The lip-anterior portion includes a panel positioned anterior to a lip shield. The panel can be customized to be different shapes and have decorative features. The interchangeable mouth shield includes a vent enabling a user to breathing through the interchangeable mouth shield during use. The teeth tray can be selectively flavored.

Abstract: A bubble blowing apparatus comprising a main body, a plurality of legs connecting the main body to a base, a motor, a fan operably coupled to the motor to blow an upward stream of air, a liquid fountain unit operably coupled to the motor to blow a bubble solution upward, a gear shaft operably coupled to the motor to rotate about a rotational axis, and a plurality of bubble wands rigidly affixed to an upper portion of the gear shaft. Further, the gear shaft is configured to continuously rotate about the rotational axis, such that each of the plurality of bubble wands repetitively cycle between the two positions of (1) passing over the liquid fountain unit so as to amass upwardly blown bubble solution, and (2) passing over the fan such that the amassed bubble solution contacts the upwardly blown air and forms a bubble.

Additionally, a hollow straw is retrofitted in a beverage packaging to provide spill proof packaging. The blow space is made from interior profiles of varying depth on engaged housings. This permits the user to alter the pitch of the tone by selectively altering the blow position. In this way, the user can imitate the sound of a goose by altering the blowing three and the blow position.

Abstract: Provided are a system and method for a game call having an open frame and notch above a diaphragm. The game call includes a first frame having a top side and a bottom side, an exterior periphery and an interior periphery, and a longitudinal axis. A flexible diaphragm disposed in the first frame between the top side and the bottom side and across the interior periphery, the flexible diaphragm having side portions adjacent to the longitudinal axis and a central portion generally upon the longitudinal axis. An Open Arch Frame spans the interior periphery generally normal to the top side, the Open Arch Frame disposed above the flexible diaphragm and generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, the arch frame having a central air passage notch section, and opposing leg sections. An associated method of use is also provided.

Abstract: Provided herein is a device (and associated method of using the device) to aid and educate a child in blowing their nose. The device comprises a pinwheel assembly, which is positioned under the child's nostrils such that air expelled from the nostrils will turn the blades of the pinwheel. The device optionally comprises a pacifier, which is configured such that when the nipple of the pacifier is in the child's mouth, the pinwheel assembly is positioned such that air expelled from the child's nostrils will turn the blades of the pinwheel assembly. Other configurations include cups, which encircle the child's mouth, and handles which aid in the proper positioning of the device.

The bell has an inlet end and an outlet end to define a channel for the continuous passage of a column of air therethrough, the bell having an expanding cross-sectional area along at least a portion of the channel. The adjustable game call device has an adjustable caller assembly that includes a barrier member disposed within the bell and an adjustment member attached to the barrier member. The barrier member is movable in an axial direction within the bell by actuating the adjustment member to vary a distance of the barrier member from the bell inlet between two predetermined positions. Varying the distance of the barrier member from the bell inlet modifies the column of air traveling through the channel to change a characteristic of an animal sound created when the adjustable game call device is in use.

The attachment means is configured to secure an end of a mouth-controlled game call therein. The extension means may be a tubular conduit. Moreover, an amount of air flowing into each air feeding tube of the whistle is controlled depending on an angle of putting a mouthpiece in a mouth to select a tone. A tone selecting member or an air amount adjusting flap is provided, and tone can be selected by mechanically blocking off each air feeding tube. Furthermore, an air amount adjusting flap which changes an air-feeding-path cross-sectional area of the air feeding opening, the air feeding tube, or the orifice is provided, and a sound volume can be changed by adjusting an amount of passing air.

Abstract: A noisemaker assembly that includes an annular horn body having an inner wall, an outer wall and a groove disposed there between. The groove is open at the top surface of the horn body. A tubular mouthpiece is provided that extends into the horn body. The mouthpiece communicates with the groove inside the horn body. When air is blown into the mouthpiece, that air passes into the groove within the horn body. A membrane is placed over the horn body so that the membrane covers the top of the groove. When air is blown into the groove, the air slips past the membrane from inside the groove. This causes the membrane to vibrate and generate a loud low frequency noise. The horn assembly can be held within a housing. The housing has perforations to enable sound energy from the horn assembly to escape from the housing.

