Abstract: Various embodiments of a flexible bulk container are disclosed having a number of innovative features. In one embodiment, the flexible bulk container includes an enclosure defining an interior volume in which a support sling is located. The support sling helps prevent the shape of the container from deforming as it is filled with bulk material. In another embodiment, the flexible bulk container includes an opening in the top through which it can be filled with material. A cord is coupled to the top around the opening and can operate as a drawstring to close the opening.

Abstract: A laundry basket system has a laundry housing with a base that extends to a base perimeter, and an upwardly extending wall that extends upwardly from the base perimeter of the base to form a laundry receiving chamber. The upwardly extending wall extends to a top perimeter that forms an upper opening. An access opening in the upwardly extending wall allows access into the laundry receiving chamber. A plurality of pallets each have a generally planar body that extends to an outer perimeter, the outer perimeter being sized and shaped to slidably abut the inner surface of the upwardly extending wall, so that the plurality of pallets may be slidably inserted through the upper opening of the upwardly extending wall, in a horizontal configuration, and into the laundry receiving chamber. A hanger assembly may also be mounted on the laundry housing.

Abstract: A flexible and waterproof containment tube sits within a basin and prevents objects from entering the basin. When placed inside the basin, the containment tube is filled with a filling fluid. The dimensions of the containment tube are similar to that of the basin such that the containment tube fits within and fills substantially all of the basin. The outward hoop stress of the side portion against the walls of the basin evenly distribute pressure and protect the basin from damage, such as debris, rain or flood, water, or other objects.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fitment. In an embodiment, a fitment is provided and includes a top portion, a base, and a channel extending through the top portion and the base for passage of a flowable material. The fitment is composed of a polymeric composition. The polymeric composition includes (i) from 70 to 90 weight percent of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) having a density from 0.940 g/cc to 0.970 g/cc, a melt temperature, Tm, greater than 125° C., and a melt index from 1 g/10 min to 50 g/10 min; and (ii) from 30 to 10 weight percent of an olefin-based elastomer having a density from 0.860 g/cc to 0.905 g/cc, a melt index from 0.2 g/10 min to 50 g/10 min, and a Tm less than 125° C.

Abstract: A bag material has a tubular shape and can be folded back at an intermediate position in a longitudinal direction. Crushed stones can be stored in a folded part of the back material. An opening on one side of the bag material can be moved to a position close to an opening on the other side of the bag material. A one-side closing rope that closes the opening on the one side of the bag material is provided near this opening. An other-side closing rope that closes the opening on the other side of the bag material is provided near this opening. The other of the one-side closing rope and the other-side closing ropes can be released with the opening closed by one closing rope.

Abstract: A leaves and yard debris collection and disposal container including a container having a flexible tarp with an integral draw string. The draw string includes a slide fastener opening in the center bottom end. The exterior of the container includes handles. Wherein yard debris and leaves are piled up in the center of the container and the edges of the container can be lifted up and tightened over the pile using the draw string and the grip pad and tighten with a lace lock. Then the bag can be lifted and carried using handles and emptied by opening the slide fastener closure located at the bottom of the container.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a polymeric film web, a carrier film, and a magnetic member. The carrier film comprises an inner polyethylene terephthalate layer and an outer plastomer layer. The magnetic member and the carrier film are layered onto the polymeric film web to form a closure member. The outer plastomer layer is adjacent the magnetic member and the carrier film extends beyond an upper edge and/or a lower edge of the magnetic member. The closure is heat sealed such that the seal at the interface of the first carrier film and the second carrier film is a peelable seal, the seal at the interface of the first film web and the first carrier film is a permanent seal, and the seal at the interface of the second film web and the second carrier film is a permanent seal.

Abstract: An oil funnel for use in draining the oil from an automotive engine oil pan. The upper end of the oil funnel is selectively magnetically attached to the bottom of the oil pan around the drain plug thereof. The oil funnel has a semi-circular slot formed therein. A flexible tubular member, having an open outer end and a closed inner end, is positioned in the oil funnel inwardly of the slot. The user of the oil funnel may insert the user's thumb, index finger and perhaps the user's middle finger inwardly through the slot and into the interior of the tubular member whereby the user may remove the drain plug from the oil pan without coming into direct contact with the drain plug. The flexible tubular member prevents the draining oil from coming into contact with the user's hand.

Abstract: A container to hold contents therein is described with a gauge to indicate the level of contents in the container. The container can be a prescription container to store capsules, tablets, pills and the like. A label is affixed outside the container and is substantially opaque such that the interior is not visible through the label. The label including a vertical, transparent viewing window to see past the label, through the container wall to view the contents therein. The label includes indicia and indicators adjacent the window to indicate a time remaining for the supply of contents in the container or other characteristics of the contents. The time remaining can be calculated by the container volume and characteristics of the contents.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a reconfigurable bag which can form a variety of bags, handbags and purses. With all of the demands of busy lives, women today need to have a variety of bags and purses. Women need a clutch for evening use, a large purse for taking to work, a smaller purse for daytime outings, and a briefcase or computer bag. A reconfigurable bag as disclosed herein would help to eliminate these issues by providing a bag that can be converted to a variety of bags and purses.

