Abstract: A control device for activating an electric appliance includes a conductive thread connected to and hanged on an induction control switch. An end piece which is a conductive member is connected to the conductive thread. A wire with a plug extends from a first end of the induction control switch so as to be plugged in a plug on a wall, and an electrical appliance is connected to a second end of the induction control switch. The electric appliance is activated by petting the conductive thread or the end piece.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a nonreturn warning device for an intravenous drip infusion which includes a top member and a bottom member both of which forms an accommodation which has an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe at the top and bottom thereof. The outlet pipe includes a flange around which a recess is provided. A conic valve with a middle hole is arranged onto the flange. A float with a cylindrical stopper is received in the accommodation formed after connection of the top member and the bottom member. The middle section of the float contains a magnetic element, and a warning device is fitted beside the top member. Besides, a magnetic reed switch is installed in the warning device. As the float sinks with the fluid surface in the accommodation, the magnetic element approaches the magnetic reed switch and the magnetic force of the float will activate a buzzer for giving out a warning sound which is transmitted through a headphone jack or a radio transmitter to the nurses' call station.

Abstract: A one-handed hypodermic syringe is a renovated structure that allows users to push and pull the syringe by one hand. The medical personnel may place their thumbs inside the ring disposed in the distal end of the plunger and may press the concave objects disposed in the distal end of the barrel by their index fingers and middle fingers. Thus, the syringe may be held steadily, and the pull-push action of the injection manipulated with one band. The convenience for the medical personnel's use of hypodermic syringe is thereby enhanced.

Abstract: A manual stretcher includes a frame, a shaft, a ratchet, a claw, a joint and a crank. The frame includes two lateral plates, an intermediate plate interconnecting the lateral plates and a hole defined in each of the lateral plates. The frame can be attached to an external structure so that the manual stretcher can be retained in position in operation. The shaft includes a slot defined therein for receiving a portion of a strip of work to be stretched. The shaft is inserted trough the holes. The ratchet is mounted on an end of the shaft. The claw is pivotally mounted on one of the lateral plates of the frame for engagement with the ratchet. The joint is mounted on another end of the shaft for engagement with the crank for rotation of the shaft. The shaft includes two halves. The ratchet includes two meniscus holes defined therein for receiving the halves of the shaft. The joint includes two meniscus recesses defined in an end thereof for receiving the halves of the shaft.

Abstract: A concealable buckle apparatus includes a supporting element, a buckle, a locking device and a panel. The buckle is pivotally mounted on the supporting element between an extended position and a concealed position. The locking device is movably mounted on the supporting element between a locking position for locking the buckle in the concealed position and a releasing position. The panel is mounted on the supporting element and defining an opening through which the buckle extends in the extended position and a slot through which the locking device is accessible.

Abstract: A camera casing includes a front shell, a rear shell, a lateral shell, a first fastener for connecting the front shell with the rear shell and a second fastener for combining the front shell, the rear shell and the lateral shell with one another. The front shell includes a portion inserted into the lateral shell, and the rear shell includes a portion inserted into the lateral shell. The front shell includes a cylinder formed thereon and formed with a threaded internal face. The rear shell includes a cylinder formed thereon and formed with a threaded internal face. The first fastener is a threaded bolt engaged with the threaded internal face of the cylinder of the front shell and the threaded internal face of the cylinder of the rear shell. The first shell defines a cavity for receiving a cover for concealing the first fastener. The front shell includes a lip extending from an end thereof and defining a hole. The rear shell includes a lip extending from an end thereof and defining a hole.

Abstract: A chain is composed of multiple units each having two outer plates, two inner plates and a pin securely connecting the outer plates to the inner plates. The inner plate has two hollow cones oppositely formed on two sides of the inner plate and two tubes each formed on a corresponding one of the hollow cones. A space between an inner face of the hollow cone and the tube is defined to receive therein oil. A rivet hole is defined to align with a pin hole in the outer plate. Therefore, after the outer plates and the inner plates are combined by the pin, the oil inside the chain unit is able to gradually flow out of the chain to lubricate the parts.

Abstract: A foldable table has a plastics table plate, a hoop-shaped frame, four corner seats disposed on four corners of the hoop-shaped frame, and four leg tubes. Each leg tube is disposed on the corresponding corner seat. A center panel is disposed on the plastics table plate. The plastics table plate has a periphery flange and a periphery channel. Four square blocks are disposed on four corners of the plastics table plate. Each corner seat has a groove and an elastic blocking angle bar. At least a connection bar is connected to the corresponding corner seat and the corresponding leg tube. At least a connection plate is connected to the corresponding elastic blocking angle bar and the corresponding leg tube. The hoop-shaped frame is inserted in the plastics table plate. Each square block is inserted in the corresponding groove of the corner seat.

The body has two parallel strap holders adapted to hold one end of a strap. The lever is pivotally attached to the body with the ratchet device to allow a strap shaft to rotate toward the lever when the lever is pivoted away from the body. A strap slot is defined in the axle and is adapted to hold the other end of the strap. The strap is rolled on the axle to tighten the strap which binds around an object when the lever is pivoted continuously.

The backside of each grain-like projection has a recessed, hollow shape, and these grain-like projections touch a wearer's ear sides and nose, giving rise to resilient massage, allowing for comfortable wear of the eyeglasses.

Abstract: An adjustable retaining device for a bass drum has a positioning plate securely engaged with the base, a first clamping plate pivotally connected with the position plate and a second clamping plate selectively engaged with and movable relative to the first clamping plate. A torque device engaged with the second clamping plate and having at least two rods securely extending out. The at least two rods slidably extend through the second clamping plate to allow the second plate to move with respect to the first clamping plate so as that a position of the second clamping plate is changeable with respect to the first clamping plate.

Abstract: A quick-action bar clamp comprises a body, a slide bar, clamp mechanism, a drive assembly and a pawl assembly. The slide bar has a series of teeth along one edge and is movably mounted in the body. The clamp mechanism includes a stationary jaw mounted on the body and a movable jaw opposing the stationary jaw connected to one end of the slide bar. The drive assembly includes a trigger, a drive lever and a spring. A push pin mounted in the trigger presses the drive lever and moves the slide bar when the trigger is squeezed. The pawl assembly includes a pawl, a release tab, a biasing element and a plastic tag. The pawl engages the teeth on the slide bar to positively hold the slide bar in position when the trigger is released.

Abstract: An internet watch in accordance with the present invention further comprises a beat hand 4 to indicate internet time and a beat dial 5 mounted on the circumferential outside of the watch having an hour hand 1, a minute hand 2, and a second hand 3, thereby the internet watch can indicate internet time in addition to Standard time on the basis of GMT. The beat dial 5 is marked with 1000 beats with a day being divided into 1000 equal parts in internet time. The best dial 5 is assembled to be rotatable so that the internet time can be adjusted when the user travels in a region where a different standard time is applied. The beat hand 4 which rotates once a day and the beat dial 5 on which 1000 beats are marked facilitate to get internet time easily without conversion to the standard time based on GMT, which is variable according to the longitude.
