Abstract: A compact drive which has a high transmission ratio for driving generators by wind force and permits simple assembly and maintenance. The gearing is a slip-on gearing having a multi-stage epicyclic gearing arrangement and a spur-gear stage for the drive output to a generator. The force is introduced into the epicyclic gearing arrangement via a ring gear, which drives planet gears, on whose shafts fixed to the housing in each case further planet gears are arranged. The planet gears mesh with a sun gear, from which the drive output to the spur-gear stage is effected.
Abstract: A method of reconstituting meat from trims of fish, poultry, pork, beef or the like. The method includes the steps of freezing the trims, defrosting the trims, configuring the defrosted trims and then refreezing the configured trims using a cooled brine. The cooled brine is cooled to a temperature between about -22.degree. and -46.degree. F., and includes at least 0.005% by weight of cruciferous oil, such as rapeseed oil. The method does not require the use of any artificial binding agent for holding the reconstituted meat together, even during normal cooking conditions.

Abstract: The invention relates to a process for reducing the outside diameter and wall thickness by rolling a cylindrical hollow ingot the front part of which is fed into an Assel rolling mill, in which connection, in front of the Assel rolling mill as seen in the direction of feed, a device is provided for reducing the diameter and/or wall thickness of the rear end part of the hollow ingot threaded onto a mandrel rod. In this process, the prereduction rolls are slowly and continuously pressed against the ingot at a predetermined point near the end of the ingot to produce a conically reduced end portion.