Abstract: A device for collecting waste cleaning fluid and debris from an installed A/C unit by placing and supporting a funnel shaped collection bib under the A/C unit by means of device mounting brackets placed behind the A/C unit, the bib being held open by an arcuate rib attached to the mounting brackets, and by a supporting cord passing through the rib, brackets, and bib hem and being cinched against the device.

Abstract: A sealing strip on a release layer is disclosed. The release layer can include an envelope with walls cooperatively enclosing a pocket with an opening. The envelope can include a closure flap pivotable to close the envelope. A first location of the envelope can include a sealing strip releasably adhered to the envelope (or a release layer on the envelope). This sealing strip can be removable from the first location and placeable in a second location overlapping the closure flap in the closed position and an adjacent portion of an envelope wall. The sealing strip can include an adhesive capable of adhering to the closure flap and adjacent portion of the second wall for securing the closure flap in the closed position. The sealing strip can include a removable grasping tab connected by a weakened area. The sealing strip can be provided on a release layer independent of an envelope.

Abstract: A watercraft utility harness having a hanging piece and a utility pocket attached to the hanging piece. Separators may be disposed in the utility pocket to divide the utility pocket into sub-pockets that may house necessary items. There are attachment straps and flaps on the back of the hanging piece, allowing the watercraft utility harness to be hung on watercraft guardrail cords. There are front straps on the front side of the utility harness, preventing the items stored in the utility pocket from falling out. The utility harness is particularly suitable to store fuel containers and provide backup fuel supply for the watercraft. The utility pockets and sub-pockets may be sized specifically for this purpose.

Abstract: An openable/closable water-proof bag into which a motor vehicle, or other large object, may conveniently be moved and placed inside. The bag is formed of two sheets polyethylene plastic material, one atop the other, which are bonded and adhered at one end and on two vertical sides, leaving one end of the bag that is openable and closable. When the openable and closable end of the bag is closed, and the sides of the bag are folded upwardly and secured tightly around surfaces of the motor vehicle or other large object, the contents of the bag are protected from water and other harmful outside elements, thereby preserving intact electrical and mechanical components of the enclosed object from the effects of a flood and outside debris.

Abstract: A reversible carrying bag that includes fabric panels positioned in overlying relation to one another and stitched along opposing side edges. Flaps formed along the opposing top and bottom edges form passages through which carrying straps may extend. The carrying bag may also include fasteners affixed to the edges of the panels for attaching to a handle.

Abstract: A reusable food pouch for holding solid, semi-solid and liquid foods. In one embodiment, the food pouch includes first and second flexible sheets joined together to form a container. A spout extends from the container and allows food to exit the spout when opened and prevents the food from exiting the spout when the spout is closed. A spout portion of the container secures the spout to the container. The spout portion extends further than all other portions of the container in a direction parallel to the length of the spout. A zipper portion of the container attaches and separates the flexible sheets along the length of a zipper. The length of the zipper is parallel to the length of the spout.

Abstract: A filling system and filling device for introducing items for delivery into a delivery bag. The filling device has a stacking mechanism that stacks the items for delivery in the delivery bag. The items for delivery include one or more flat articles, and can include an enclosure unit that is flat, at least partially open on at least one side, and at least partially closed on at least one side, such that the enclosure unit forms an envelope or a pocket. The item for delivery and/or the enclosure unit can have a receiver identification.

Abstract: Distribution and dispensing modalities are provided for reusable medical gowns which involves generally loose handling thereof. Dispensing containers have a collapsible sidewall structure extending between opposite ends and defining therebetween an interior when un-collapsed or erected, at least one of the ends defining an opening through which clean, reusable medical gowns can be loaded, a closure repeatably manipulatable to open and close the opening, and a controllable access aperture at least a portion, or all, of which is spaced from the opening through which to selectively remove a clean, reusable medical gown. The loaded dispensing container may be transported to or around a healthcare facility and placed where needed for ready access at the point-of-use to clean, reusable medical gowns through the controllable access aperture.

Abstract: A dual-chamber container with independent or combined access includes two individual chambers made of a breach-able material such as, but not limited to, a paper product. The container can be made from a unitary blank that is foldable to create a substantially triangular body. The triangular body includes a first and a second superimposed triangular chamber, each chamber having a distinct interior space for holding a dispensable substance. A first and a second access fin are positioned at each of a respective first and a second corner of the body, each access fin contiguous with a respective one of the first and the second chamber. The interior space of each chamber is individually accessible by removing a respective one of the access fins, thereby breaching it's respective chamber.

