Abstract: A novelty light device that provides a light assembly capable of adhesion to the bottom of a cup, vase or bottle connected to a switch-able power supply by a thin electrical conductor. The thin electrical conductor enhances the stability of the bottle by minimally interfering with the configuration of the bottom of the bottle. A power supply is also provided that may be adhered to the side of the bottle. Variations in the switching means allow the device to be turned on once only or repeatedly selectable to on and off.

Abstract: A MIDI signal generator adapted for foot pedal operated percussion synthesis having, inter alia, independent volume, reverb, loop, fill, tempo and style controls. An important feature is the ability to cycle through a series of pre-selected rhythm loops. Each rhythm loop further has a subset of associated fills that are initiated with specific touches to the foot pedal. The device is computer integrated to match any of the stored rhythm loops with any subset of fills.

Abstract: A sign bracket for over-road highway signs and other signs. The bracket is comprised of a first assembly attached to the sign and a second assembly attached to a support structure. A shear pin prevents relative movement between the first assembly and second assembly in its normal state. When sufficient pressure is exerted on the sign the shear pin shears and the first assembly is freed to rotate the sign approximately ninety degrees. The sign is essentially laid flat either face up from wind force striking the face of the sign or face down from wind striking the rear of the sign. When the sign is laid flat it produces substantially reduced wind resistance and the support structure remains intact. The sign may then easily re-erected by insertion of a new shear pin.

Abstract: A disposable fluid applicator having a reservoir with a first membrane and a second membrane. Said reservoir containing a fluid to be dispensed. Said first membrane of the reservoir having perforations and being covered by a permeable and/or absorbent spreader. A removable tab assembly is disposed between said spreader and said first membrane of the reservoir that seals said reservoir. When the tab is pulled from between said spreader and said first membrane of the reservoir the reservoir becomes unsealed allowing the fluid contained inside the reservoir to flow out through an opening in the first membrane into and through the spreader where the fluid can be applied to a desired surface.

Abstract: The present device is generally a stabilizer bracket for small to mid-sized skid steer vehicles used to grade earth using a dozer blade in conjunction with remote grade control equipment (such as laser automation or other automated leveling system). The device is most suited to skid steer vehicles capable of using a variety of interchangeable front end accessories in addition to a dozer blade.

Abstract: The present invention is a multi-purpose outdoor piece of equipment that combines various features in one design and takes advantage of gravity. In an embodiment it comprises a combination of a cooler or storage bag, two chairs, a table and a rack for an umbrella. The cooler or storage bag stays in a stable orientation due to gravity. The device is quickly assembled into a transport mode and then reassembled into its stationary mode for recreational use. The pull handle can be unscrewed and receive a beach spade to play in the sand. Once assembled into transport mode the device fits comfortably in the trunk of a car and can easily be assembled with the cooler bag slung into position over the axle. The cooler may be used for wet goods like drinks, food, wet wipes and spray bottle and an the upper bag for dry storage like outdoor gear and accessories like keys, sunglasses or other protected items. The cooler bag can also be strapped on as a backpack or a sling bag over your shoulder.
