Abstract: There is provided an apparatus for preventing and removing fog at an airport runway. The apparatus includes: a water tank 10 buried in a ground around a runway; a water tank temperature sensor 20 for sensing a water temperature in the water tank; a heater 30 provided inside the water tank, for heating water contained in the water tank; a cooling device 40 provided inside the water tank, for cooling water contained in the water tank; the sprinklers 50 installed at opposite sides along the runway and over the ground around the runway, and supplied with the water from the water tank to spray water towards the atmosphere over and around the runway; and a controller 60 controlling, on the basis of the water temperature of the water tank measured using the temperature sensor, operation of the sprinklers, the heater, and the cooling device, according to an externally inputted operational signal.

Abstract: A splint for orthopedics for supporting the affected part of a patient suffering from a fracture or a sprain. A splint includes a support having 500˜1500 g/m2 of polyester non-woven fabric coated with a water-curable resin, an aluminum casing having a combination of polyethylene, aluminum and nylon (or polyester) in a pouch form to completely prevent the permeation of water so as to prevent the affected part from festering due to water, and a skin-protecting layer having polypropylene non-woven fabric and an outer surface layer having 200˜400 g/m2 of polyester, polypropylene or nylon, which are sequentially formed on the support. Unlike conventional splints for orthopedics which include a skin contact layer, a surface layer, and a support therebetween, the splint of the invention has a structure in which the support is directly packed with an aluminum casing, and an outer surface layer and a skin-protecting layer are provided thereon.

The present invention uses a cylindrical cam, an end cam, or a swash plate cam, and the shafts of these cams and a shaft of a pedal or a handle for applying force are equipped with a miter gear (a bevel gear the number of teeth of which is 1:1 and the shaft angle of which is 90 degrees), such that the crank retracts/extends one time per one rotation of the pedal or the handle.

In a first platform, a stack of a sound-proof and moisture-proof material and a thermal insulating material, through which shock-absorbing poles having protecting caps are inserted by a predetermined interval, is prepared. A lower thermal energy storage plate is attached to the thermal insulating material in a second platform, a heat conduction steel plate is attached to the lower thermal energy storage plate in a third platform, and an upper thermal energy storage plate is attached to the heat conduction steel plate in a fourth platform. Rivet holes are perforated through the thermal energy storage plates, heat conduction steel plate, and protecting caps in a fifth platform, and rivets are into the holes in a sixth platform. The rivets are riveted in a seventh platform, completing the complex heating panel. The completed panel is transported in an eighth platform.

A management server (400) includes a vehicle license number recognition unit (450) for recognizing a vehicle license number, a registration unit (460) for registering a last photographed parking region on a parking ticket, a control unit (440) for calculating a number of available parking spaces for each parking region, and determining a total number of available parking spaces, and a guidance unit (470) for guiding an entering vehicle to an available parking region. A display unit (350) displays the number of available parking spaces.

Abstract: The present invention provides a power cutoff device automatically operated upon the occurrence of a spark on an electric wire. The power cutoff device of the present invention automatically cuts off power supply to an earth leakage breaker or an electronic switch according to a control signal transmitted by detecting an electromagnetic wave due to an electric spark generated on an electric wire by an abnormal state such as a connection failure of an electrical device, thus preventing a disaster such as an electrical fire caused by the electric spark (flame). According to the present invention, since the power cutoff device provides an intrinsic function of the earth leakage breaker that operates in a state of an overload or electric leakage and the earth leakage breaker is operated by detecting the electric spark generated on the electric wire, it is possible to effectively prevent a disaster such as an electrical fire caused by the electric spark.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a golf glove having fixing means with a loading groove arranged on a thumb portion thereof for positioning a golfer's hand on an upper portion of a golf club when gripping the club to prevent the middle and index fingers of the other hand with no glove from slipping and to fix said fingers in the loading groove, to thereby prevent the golf club from erroneously rotating and to accurately control the club during a golf swing to enable the golfer to hit a golf ball in the desired direction with ease. Abstract: The present invention relates to a agent for cleaning metal drawing oil, which contains alcohol, glycol ether, water, and one or more compounds selected from hydrocarbon or ester compounds. The cleaning agent according to the present invention is environmentally friendly because it does not contain halogen elements such as chlorine. The agent can reduce toxicity on the human body due to low volatility; is economical due to the long change period resulting from the reduction of evaporation; and removes drawing oil having high viscosity and polarity effectively during metal processing.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a semi-cylindrical solar collecting apparatus for a solar boiler that is provided with a plurality of solar collecting plates having a semi-cylindrical shape, thereby greatly enhancing solar collecting efficiencies, and that connects a plurality of heat-exchanging pipes adapted to be heated by the plurality of solar collecting plates with an underground heat-exchanging pipe by means of auxiliary pipes, such that water is circulated well by means of a circulation pump, thereby completely solving the frozen and burst problems of the heat-exchanging pipes and circulation pipes.
