Abstract: The invention comprises of a method and alarm device used to prevent metal theft from irrigation systems. The alarm device attaches to a plurality of electric conductor such as copper wiring that is in need of protecting and the preexisting irrigation system circuit. The alarm device detects voltage in the irrigation system circuit and if there is no voltage signals from the irrigation system circuit, then the alarm device automatically breaks the original circuit and inserts itself into the irrigation system circuit. The alarm device then sends a low voltage, low current down the plurality of electric conductors and the plurality of conductors then become part of a circuit that energizes a magnetic switch located in the alarm device. A breach of integrity of the plurality of conductors such as by physical detachment triggers an alarm condition which lead to audio and visual alarms plus activating an automated dialer.

Abstract: A method for supporting manufactured home structures by preventing their deterioration and devaluation through the installation of a robust foundation system. The foundation system comprises of a concrete footing, long lasting wall panels and roof panels made from steel and cellular concrete. The manufactured home can be modified to accommodate the said installation. The wall panel is attached to both the manufactured home and foundation footing below the manufactured home to provide foundational supports for the manufactured walls of the manufactured home. Roofing panels can then be installed to the top of the manufactured home and newly installed wall panels for further protection. The benefits of this method allows the owner of the newly retrofitted or installed manufactured home to claim their home as real property instead of personal property thus allowing them qualify for long term mortgages.

Abstract: This invention pertains to antenna sector frame that can be more easily installed. The frame is comprised of a support frame having a first vertical end, a second vertical end, an upper horizontal end, and a lower horizontal end. The first vertical end of the support frame may be connected to at least one mounting bracket and the second vertical end of said support frame may be connected to at least one curved T-housing, wherein the lower horizontal end of the support frame is connected to at least one storage base. The face frames comprises of a first vertical end and a second vertical end, wherein the first vertical end may be attached to the curved T-housing.

Abstract: A waterfowl decoy apparatus for simulating waves and ripples of water used to attract waterfowls, wherein the apparatus comprises of a transparent flexible member, neutrally buoyant, with undulating orbital curvatures. In addition, the apparatus is adapted to be operatively connected to a waterfowl replica decoy in its deployed position.
