Abstract: An electronic device controlling available energy consumption during time by its communication with another electronic device measuring deviations between set up information and indicative information. The electronic devices, as a part of a physical system, includes but is not limited to control, measure, record, verify and report the operation of the physical system. The physical system create the environment for the packaged product, controls the environment of the packaged product, enable distribution of the packaged product, monitor and log the data from the environment and of the packaged product. The physical system can be defined as a packaging system but may also be cold storage rooms, refrigerators, transportation vessels, machinery and line of production, hospitals or laboratories.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a bowling/pitching game that can be played virtually anywhere a substantially flat surface can be found and is enjoyable for adults as well as children. The playing field includes a distance marker and a scoring goal comprised of an outer scoring area and an inner scoring area. The goal also includes a game pole called the OOnagi™ pole and an object ball called an OOnagi™ ball, which sits on top of the OOnagi™ pole. While standing at the distance marker, the players pitch or bowl their balls called chuckers at the scoring goal. Scores are calculated according to the placement of the chuckers and OOnagi™ ball in the scoring goal.

Abstract: An improved gas separation vessel apparatus is provided. The gas separation vessel apparatus is adapted to separate oxygen and other process gases, and it employs both vertically-, or alternatively, horizontally-positioned vessels. The gas separation vessels disclosed contain removable radial-flow bed cartridge-type adsorbent subassemblies, which may be replaced, substituted, or serviced with minimal system down time.
Abstract: A sleeping surface elevation device having selectively adjustable height and tilt angle is described. The elevator includes base blocks for placing on the floor and for receiving the legs of an adult bed, hospital bed, cot, crib, toddler bed, or the like. The elevator also includes a variety of mechanisms for adjusting the height and angle of the sleeping surface, including elevating blocks. A centerpiece, connected to the base blocks, to facilitate installation of the legs of the sleeping surface into the elevator is also provided.
Abstract: A partially open fired heater regenerative cycle wherein the fired industrial type heater cycle's heat transfer fluid replaces the air predominant nitrogen heat transfer fluid employed in a conventional air/fuel combustion heater. The heater cycle's method and apparatus means is susceptible to providing a 95 to 98 percent mass flow reduction of fugitive nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide mass flow emissions as emitted by current art Low-NO.sub.x art heaters on a rated per million Btu per hour basis, and is further susceptible to developing steady-state heat transfer thermal efficiencies exceeding 124 percent.
Abstract: The present invention provides a mobile crusher for crushing containers such as 55-gallon drums. The apparatus includes a crusher head and crusher base, each of which are quickly and easily attached to a forklift. When actuated, the forks of the forklift drive the crusher base and container resting on it into the crusher head, thereby crushing the container. The apparatus may be configured to accommodate different sizes of forklifts and may include an optional device to puncture the container at the onset of the crushing action.

Abstract: A system for protecting air-conditioning units from damage caused by hail and other inclement weather conditions is described. The system includes one or more protective panels, each having a frame and a protective screen. The panels are attached to the housing of an air-conditioning unit using a variety of brackets and clamps. The system protects air-conditioning units without significantly restricting the air flow around the units and additionally shades the units to enhance their performance by lowering their temperature.
