Abstract: A system and process evaluate the presence and absence of particular quality measure codes in a set of patient records and provide a medical service provider with options for taking corrective action when a quality measure code that should be in a patient's record is missing. Patient records are selected based on specific medical condition code combinations along with specifications with age and gender criteria. A quality measure identifier uniquely identifies a set of specification criteria, medical condition criteria, and quality measure criteria.

Abstract: A tamper resistant drug delivery system made of at least one lipid, at least one gelling agent and at least one drug active, such as oxycodone, where the system gels rapidly in the presence of water or a solution containing water, and the drug active releases into the digestive system, wherein the weight ratio of gelling agent to lipid is less than 1:1.4.

Abstract: A system for the tagging, organization and tracking of evidence during the course of an investigation. The system generally utilizes an onsite handheld computer device which is capable of taking input information including a description of evidence and a photo of evidence, reading a machine readable tag placed on the evidence, and printing an evidence bag label for identification the storage into which the evidence is placed. The handheld device can store this information in onboard memory until it is uploaded to a central server computer.
Abstract: An airnet constructed of a filtering fabric sewn in the shape of a windsock is connected to the discharge end of a fan. Actuation of the fan causes ambient air to flow through the fan and into the airnet. The air passes through the filtering fabric of the airnet and particulate matter in the ambient air is trapped and retained within the airnet. The airnet and fan combined form a portable air filtration system capable of filtering the ambient air in confined spaces, such as bathrooms being finished or remodeled, in a relatively quick and efficient manner.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing variable resistance in connection with exercise equipment uses multiple weight plates that are selected by selector assemblies. A series of actuators that are not directly connected to the selector assemblies actuate the selector assemblies to engage and disengage the weight plates. The actuators are in communication with a controller, which is connected to a user interface console. The user interface console accepts input from a user and instructs the controller to adjust the amount of weight engaged by the selector assemblies based on input from the user and various sensors.
