  • Patent number: 8313246
Abstract: An outer ring for rocking bearing (11a) includes a raceway surface (12a) on the inner diameter side and has flange parts (13a) and (13b) provided by bending both axial ends to the inner diameter side. The flange parts (13a) and (13b) are provided with bent parts (17a) and (17b) axially bent toward the raceway surface (12a) side so as to enfold a retainer arranged on the inner diameter side. Thus, the retainer can be enfolded by the bent parts (17a) and (17b). Therefore, even when the retainer comes to be moved to the inner diameter side of the outer ring for rocking bearing (11a), the retainer is caught by the bent parts (17a) and (17b), so that the movement of the retainer to the inner diameter side is restricted and rollers and the retainer can be prevented from dropping off.

  • Patent number: 8304663
Abstract: In a wiring board, insulation layers and wiring conductors are alternately laminated, and a plurality of strip-shaped wiring conductors for connecting semiconductor elements are arranged side by side on the outermost insulation layer. Each of the wiring conductors partly has a connection pad to which the electrode terminals of the semiconductor elements are connected by flip-chip bonding. In the wiring board, a solder resist layer is deposited over the outermost insulation layer and the strip-shaped wiring conductors so as to have slit-shaped openings for exposing the upper surfaces of the connection pads. The solder resist layer fills up the space between the connection pads adjacent to each other and exposed within the slit-shaped openings.

  • Patent number: 8281635
Abstract: There is provided a production method capable of forming spiral ribs stably by reducing troubles at the time of cold drawing for forming the spiral ribs on an internally ribbed steel tube. When the internally ribbed steel tube on which a plurality of stripes of spiral ribs are formed in the tube axis direction is manufactured by inserting a plug on which a plurality of stripes of spiral grooves are formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof into the tube to be worked subjected to chemical treatment and then performing cold drawing, drawing is performed with the plug preheated to 50 to 200° C., thus forming the spiral ribs on the internal surface of a blank tube. The chemical treatment preferably includes a pickling step of removing oxided scale and rust on the tube surface, a step of forming a zinc phosphate coat on the neutralized tube surface, and a step of forming a lubricating layer on the zinc phosphate coat.

  • Patent number: 8282839
Abstract: A floating separating element for use in centrifugal separation of components of a physiological fluid comprises a positioning part and a separating part, where the positioning part is designed to automatically assume a position in a supernatant and a separating part is positioned at a desired location with respect to the interface between the supernatant and heavier components. In preferred embodiments the physiological fluids are blood or bone marrow aspirate, and the heavier components comprise red blood cells. The positioning part comprises the majority of the mass of the separating element and is thin so that differences in the position of the separating element with respect to the interface are small compared to differences in the densities of the separated components, particularly the component comprising red blood cells. A method allows red blood cells to move the separating element during decanting to ensure complete decant of the supernatant.