Abstract: Food packaging of the present invention is particularly adapted for microwave, conventional oven, stove top and boiler cooking techniques and includes an integral pocket or trap compartment for receiving fluids created by the cooking process, such as grease. Embodiments include a compartment for cooking food products therein with the addition of water or other fluids, wherein the water or other fluids are drained from the food products and removed from the food packaging after cooking the food products.

Abstract: This relates to a food dispensing bag that can accept food through a first opening and dispense food out of a second opening. The first opening can be unsealed to permit food being loaded into the bag and subsequently sealed for storage of the food in the bag. During the loading of the food into the bag and storage of the food in the bag, the second opening can remain sealed; Once a user desires to dispense the food from the bag, the user can unseal the second opening and squeeze the bag to dispense the food out of the second opening.

Abstract: A bag for enclosing a handheld electronic device (HED) comprises a flexible sheet material such as a flexible or stretchy fabric. The material is formed into a bag having a main body and a mouth. The mouth has a periphery smaller than the periphery of the main body. The mouth can elastically stretch to allow passage of the HED. First and second loops are attached to and project from the bag adjacent to the mouth to allow a user to support the bag with thumb and forefinger while inserting the HED. In one embodiment, an elastic structure comprises the periphery of the mouth. The unstretched length of such an elastic structure may be adjusted to compensate for the size of the HED.

Abstract: A flexible fluid storage system for holding large volumes of fluid and a process and apparatus for the handling and transportation of the flexible storage system is provided. The flexible storage system includes a main storage bag with an attachment apron with fingers, a ground sheet, a lay flat tube for fluid circulation, a pressure release port, and fill/drain ports. The flexible storage system is configured for attachment to a trailer and reel system such that the flexible storage system can be mechanically rolled onto or off of a reel on a semi-truck trailer bed for easy transportation, deployment, and storage of the flexible storage system.

Abstract: Apparatus is disclosed for packaging a beverage component of a prepared meal having a hot food component. The meal is of the type that is purchased on a take-away or delivery basis for consumption, after transport to a dining destination and before the food component gets cold. This apparatus comprises: a pouch which defines an opening for receiving said beverage; and a spigot connected to said pouch for dispensing said beverage therefrom. The apparatus can also include means for sealing said opening to define a container and for releasing gas from said container such that, in normal use, said container remains sealed during said transport and such that, in normal use with a carbonated beverage, the carbonated beverage does not go flat before the food component gets cold. The sealing means can comprise a press-to-seal closure for sealing said opening and a labyrinth channel to vent said container.

Abstract: A portable, removable dust containment system is disclosed for capturing and containing the dust generated by work performed on a work surface, such as the wall or ceiling inside a room. The device includes a transparent plastic bag with a first large opening at one end, and with the bag tapering to a smaller second opening at a second end. The device is removably affixed by an adhesive onto a wall surface, with the perimeter of the first opening surrounding an area where work is to be done on the wall. The user extends his or her hand through the second opening and closes the second opening. Any dust generated by the work is captured and contained within the bag and can be discarded when the bag is removed from the wall.

Abstract: A soft sided insulated container assembly has a first insulated container portion and a second insulated container portion. The second insulated container portion can be collapsed to a flat position, and secured in place. Either of the container portions may have a liner. The liner in the first container portion may be a substantially rigid liner. The assembly may have a lifting member. In one example the second portion may be hingedly mounted to the first portion, and the lifting member may be mounted such that when the assembly is lifted, the hinge is in an up-and-down orientation. In another embodiment, the lifting member may be eccentrically mounted, such that the assembly may possibly sit more comfortably against a carrier's hip. The first container portion may have an auxiliary opening or door, and that door may be more easily opened than the main access of the first insulated container portion.

Abstract: Airtight compressible storage containers (e.g., pouches) having one-way valves in the form of respective collapsible channels that run along and adjacent to respective pouch side seals. Each collapsible channel comprises unsealed sections of web material that span the space between a respective side seal and a respective interior seal. Each collapsible channel communicates with a respective air inlet located in the interior volume of the pouch and a respective air outlet located on a periphery of the pouch. When the contents of the pouch are compressed by a user pushing down on pouch, air from the storage chamber containing the compressible contents can be forced into the air inlet, through the open channel and out the air outlet until the desired amount of air has been removed from the pouch.

