    Abstract: A device is provided for positioning single bakery products, supplied by dropping, in recesses of a tin. At least one centering recess is disposed above the tin, which is formed by bringing together two facing half-shells. Structure for moving the half-shells away from each other synchronizes the drop of the bakery products with the advancing tin. Excess bakery products can be expelled from the centering recess into adjacent centering recesses, with the centering recesses forming an alignment corresponding to the at least one row of receiving recesses.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a quilt graphing system that enables a quilter to custom design quilts and appliques. The quilt designing system includes at least one transparent quilt graphing grid and a template. The grid has a plurality of uniform squares with dimensional markings (dots and dashes) on all four sides of each square in the grid. The dimensional markings divide each side of the square into thirds and quarters. So marked, the quilt graphing grid enables the quilt maker to graph in straight lines, extending between the dimensional markings, artwork beneath the transparent grit or artwork graphed directly on the grid. The template is specially designed for use by the quilt maker in marking each square of fabric to correspond with the shape of a specific portion of the selected design, and for cutting the squares of fabric with seams for piecing together the fabric squares to form the selected design.

    Abstract: The design of a geometric instrument which is used during the construction of the various cake layers or tiers of the wedding cake so that each cake layer is centered on a common vertical centerline, and both the support posts that are embedded in each layer of the cake, as well as the ornamental support posts, are positioned on two diametrical lines that are perpendicular to each other. This cake tier aligner has a lower pair of parallel support rails, a vertical column rising at one end of the lower rails and an upper pair of parallel guide rails supported from the upper end of the vertical column directly over and generally parallel to the lower support rails. The lower support rails include side stabilizing means, and the upper guide rails include measured indicia. There is a separate centering platform for supporting a cake layer above the lower support rails of the aligner. This centering platform includes a diagonal indexing means on its underside which slips between the lower support rails.

    Abstract: A pie top cutter guide plate that is a simple and foolproof device enabling its user to produce a quality lattice pie top crust with little effort and minimum instruction. A continuing series of alternately arranged slots spaced equidistant apart on a flat plate that when placed on a piece of rolled pie dough and scored in each slot by the user with a sharp object and subsequently pulled apart from the ends perpendicular to the slots forms a lattice pie top crust. It is affordable to all, has no moving parts or sharp cutting edges, is easily cleaned and handily stored. Its basic simplicity was tailored to fit the one pie at a time maker in their own kitchen and not for the professional pie baker. However, the artistic results are professional in every aspect and will enhance the gourmet ability of the cooks in their preparation of a specialty item for the dining table.

The segments may be pie-shaped, square, rectangular, or the like. A cutting instrument is drawn through each slot on one of said surfaces to cut a superimposed flat object, such as a pizza, into pieces.
