Abstract: A hybrid waterless urinal includes a main body having an integrally formed elongated receptacle for receiving an effluent liquid, a drain unit having a reservoir, a primary P-trap and an integrated one way valve for storing and removing the effluent liquid from the urinal, a washout channel for providing fresh water under pressure to the drain unit and a secondary P-trap positioned inside the washout channel.

Abstract: A portable ashtray apparatus includes a main body having an open top, and a cavernous interior space for housing a removable container. The apparatus also includes a funnel cap secured to both the main body and the removable container in order to receive spent cigarettes and other like items and direct the same into the container for disposal. The apparatus also includes a solution for extinguishing embers and emanating aromatically friendly scents.

Abstract: The invention relates to a bag for protecting sports equipment, particularly golf clubs, from damage due to temperature variations. The bag can be comprised of several individual panels, each comprising an insulated material, which create an inner volume into which a golf bag can be inserted. When the top panel is sealed, the insulated material can protect the contents of the bag from damage due to temperature variations.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an improved golf glove for ensuring proper grip and alignment when worn by a user while playing golf. The glove can include several restrictors located between the thumb and fingers of the glove to prevent the fingers from separating, while still allowing the ends of each finger to move freely.

Abstract: Systems and methods for electrically isolating conductive members on an array of lead frames. In one embodiment, a system includes a stage for positioning the array to receive laser radiation, a computer system and electro-optical components. The system can sever conductive members from one another by laser ablation effected with programmable scanning of light from a laser. Software effects ablation paths along a plurality of lines across the array of lead frames. In a related method, the array is of a specified design and of the type formed on a sheet having a plurality lead frames interconnected through integrally formed dam bars. Reference information is provided to describe geometric or dimensional features, including predefined laser ablation scan paths for performing cuts along predefined cut lines on each lead frame. The cut lines are specific to the lead frame array design. Fiducial markings are located on the sheet.

Abstract: A compact disc storage and protective enclosure for securely positioning a disc having a flat circular shape. The enclosure incorporates a unitary element comprising of a single piece of durable and flexible material having a back section, a left section that folds across the back section, a right section that folds across both the left and back sections, a bottom section that folds across both the right and left sections, and a top section that folds across the bottom section. A disc is positioned within the enclosure that also includes a gap having a convex shape into which each of the left and right sections can flex in order to absorb an impact.

Abstract: Systems and methods for removing material from a packaged electronic device of the type encapsulated with a protective material that forms an outer surface of the device. An exemplary system includes a stage for placing the device in a first position for receiving laser radiation to remove the material by ablation, and for placing the device in a second position for viewing one or more features along the outer surface of the device. An optical system is configured to provide an exterior image, including one or more features along an exposed surface of the device, while the device remains in the second position. A viewing system displays a captured image of the device, including one or more features interior to the protective surface, overlayed with the exterior image for simultaneous viewing of both images so that a position of a first feature present in the captured image can be viewed in relation to a position of a second feature in the exterior image.