The interior space is defined by a pair of side walls and an inner wall and an opposite bottom wall. The inner wall extends across the body from one side wall to the other side wall such that a first angle ?1 is formed between a first end of the inner wall and one side wall and a second angle ?2 is formed between a second end of the inner wall and the other side wall. The first angle is different from the second angle. The bag also includes a needleless port that is in fluid communication with the interior and is configured to sealingly mate with an external device. The needleless port is disposed in an upper corner of the body.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a puncture resistant sealable vapour barrier sterilisation bag capable of withstanding a steam sterilisation process whilst providing an effective microbiological barrier having a first sealable opening suitable for receiving items to be sterilised and a second sealable opening adapted to couple to a sterilisation conduit. A third sealable opening may be provided in the bag to facilitate circulation within the bag via the second and third openings when the first opening is sealed. The bag forms the means for sterilising an article(s) solely within the plastic bag in conjunction with a sterilisation services supply device. The bag is preferably formed of plastics. Preferably a multilayer construction including a puncture resistant outer layer and a heat-sealable inner layer. The bag may include a covert marking technology and/or a readable unique identification code such as a tamper-resistant label applied to the bag to facilitate uniformity and traceability.

Abstract: A sealed multi-handled bag is provided that includes a first handle at a first end and a second handle at a second end. In one embodiment, the handles are on substantially opposite ends of the bag. The sealed bag may be made from plastic and may contain loose materials, such as a salt. In some embodiments, one or more of the handles are formed from heat-sealed layers of bag material having a grip cut therein. A method for filling and sealing the multi-handled sealed bag includes filling a bag having a first closed end through a second open end, and sealing the second open end to form a handle. In one embodiment, sealing the second open end includes heat-sealing opposing layers of bag material together and cutting a handle through the layers. In another embodiment, the method includes folding-over the layers of bag material.

The fill opening can be included in one or more of the package panels, with an internal fill patch provided proximate or about the fill opening. The patch can be initially sealed at one or more edge or portions to the internal surface of the respective package panel or panels, with a generally free edge or portion remaining unsealed. Upon filling the package with material contents through the fill opening, the free edge can be finally sealed by the filler or customer to close off the fill opening, without losing other features or the integrity of the package.

Abstract: A pouch, including an attachment device for a belt or article of clothing, the pouch specifically designed for the collection of dog feces which includes a first pocket and second pocket, where the first pocket holds clean plastic bags and the second pocket, which in an initial state is folded in half, is then unfolded and opened in a subsequent final state, where it would receive a clean bag taken from the first pocket, this clean bag filled with feces and becoming used, where the used bag would be placed in the second unfolded pocket, where it would be secured until properly disposed of.

Abstract: A pouch comprises a plurality of plastic sheets sealed on periphery, has a contents spout and a plastic zipper arranged in a fused state between the sheets whose outer periphery is sealed, and is heat-sterilized after being filled with contents. A a barrier portion is formed in a portion of the pouch interior set further toward the contents and away from the plastic zipper, the barrier portion formed in a state in which a film base material has been folded over. As a result, even if any damage is imparted during the step for manufacturing the plastic zipper or the step for mounting the zipper in the pouch, there will be no incidence of the contents leaking from the barrier portion and reaching the zipper portion due to heat and pressure encountered when retort sterilization, boiling, or another type of heat sterilization is performed after the pouch has been filled with foodstuffs or other material.

Abstract: A method of constructing a clean room utility pouch includes cutting dust-proof fabric in accordance with a pattern. The cut edges of the dust proof fabric are treated to eliminate loose particulates or loose fibers along the cut edges. Piping can be secured over the cut edges instead of treating, or in addition to treating the cut edges, and finished by securing the pieces together to form the utility pouch. In some embodiments, a mesh is secured to the cut edges to form a portion of the utility pouch. Air can then flow into and out of the pouch via a pouch opening and the mesh.

Abstract: A liquid transport system including a bag adapted to hold fluids, the bag being constructed of a flexible fabric. The bag has a top portion, a bottom portion and a sidewall portion forming an interior and exterior. The system includes a discharge port, a fill port and a series of injector ports on the bag providing fluid access to the interior of the bag from the exterior, where each of the ports are sealingly closable. The discharge port and the fill port are adapted to allow product to flow into and out of the bag, and the injector ports are adapted to accommodate an injector probe.

Abstract: A covering mesh bag used for planting fruit and vegetables is disclosed. The covering mesh bag includes a mesh bag and two cords separately disposed along two edges of opening of the mesh bag. Two ends of each of the two cords are outside the mesh bag. There is a zipper at the bottom of the mesh bag. The opening of the mesh bag can be girded by pulling the two cords and the cords can be tied to a branch of a fruit tree or treillage. The zipper is used as a closeable opening for observing the fruitage covered in the mesh bag.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a system and method for handling effluent during a hydroblasting operation of a vessel. The system includes a bag assembly comprising a containment bag and a drain. A throat opening is configured to interface with an end of a vessel. The sidewall extends approximately longitudinally from the throat opening. The sleeve is located substantially circumferentially around the containment bag near the throat opening and is formed of a resilient, anti-static material.
