    Abstract: A method of forming metal gate transistor includes providing a substrate; forming a gate dielectric layer, a work function metal layer and a polysilicon layer stacked on the substrate; forming a hard mask and a patterned photoresist on the polysilicon layer; removing the patterned photoresist, and next utilizing the hard mask as an etching mask to remove parts of the polysilicon layer and parts of the work function metal layer. Thus, a gate stack is formed. Since the patterned photoresist is removed before forming the gate stack, the gate stack is protected from damages of the photoresist-removing process. The photoresist-removing process does not attack the sidewalls of the gate stack, so a bird's beak effect of the gate dielectric layer is prevent.

    Abstract: Nth-order voltage- and current-mode arbitrary phase shift oscillator structures are synthesized using n operational trans-conductance amplifiers (OTAs) or second-generation current controlled conveyors (CCCIIs) and n grounded capacitors. Linking up the I/O characteristics of the OTA and the CCCII and the reactance of grounded capacitor, the step of synthesis is first based on the algebraic analysis to oscillatory characteristic equations, resulting in a quadrature oscillator structure. Secondly, instead of the quadrature characteristic, to control each output signal with one another by a desired phase difference > or <90°, selectively superposing any of two fundamental OTA/CCCII-C sub-circuitries benefits the transformation of quadrature to arbitrary-phase-shift characteristic for the sinusoidal oscillator structure. Furthermore, several compensation schemes are presented for reducing the output parameter deviation due to the non-ideal effects.

When the pedals are turned in a rearward direction, it may drive the power storage device through the ratchet device to store extra power in the power storage device. A rider may release the power stored in the power storage device to drive the bicycle forward through the ratchet device and the main transmission system.
