A vertical movement control system is located partially within at least one of the support members and controls movement of the cover element frame.

The ladder may be moveable between a use position, permitting ingress into the pool, and a storage position. When the ladder is in the use position, the leg of the ladder is supported by the support member. When the ladder is in the storage position, the ladder extends from the aperture of the support member to cantilever from the support member.

The overflow device comprises a tieplate comprising a mating flange attached to a first end of a pipe and a faceplate operable to slide onto the tieplate. The faceplate comprises a front cover portion, a backside and a groove. The pipe is operable to be concentrically disposed with a hole in a wall of the vessel. The groove is located on the backside of the faceplate, and the mating flange slides along and inside the groove. Once in place, the front cover portion of the faceplate covers the first end of the pipe.

The intake enclosure has an open grate which is configured to be positioned flush with the pool wall. Water which accumulates between the pool wall and the liner flows through the grate, into the intake enclosure, and then into the collection tank. A sump pump or other submersible pump within the collection tank then discharges the water out of the collection tank for disposal at a location away from the pool. This constant monitoring and then automatic removal of unwanted water from the space between the liner and the pool wall serves to maintain the integrity of the liner in relation to the wall.

Abstract: A retention system for holding and mounting a cover cap to a plumbing fitting having a tubular terminal that projects at an opening through a bath or shower wall, comprising a retainer ring fitting on said tubular terminal and tightenable toward said wall, a series of retention cams on said ring and space about a longitudinal axis defined by the ring, there being gaps between successive cams, and there being retention shoulders on the cams, the retention shoulders facing in directions toward said wall, for retaining holders on the cover cap, after said holders have been passed longitudinally through said gaps and after the cap has then rotated to cause said holders to slidably engage the cams and became wedged against said retention shoulders.

Abstract: A method and article of manufacture for building waterproof concrete structures. An integral casing comprised of a rigid plastic shell with an armature attached to its face is covered with concrete. The shell is formed either in the shape of a desired structure or in a generic shape to be used to splice together a larger custom structural shape in a mosaic fashion. The shell acts both as a form to support the wet poured concrete and becomes an integral part of the finished structure to provide waterproofing.
