In various aspects, post data may be collected which may include a first node of a plurality of nodes identifying a submitting user of the one or more document management systems. Reaction data may be collected which may include a second node of the plurality of nodes identifying a reacting user of the one or more document management systems. The mapping may then be generated from the post data and the reaction data, in which the mapping may include the first node and the second node. The graphical representation of the mapping may then be generated, wherein zooming out of the graphical representation may filter out one or more nodes of the plurality of nodes based on a number of edges corresponding to the one or more nodes.

Abstract: Systems, devices or methods provide for control of sensitive data in a computer system that includes at least one central server communicatively-coupled to a plurality of client computers. One particular example is directed to a method involving execution of software code on the at least one central server to monitor data communications of the plurality of client computers for sensitive data. A subset of the data communications is restricted when sensitive data is detected. Configuration data is provided to each of the plurality of client computers. Software code is executed on each of the plurality of client computers to detect accesses to sensitive data by one or more applications running on a client computer. Actions of the one or more applications running on a client computer are monitored to determine whether or not a trigger event has occurred. In use, an electronic calendar is accessed by a residential network router. Further, the plurality of events are prioritized, using the residential network router. Still yet, available network resources are assigned among the plurality of events, using the residential network router, based on the prioritization.

Abstract: A multi-modal portal system provides a secure network environment for the management of user data. A variety of network devices interface with various sensing devices associated with a user to obtain sensory data or user data. The user data collected from the sensing devices can be communicated to the multi-modal portal system. The multi-modal portal system provides an access portal, analytics engine and data aggregator such that user data associated with the various sensing devices can be stored, accessed, modified, altered, etc. An audit trail is associated with the user data so that all transactions associated with the user data can be tracked. The user data can only be accessed, modified, altered, stored, etc. based on one or more profile configurations. Each user is associated with one or more profile configurations to ensure security and privacy of the user data.

Abstract: Systems and methods of establishing service requests via a smart TV device are provided. A smart TV device can receive fault condition information. The smart TV device can establish a first communication session between the smart TV device and a server and can transmit a service request interaction, including the received fault condition information, to the server. The server can transmit the first service request interaction to a computing device in a contact center environment. The computing device can generate diagnostic information and can transmit the diagnostic information to the server, which can forward the diagnostic information to the smart TV device. The smart TV device can display a prompt to deflect the first service request interaction from the smart TV device to a mobile device of the user. The mobile device can establish a second communication session between the mobile device and the computing device in the contact center environment to complete the first service request interaction.

Work task data items identifying work tasks associated with the attendees are determined. A task estimation machine learning model predicts work parameters of meeting task objects based on the work task data items, and a work history data identifying work history of each attendee. A meeting scheduling machine learning model predicts parameters of unavailability period objects representing unavailability periods required to complete the work tasks based on the meeting task object, schedule information and location information. An indication of the at least one unavailability period is displayed on a screen of a computing device associated with each attendee. Selections of the unavailability period is received from the attendees, and the unavailability period is dynamically secured prior to the meeting.

Abstract: Systems and methods are directed to automatically creating customized whiteboard backgrounds. A network system accesses metadata associated with a virtual presentation (e.g., title, topic, tenant identifier). First image data is identified based on first data of the metadata and second image data is identified based on second data of the metadata. Using the first image data and the second image data, the network system generates a plurality of whiteboard backgrounds by combining a first object obtained from the first image data with a second object obtained from the second image data to form each whiteboard background. The network system then causes presentation of a representation of each of the plurality of whiteboard backgrounds on a user interface of a host, who can select one of the representations. In response to receiving a selection, a whiteboard background corresponding to the selected representation is displayed as background on a whiteboard canvas.

Abstract: Methods, media, and systems for a changing a private channel in a channel-based communication system from an “invited-members” mode to a “whitelisted groups” mode. When in a whitelisted-groups mode, the channel administrator can whitelist one or more groups for channel membership. The whitelisted groups may be external groups managed by an identity provider. Based on the whitelisted groups, users cannot be added to the private channel without being a member of one of the whitelisted groups. Users are also automatically removed from the channel if they are no longer in one of the whitelisted groups for any reason.

The computing system can transmit, based on the degree of connectivity exceeding the threshold connectivity, an alert indicating a potential synthetic entity (e.g., potentially fraudulent activity) within the subset of the nodes.
