Abstract: A tokenless identification system and method for authorization of transactions and transmissions. The tokenless system and method are principally based on a correlative comparison of a unique biometrics sample, such as a finger print or voice recording, gathered directly from the person of an unknown user, with an authenticated biometrics sample of the same type obtained and stored previously. It can be networked to act as a full or partial intermediary between other independent computer systems, or may be the sole computer systems carrying out all necessary executions. It further contemplates the use of a private code that is returned to the user after the identification has been complete, authenticating and indicating to the user that the computer system was accessed. The identification system and method of additionally include emergency notification to permit an authorized user to alert authorities an access attempt is coerced.

Abstract: A full motion leverage enhancing assembly is provided for attachment to the handle of a mop, broom, rake or similar tool which has an elongate handle and a center of gravity strongly skewed away from the grip point utilized by the tool operator. In this embodiment, the leverage enhancing assembly comprises an arm clamp for securing the tool handle to a single arm of the user and a grasping shaft for grasping the tool handle. The arm clamp is comprised of a first rigid longitudinal segment adjustably attached to the end of the tool handle proximate to the user by a semi-rigid clamp having an adjustable circumference. The arm clamp is further provided with a pair of flexible, adjustably interlocking straps extending from the proximal end of the longitudinal segment opposite the clamp. The straps are constituted to form a semi-permanently and adjustably substantially circular clasp for receiving and securing a portion of the user's forearm.
Abstract: A non-fogging athletic goggle or mask assembly, comprising an athletic goggle or mask in combination with a desiccant assembly, is disclosed. According to one embodiment, an athletic mask or goggle is provided with at least one desiccant chamber formed in a portion of the mask or goggle so as not to obstruct vision. The desiccant chamber includes a gate that can be deployed or retracted to close off or expose the interior of desiccant chamber. The desiccant chamber is provided with a tablet or pre-packaged desiccant, which is retained within the desiccant chamber during use of the goggle or mask and can be replaced upon saturation. When the mask is worn, water vapor in the air trapped by the goggle or mask is absorbed by the desiccant, thereby preventing fogging of the goggle or mask. The desiccant capsule or the desiccant chamber may be further provided with a water vapor permeable membrane that allows water vapor to pass but excludes liquid water.
Abstract: A set of optical lens elements coupled with a diode array spectrophotometer employed to measure thickness of thin films especially on semiconductor substrates is disclosed. The system comprises an optical sample compartment and deep ultraviolet diode array spectrophotometer manufactured by Hewlett-Packard. The sample compartment consists of a pair of prisms coupled with a pair of convex lenses. Prisms and convex lenses are used in a reflective mode instead of their usual transmissive mode, and therefore act like mirrors. This enables the ultraviolet beam to converge at the surface of semiconductor wafer sample at a single point with an almost normal incident angle, thereby introducing a large depth of focus with a small spot size. Also a condensing lens in front of the Deuterium lamp slowly reduces the beam diameter. Diode array spectrophotometer employs a sealed spectrophotometer that includes an entrance slit, a holographic grating, and a diode array detector.
