Abstract: An animal waste collecting assembly includes a pole defining a handle. The pole is elongated and has a first end and a second end. A frame releasably engages and supports a plastic bag and includes a closed loop attached to and extending away from the second end of the pole. The closed loop has an end member positioned opposite of the pole. The end member is linear for a distance greater than 4.0 inches and is orientated perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the pole. A plurality of tines is attached to and extends away from the end member. The tines are co-planar with respect to each other and lie in a plane angled back toward the pole. A clip is mounted on the pole adjacent to the second end. The clip releasably secures an edge of the plastic bag to the pole.

Abstract: A trenching tool including an elongated pole having a bottom end connected to an elbow construction. A hollow cylindrical tube is movably mounted to the bottom end of the elbow construction. The tube is opened on both ends allowing loading of and emptying material scooped from the trench. An adjustable connection secures the tube to the elbow construction.

A pivot is secured to the blade. A handle is provided including a first end and a second end, the first end being rotatably mounted to the pivot. An adjustable retention assembly is secured to one or more of the pivot, the blade, or the handle, wherein the pivot and the adjustable retention assembly cooperate to alter the pitch of the blade with respect to the handle so as maintain the blade in general parallel orientation with the associated debris laden surface. The contact surface of the forward edge slideably engages the associated debris laden surface when urged in the forward direction and the contact surface of the rearward edge slideably engages the associated debris laden surface when urged in the rearward direction.

The head is formed of a first material that is lightweight and rigid. The strip is attached to the forward edge of the lower region and is formed of a second material that is resilient and elastomeric. The strip is configured for contacting the toys within the play area without scratching the floor of the play area.