Abstract: A wild game call has a single inlet passage into which a user blows to generate sounds that simulate the natural sounds produced by the particular animal being called or attracted. The call includes a splitter that splits the single air inlet passage into a plurality of outlet passages. The sound either is generated in the single air passage or passes into the single air passage from the user and is directed into the plurality of outlet passages to produce the final output sound from the call. The plurality of outlet passages can be configured to produce subtle differences in the sound passing through a passage to provide a combination of sounds more closely simulating the natural animal sound than can be produced in only a single outlet passage. Abstract: An air-operated sound producing device includes a main housing including a downwardly curved reed-plate formed thereon with a plurality of variously sized sound channels formed therein, a reed assembly having at least two vibratable reeds formed thereon, and a means to secure the reed assembly over the downwardly curved reed-plate. The reed-plate provides a portion between the sound channels for center support and vibration of the reed. The reed assembly of the sound producing device is vibratable in whole, or in part, over multiple sound channels. The device is particularly suited for the use of thin, relatively wide reeds. Further, the device provides for the adaptation of a variety of interchangeable variously sized reeds produced from a single piece of material. The disclosed novel device can produce a wide variety of unusual and desirable sounds of considerable volume and has applications to hand-held musical instruments, toys, novelty items, and wildlife attraction devices.

The track also defines an internal conduit that extends the length of the track. A primary magnet is provided that is free moving within the internal conduit. The primary magnet is moved by a flow of fluid. The toy that rides along the track contains a secondary magnet. The secondary magnet and the primary magnet attract through the structure of the track, thereby causing the secondary magnet and the toy to move along the exterior surface of the track as the primary magnet travels through the conduit.

Abstract: A game call striker for frictionally interacting with a prior art game call. The game call striker includes a striker member that outwardly extends from a body portion. The body portion comprising first and second sound chambers, the first sound chamber including an insert sized to frictionally receive a base end of the striker member. In particular, the base end is fixedly secured within the insert with adhesive means such as glue. The striker member extends from the insert, through the first sound chamber, and outwardly extends from the body portion without the outer surface of the striker member touching the side walls of the first sound chamber. As a result, it is as though the striker member is “floating” within the first sound chamber.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a game calling holder which when combined with a game calling unit and secured to a hunter's body at a predetermined aiming mount position will allow the hunter to simultaneously call the game while aiming the weapon. The game calling holder may appropriately include an elastic sleeve sized to elastically conform to the game calling unit configuration and a badge pin which retains the elastic sleeve and game calling unit in longitudinal alignment with the badge pin alignment when mounted onto a hunter's garment at a predetermined aiming mount position. The game calling holder when mounted appropriately to an aiming arm of a bow and arrow hunter and a triggering wrist of a firearm hunter accordingly allows the hunter to simultaneously aim and call the hunted prey.

Abstract: A freeze-proof, game call for calling predatory game animals through inhaling includes a mouthpiece, a reed assembly, and an amplification member. The mouthpiece has first and second ends with the first end defining an aperture for fluidly communicating with a mouth of a user such that the user can inhale through the aperture. The reed assembly is disposed within the mouthpiece at the second end and includes a reed. The reed has a working end opposite the aperture of the mouthpiece that vibrates as air is drawn across it to produce a tone upon inhalation by the user through the aperture. The reed assembly is free of grooves and O-rings that modify the tone produced by the reed assembly. The amplification member is operatively connected to the mouthpiece member to completely enclose the working end of the reed. The amplification member amplifies the tone produce by the reed assembly.

Abstract: A modular elk call system comprising generally a mouthpiece assembly, a tubular portion, and a resonance producing end. The mouthpiece assembly can be completely removed from the call to enable tubular section and resonance producing end piece to be used separately with any other type of call. The mouthpiece assembly comprises a detachable snap-on diaphragm that insures accurate, consistent tension of the membrane to allow high quality tones to be produced. Alternatively, a sheet of membrane material can be attached to the end of the mouthpiece assembly to create high quality tones. The resonance producing end piece allows the call to produce a resonant sound highly similar to a bugling bull elk.

Abstract: A system and method for generating game sounds in a directionally adjustable manner which includes a friction pan call having a plurality of holes on generally opposing sides of a sound chamber wall, and a method whereby holes are successively closed in an incremental rotating manner around the call so as to help to create a sound emulating a moving sound source.
