  • Patent number: 8257100
Abstract: A card connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of contacts, a projection and a detecting contact set. The insulating housing includes a bottom wall, a right wall and a left wall for defining a receiving space. The contacts are received in the insulating housing. The projection is protruded from the right wall and into the receiving space, which includes a slanting surface slanted relative to the right wall. The detecting contact set is fixed in the insulating housing, which includes a contacting arm protruding from the slating surface of the projection and into the receiving space. Due to the contacting arm of the detecting contact set is protruded from the slanting surface of the projection in the receiving space, the detecting contact set will be actuated while a card is inserted into the receiving space correctly and completely. Since, the detecting accuracy of the card connector is improved.

  • Patent number: 8259090
Abstract: Disclosed is a 3-dimension non-bias electrets multi-touch device, comprising a first electrets thin film providing a first bias electric charge to form an electrostatic field, a first electrode, a second electrode and a controller. The first electrode is attached to the first electrets thin film and outputs a first signal when the electrostatic field is changed by a deformation of the first electrets thin film due to contact pressures of external forces. The second electrode outputs a second signal when the electrostatic field is changed. The first and second electrodes transmit the first and second signals to the controller. The controller is capable to detect and analyze positions where the contact pressures of the external forces are applied and normal vector shifts of the first electrets thin film at the positions.

  • Patent number: 8251693
Abstract: Disclosed is an injection mold, comprising a moving half, a fixed half and a plurality of bearing plates positioned therebetween. The moving half comprises a moving half plate and a moving half core positioned thereon. The fixed half comprises a fixed half plate and a fixed half cavity positioned thereon. The bearing plates are positioned on one of the fixed half plate and the moving half plate and a bearing surface is formed thereon. The moving half core and the fixed half cavity contact with each other partially to form an arrangement surface. With the bearing plates positioned therebetween, the bearing surface and the arrangement surface can undertake the closing mold pressure generated by an injection molding machine together for reducing the arrangement surface area. The molding is easy and cost drops to improve productivity. The closing mold balance of the entire injection mold can be preferably ensured.

  • Patent number: 8246391
Abstract: A connector terminal is assembled in an insulating housing defining a receiving cavity of which front and rear sides protrude face-to-face to form two blocking eaves. The connector terminal has a fastening strip of which a bottom edge protrudes downward to form two elastic arms spaced from each other, and a soldering portion between the two elastic arms. The elastic arms are apart from two opposite side edges of the soldering portion to define two receiving intervals between the soldering portion and the elastic arms. Distal ends of the elastic arms oppositely protrude to form two fastening barbs. The soldering portion and the elastic arms are inserted in the receiving cavity. The fastening barbs slide through the blocking eaves to be hooked under the blocking eaves respectively and the fastening barbs can be avoided scraping the connector by means of cushion effects of the receiving intervals.
