Abstract: A tool box assembly provides a tool box that can also be used as a step stool and a bench. The assembly includes a housing having a top, a bottom, and a perimeter wall coupled to and extending between the top and the bottom. The top defines a platform for a person to sit and stand upon. A first opening is positioned in the housing and provides access to an interior space of the housing for storing tools therein. A first door is coupled to the housing and is positionable to close the first opening.

Abstract: An appliance such as a refrigerator or freezer comprising a base having a drawer, a foldable step assembly received in the drawer is disclosed. The step assembly is configured to rise out of the drawer into an extended position to provide a step when the drawer is open.

Abstract: A cabinet base for supporting a cabinet, having a built-in step so that the user can reach the higher cabinets. The step is foot-operated, and no use of hands is necessary for its use. The step collapses into a drawer which is slid into the cabinet base.

Abstract: A server cabinet adapted for receiving servers therein includes a top plate, a bottom plate opposite to the top plate, a left side plate and a right side plate connecting with the top and bottom plates respectively, and a front side plate disposed between the top and bottom plates. The front side plate defines through holes therein. A total area of the through holes in an upper half portion of the front side plate is different from a total area of the through holes in a lower half portion of the front side plate. The front side plate is rotatable in a plane defined by the front side plate.

Abstract: A restroom utility device that allows an individual, while using a restroom, to work on a computer and perform other related office tasks. The device performs both typical “restroom” functions along with various office functions and has an outer casing. A see-through drawer and a cabinet are accessible through the front of the outer casing, which also has an attached slide-out scale located at floor level and a number of side pocket compartments on the left and right sides of the outer casing. The device is mobile through the use of a quartet of castor wheels and also includes an adjustable reading tray that is attached to a fixed mount extending out of the top of the outer casing. The reading tray includes a pair of slide-out supports that can be extended to the left and right of the reading tray for extra surface area as needed.

A track (146, 148) runs on the cab floor from inside the cabinet to outside the cabinet. A set of stairs (42; 242) are movable along the track from a non-deployed position inside the cabinet to a deployed position that allows a person to ascend and descend the stairs for climbing up into and climbing down from the bunk. A releasable locking system (150) locks the stairs in the deployed and non-deployed positions. A handle (158) can be pulled to unlock the stairs from non-deployed position and move them to deployed position. The handle can be pushed to unlock the stairs from deployed position and move them to non-deployed position.

Abstract: This device will allow the user access to a platform and also use the device as an additional step. It will be easy to move and easy to stow. Unlike a footstool it can be easily stowed under cabinets or chairs. A hole in the center section, which is the step, allows the user to easily move it from location to location. Hinges on the sides of the steps allow the step to be raised and lowered at will and a stop mechanism is provided to allow the step to be raised and stay in position.

Abstract: A step assembly is stored in the overhang area of a kitchen counter when not in use. The step assembly is deployed into an extended position by kicking a vertically disposed front wall. Springs then cause a linkage to deploy that positions the vertical front wall away from the front of the counter. A folding line formed in the top wall enables a trailing section of the structure to be rotated until the rear wall lies in a horizontal plane and provides a second step. The rod has a telescoped construction and permits lowering of the second step when the user exerts an axial force against the rod.

A bracket assembly is pivotally coupled to the staircase for supporting the staircase in the extended position.
