The acidic solvent can be distilled vinegar, lemon juice, hydrochloric acid, diluted hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, diluted acetic acid, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, and combinations thereof, the dishwashing liquid includes at least one anionic surfactant, at least one nonionic surfactant, and cocinin, and the activated carbon is selected can be powdered activated carbon or granulated activated carbon, typically with a surface area of at least approximately 500 square meters per gram. The composition can further include fragrance and/or coloring. The components of the composition can also be sold individually or one or more components can be sold together with a container.
Abstract: The Linear Marking Apparatus that which includes an embedded marking substance (chalk) reel during use, allowing a single worker to effectively snap a marking line over the work surface. In various embodiments, the Linear Marking Apparatus the tool can also be utilized as a measuring device, a straight edge, or a level. Potential uses of the Linear Marking Apparatus include marking lines on walls, ground, vehicles, concrete, roofing, floors, window, boats, furnishings, ceilings.
Abstract: The invention disclosed herein is securely supported resting apparatus that includes a resting platform sufficient to support the leaning weight of the user and a configuration of straps to provide support in a limited or enclosed space.
Abstract: A mounting apparatus for an infrared heating device comprising a platform attached to a frame of an infrared heating chamber, at least one telescoping member affixed to said platform, and at least one attachment component which fixedly attaches said at least one telescoping members to said truck frame and allows said support bar to be moved along a horizontal axis at varying positions from the back of a vehicle.
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of brass wind musical instruments, and more specifically to an improved axial flow valve which resists wear and optimizes air flow.
Abstract: A vehicle visor measuring and cutting apparatus generally comprised of a measuring component, an implement holder, a handle, and a contour guide. The adjustable implement holder is positioned along a portion of window film on a windshield relative to the contour guide, which juxtaposes the windshield molding, and is moved across the windshield, measuring or cutting a portion of window film to the desired dimensions and compensating for any contours and arcs in the windshield.
Abstract: Apparatus for photographing the anterior segment and retina of the eye through the use of a camera attachment designed to snap-fit onto an ophthalmoscope without permanently altering the ophthalmoscope itself. The plastic attachment houses a digital camera with video and still photo capabilities. A button on the camera allows for snapshots to be taken. The camera is connected to a laptop or stationary computer via a USB cable. The camera, which utilizes software for photo and video management, relays views to a computer and monitor, projecting the same view on the screen as a practitioner would see when using the ophthalmoscope traditionally.
Abstract: An apparatus for sensing onset, offset, duration, frequency, and intensity of infant sucking and creating electrical signals which actuate a stimulus producing device in direct response to the infant sucking.
Abstract: A substantially cube-shaped device for safely stacking one keg on top of another comprised of three groups of bars, each of the first group of bars being substantially parallel to each other and perpendicular to the other groups of bars, each of the second group of bars being substantially parallel to each other and perpendicular to the other groups of bars, and each of the third group of bars being substantially parallel to each other and perpendicular to the other groups of bars and a plurality of locking members, each locking member positioned at a meeting point of one bar from each of the three groups. The kegs can be used to store and/or transport any liquid, and can further include a rubber coating or pad to prevent damaging the device and/or the kegs. The device can also further include additional support members.
Abstract: The invention disclosed herein is a novel Home Lift Position and Rehabilitation (HLPR) apparatus designed to provide stable movement along several critical axes of motion including lift capability. The HLPR apparatus is capable of moving along a desired floor path (“x-axis”), moving on a vertical axis to lift a patient (“z-axis”), rotating the HLPR apparatus itself (along an “outer rotational axis”), and rotating a patient within the HLPR apparatus while the HLPR apparatus itself remains stationary (along an “inner rotational axis”). The telescoping, double-nested C-frame structure of the HLPR apparatus and pivot assembly allow any patient support structure known in the art to be suspended securely and to move in a stable, torque-resistant manner to assist patients in rehabilitation and in independently performing activities of daily living.
Abstract: A system and method for creating an individual treatment plan which includes a user interface configured to receive user input and communicate with a Relational Remedy Database Server containing information about chronic illnesses and remedies. The Method and System described herein further utilizes a Treatment Plan Software Component, a Patient Data Update Software Component and an Optimization Software Component which performs a multiple regression analysis to determine an optimal combination of remedies based on user responses to create an Updated Treatment Plan.
