Abstract: The present invention relates to a safeguard zipper bag, and more particularly, to a safeguard zipper bag that has a dual opening part in order to disperse force applied to the zipper bag, such that the safeguard zipper bag is difficult to open by outer opening parts and easy to open by inner opening parts, and the safety of the safeguard zipper bag is improved. A safeguard zipper bag according to the present invention may include: an envelope in the form of a bag; and a male zipper part and a female zipper part attached to inner surfaces of the envelope, in which one portion or the other portion of at least one of the male zipper part and the female zipper part, which is spaced apart, at a predetermined interval, from a portion where the male zipper part and the female zipper part are coupled by male/female engagement, is attached to the inner surface of the envelope.

The flange of the first closure strip includes outer and inner flange portions. The inner flange portion of the first closure strip includes the at least one closure profile. The inner flange portion of the first closure strip has a length less than the length of the outer flange portion of the first closure strip. The closure profile of the first closure strip is located between an open end of the inner flange portion and the bending point.

Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments of a versatile storage bag and methods of making same. The versatile storage bag may have first and second sidewalls, a double-locking closure mechanism with a first closure element extending along the first sidewall and a second closure element extending along the second sidewall, each closure element having a channel and an elongated member configured for interlocking with one another. A double-seal along three sides of the first sidewall and the second sidewall form a gusset between two seals, leaving an opening through the double-locking closure mechanism. Corner seals may be formed at the corners of the first and second sidewalls, further reinforcing the double-locking closure mechanism for an airtight and hence waterproof seal. The versatile storage bag may be made of a food-grade polyethylene vinyl acetate blend, approximately 90% or less ethylene vinyl acetate and approximately 10% or less polyethylene.

The grasping flange is unattached to the first wall between opposite sidewall edges of the pouch. The complementary interlocking profile is attached to the opposite pouch wall. Some pouches can also include an opening in a side wall of the pouch to provide access to a portion of the grasping flange.

The zipper tape comprises a pair of belt-shaped bases and two pairs of mating portions configured to be mated with each other. One of the belt-shaped bases is attached to the bag main body only at a widthwise side near an opening. First one of the mating portions includes a pair of hooks provided to each of the belt-shaped bases and respectively having nails at ends of the hooks that are configured to be meshed with each other. The second mating portion includes a concave female mating portion provided to the belt-shaped base and a male mating portion having the same shape as the hook and configured to disengageably mate with the female mating portion. The nail of the hook protrudes toward the opening.

The zipper strips each further include a texturized gripping region on the exterior surfaces to enable a user to open the zipper assembly. The package (1) comprises a filled cavity portion (6a) containing the powdery material (2), optionally separated into groups of different composition, and a tab portion (9) integrally formed with the filled cavity portion (6a) and being swept around the filled cavity portion (6a) so as to define a roll-up package. The tab portion (9) forms a protective barrier that shields the powdery material (2), e.g. by counteracting transport of moisture into and out of the package. The tab portion (9) may also stabilize the package. The roll-up package is compact, and simple to manufacture and handle.
