bent freely so that a bending direction and a bending angle thereof can meet the needs in use.

The height of the base section is designed for placement of the organizational stand on a floor surface. The book rest includes an insert on which a bottom of the book can rest and other inserts on which the front and back of the book may lean against. The book rest may also be provided with a page holder, held in position by a toggle which is threaded onto elastic for attaching the page holder to the book rest. The page holder can slide up the elastic, pressing the book holder firmly against the book. Sections of the book holder can slide under the edges of the book, thus ensuring that the book holder presses firmly against the book's pages and keeps the book open in a hands free reading position.

A pair of adjustable arm members is pivotally connected to the support. The user may adjust one or both of the arm members to accommodate portable devices of different sizes. Clips or other connectors are used to secure the laptop to the holding device. The clips connect to the arm members and to the support. The clips may have one or more components, and may be configured to slide along the arm members and the support. The support may include a number of projections that can be arranged in an X-shaped configuration. A release plate or other connector couples the holding device to an extension assembly. The release plate provides a quick release from a tilting device of the extension assembly.
